Nasty dirt on window.

First, I want to make sure it is known that the staff most of us interact with when we are flying were all very cordial and pleasant to deal with. This review is in no way a reflection of them. This is more about management, specifically, those who are in charge of making sure the planes are maintained-as in cleaned, damage control, etc.. I flew Delta coming into Ky and when returning to CA. Both times were just fraught with with things that should have been addressed before anyone stepped foot. First, the seating was just horrible on my flight into KY. I felt like I was riding on a plastic chair the entire way. How could this have been remedied? How about invest in new seating or re-pad those 1970's seats! Secondly, on my flight back to CA, I noticed how absolutely FILTHY this plane was (please see photos). How can the cleaning crew (does Delta have one?) not see how disgusting everything is? From the bit of water on my seat (I asked the stewardess what it was and she said condensation from the above air vent-as if this is appropriate), to the bits of dust that were falling from above (see photo), to the window with all that crap on it-yuck. This is where either my head will be resting and most certainly, my hands will be touching, to the arm rest that no one has bothered to clean down. Notice the torn and dirt crusted photos of seats-where you place your clean self for hours. Ick. If this had been a restaurant, it would have been shut down!

Tight fit even in 1st class.

I have had to wait for bags at the airport before but over an hour is ridiculous. I'll rethink Delta usage in my future.

Sam, Umut and Jeremiah were absolutely amazing conversationalists and gave me great recommendations for Louisville nightlife which were very on point! I appreciate the level of service and hospitality from all three. Next time I'm town will definitely stay here and look forward to trying something else on the menu. We got the romance package which included champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, a voucher for the restaurant, and late checkout. Our room was clean and spacious. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. We were always greeted with a smile by all employees. Erica (I hope I remembered correctly) the hostess at the restaurant went above and beyond and was sweet enough to take beautiful pictures of my husband and I. The food was amazing. We will definitely be back!

He is supposed to represent the company in a positive light, but instead, he made many people angry. He discriminated against white people. I am going to request compensation for this behavior.

However you are allowed a purse or laptop bag for free. My second oldest daughter was cheering in Disney and had practice late on a Tuesday night and her team wanted her down there on a wednsday. Us being a family of 7 making a 13 hour drive in one day is a no go. So my wife and my other 4 daughters made the drive towards Atlanta on a Tuesday and me and my cheer daughter flew down direct wednsday morning. Worked out as the only thing we needed on the flight was a phone charger and that fits in her purse. So spirits cheaper boarding worked out perfect for our scenario. The flight itself was smooth and comfortable. They do not offer complimentary snacks or beverages or any form of tv entertainment however this was a 2 hour flight so we didn't need that. Overall we had a good and cheap experience. Would definitely use in as Similar situation in the future.

I sent them pictures of my luggage and a picture of my confirmation that they sent me with the time on it,I took my luggage back to the airport before I left Vegas and was told it was taken care of. When I got home I was asked to take my damaged luggage back to the airport again. When am I going to get a resolution to my problem? I am really frustrated with their customer service reps. Has anyone else had this problem with Spirit?
