We also had a water leak issue on the back passenger side floor. whatever they did to take care of things only took a day or so to fix. And to our surprise he not only fixed the water issue's but also re-programed and got the rear camera to work. [ we bought this car used and did not think it actualy had a rear camera , only line sensors that showed up on the screen] . And they did not charge any extra to get this done. When I walked in, he barely acknowledged me and said, "What do you want?" while carrying on a casual conversation with another customer, as if I was interrupting him. I brought my car in because suddenly every light and sensor on my dashboard went off -- this happened just two weeks after they had supposedly fixed it. Benny went outside to "check" it, came back in, and told me it was "a code" before resetting it. No explanation of what the code meant, no effort to clarify anything. When I asked him to explain further, he got visibly annoyed and refused to answer my questions. He told me my car was "safe to drive" and that he couldn't help me anymore because he needed to check someone's emissions. I went back to my car and tried to drive off -- and it wouldn't move at all. The engine was on, but the car literally wouldn't go anywhere. So not only was I dismissed and treated terribly, but I was told my car was safe to drive when it was completely undrivable. I ended up having to tow my car to a more reliable mechanic who actually values their customers and knows how to communicate. Bottom line: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, ZERO PROFESSIONALISM, and DANGEROUS MISINFORMATION. Do yourself a favor and NEVER GO HERE!

I was told when it was serviced that I had a serious transmission problem. When I walked into the garage and described the problem, Mike hopped into the car with me to take a short drive- we didn't leave the garage parking lot. He told me it was stuck in 4wd changed it to 2wd- voila! problem fixed. He told me not to use 4wd except for an emergency and leave it in 2wd. I have had no problem since. He helped me immediately and was extremely pleasant. Thank you.
