Premier has customer courtesy cars and several staff. Of course it's a dealership so you will pay an a lot more. At Premier, they charge $200 just to look at your car for anything other than routine maintenance (even for warrantee service). I know they are highly rated, but that just makes me not want to go there. The folks at wrench rite are super knowledgeable about my Subarus, charge what I would consider to be a fair price over Premier. It's a family business who I'd rather give my money to anyway. It's a smaller shop with a tight parking lot. Hopefully they can expand it someday.

Out of the over half a dozen shops I called, these guys were the only ones willing to replace my alternator and get me back on the road that evening. They towed me from the rest area to the their shop, and had me out of there within 3 hours. The work was good and the charges were reasonable, with no complaints from them about staying open after-hours on a Sunday. Only note to make is this shop is cash only, but their receptionist drove me to a local store to use the ATM. Thank you again to both mechanics and I highly recommend their shop if you're in a jam.

Love the fact that I can drop off the car in the early morning and chat with staff while the car is repaired. The waiting room is clean and quiet. Plus no upselling or grief when I need to do a repair in stages. Instead, Brian offers common sense solutions and great alternatives to solve an issue. Brian is pleasure to work with and patient with my less than knowlegeable questions :-) He walks you through the whole repair if you have questions. After another local repair shop failed twice to complete repairs without breaking other systems and costing me more money, I went looking for a better place. This is it! So nice to be able to trust a mechanic to do a great job! I read over some of the other reviews and the "one stars" are totally out of character for Brian and I suspect they are bogus. Another great experience I had with Hansen Auto Body & Automotive was when I recently needed the exhaust system repaired. Anxious and bummed I took it in to get it fixed. I was preparing myself for the worst a new or rebuild transmission which 3 other shops quoted me over 6g. if I needed one. They could've said anything, any price they want. The car doesn't move right?? Even getting a rebuilt transmission would be a lot less than a new or used truck. But, they came back to me with such an honest quote that not only they fixed the issue they also fixed 4 other issues and replaced the battery which I knew about btw And also cut a couple of hrs of labor because it didn't take as long as it was quoted. I mean NEVER in my 40 years of owing cars have I experienced that. Needless to say I will be going back for all issues. these guys rock! Ohh an I ended up paying waaaaay less than I thought just for the initial problem. I was extremely happy with their attention and the honesty they showed was unreal. Weird to say but these are some truly honest team. Especially dealing with this stressful situation.. Even my 9 year old wanted to thank them.
