Located just off the highway it's noisy from traffic. Rooms and bathrooms are not very nice. Your shower may or may not drain depending on which room you get. Parking is a private paid lot. There is no free hotel parking. The updated lobby looks nice although still low end looking. It does not come close to a 4 Star hotel as stated on some sites. It doesn't meet the expectations of a BonVoy property. I suggest you stay elsewhere. This is a terrible hotel when it comes to comfort and a peaceful nights rest. The only good thing is the employees are very nice. They should offer bonus reward points for the times we get one of the bad rooms. Check the other negative reviews - we have all had similar experiences at this Delta Hotel. Seems like there is always something I've stayed here on many occasions and myself and all my co workers always dread this hotel. We stay in hotels all over the world for work and Delta PBI ranks up as top of the list of the worst hotel in PBI and worst of any hotel I stay in with work. This week only one of the two elevators was working. Their housekeepers are very loud in the hallway during the day and if you need to sleep during the day, this is a huge disruption and on several occasions the rooms that I've been in I have had extremely loud air-conditioning unit units that make a loud banging noise when they turn on and turn off, which will constantly wake you up. The location is not where you wanna be unless you're just there for 12 hours for an overnight. There's nothing nearby and it doesn't seem like an area you want to go walking around. You'll find a much nicer hotels in the area of City Place walkable to dining and shopping. read more

Great location with a wonderful staff! I was fortunate enough to be upgraded to a junior suite and it was a perfect space for me to decompress while I was working at a show at the convention center. Special shoutout to Bernie and Steve for taking extra special care of me. Even the drinks and food at their restaurant DiveBar was awesome(I recommend the apple brown butter old fashioned and the truffle fries!). Thank you Ms. Anna for providing my new choice for a "home away from home" vibe. Upon arrival you are welcomed with the scenic palm beach flare the esthetics feeling like a beach house by the retro aspect of music and groove fitting your comfort too. This hotel offers on site restaurant, bar, and breakfast options from ala carte to buffet. Everything was chefs kiss fantastic. For an evening wind down I tried their pink sangria which Dive Bar has weekly special rotating on drinks it was spritzing and sweet, a delicate burst of aroma in your mouth. I opted to try dessert and went with cookies and ice cream, they make cookies for crispy and thin and the bartender offers to try the chocolate cake as it's more layered like a lava cake if I want to go that route. Note that even though you are relatively across from the hotel from my bedroom I heard NOTHING! It was a peaceful evening where I enjoyed the tub bathroom with my own bubble Bombs , beautifully lite vanity to prepare for an event and the king size bed was the most comfortable rest to lead me to a successful morning. As a Palm Beach resident you can opt tomorrow find everything around the corner not even 10 mins to downtown- but yes always check your heavy traffic times. Service from Drive Bar was friendly and welcoming and the on duty evening crew were so helpful and accommodating upon my arrival as well. Had a fantastic stay and look forward to visiting them again soon. This hotel also has conference styled areas for organizations to use, they have their own floor away from guests to operate events which is very unique and cool! Got an email after checkout asking for feedback and so their team could be "celebrated". Here is my response: I will start with saying, yes I might stay again but next time I would raise these concerns while there. With work being busy, I was too tired and didn't want to deal with the possibility of changing rooms. Management should consider: Walking the property and do the left/right and up/down method to address all areas of concern. Rooms should be deep cleaned at least monthly. Mold in bathrooms - showers, sinks, toilets should be taken care of. Someone should go in the room as if they were a guest and see if all things work as expected, Positives: - Hotel is convenient to the airport - the onsite restaurant is convenient - towels were good quality - bed was comfortable - the water and the ice machine were nice to have - bottles of water in the room were also nice to have Negatives / sadly too many - the overall smell of the hotel is stale, some kind of infiltration of air fresher or air purifier would have been nice. Stale isn't doing it justice - the smell is stale, moldy, old. Not typical Marriott experience - button for lobby in one of the elevators is partially broken - elevators are slow Room 900 specific issues 1. The air does not consistently work as set (ex: setting as auto and 70 was extremely hot, the air would rarely kick on. Setting it to 67 cooled it down some, but still never holding a consistent temperature. Fan would blow for 60-75 seconds then go off for 5+ minutes). I normally keep it on 70-72 at home and the 67 which was the lowest it would let me go was ridiculously hot 2. There is mold EVERYWHERE in the bathroom. I am not sure when the room was last deep cleaned - bathroom and bedroom area. 3. Room floor clearly had not been vacuumed between guests, possibly longer. Food in corner by suitcase area. 4. While towels are good quality, only providing one washcloth, one hand towel, and 2 towels is crazy, especially when housekeeping sees towels on floor to soak up water from shower (or heck it may have been the toilet) leaking. 5. The hooks for towels/clothes are broken. The one in the bathroom behind the door was on the floor at check in. I left it on the counter. Housekeeping left it there. The left (1 of 3) hook on wall over suitcase area was also not secure. This is dangerous! Imagine if a kid found these screws 6. The shower curtain needs to be washed or replaced. The red bacteria is gross. 7. The shower head was HORRIBLE! Several issues - even with shower turned on, water is coming out at a heavy speed from tub faucet and also from metal arm of shower head. This means - the hotel is wasting a ton of water and it's hard to feel clean because there is minimal water coming out of the shower head. The shower head is also corroded. 8. It could be the shower head not working well that doesn't wash shampoo/conditioner out well, or it could be the hair products. Either way, argon oil products are typically only good for certain hair textures. A different variety would have been nice. Pictures for proof.... 1. Broken hook bathroom 2. Broken hook bedroom 3. I am staying here at Delta hotel west palm beach (by Marriott) and I have never had an experience like this. It has been two hours and there is no water. The water is completely off! No one in the hotel can shower or use the bathrooms at all. (Cannot flush the toilets). When I contacted the front desk about this issue, I was told that there would be 45 mins to an hour until the issue was fixed. However, I had been an hour and a half without water. In addition when I asked room service about bottle water she told me that there would be entire hotel had no more water bottles. This is unsanitary conditions. I am staying here on business, however I don't think I will ever stay here. Being that this hotel is under the Marriott brand, I expected so much more from this hotel. read more

its location is pretty ea for getting on to I95. A A little more pricier than other hotels in the same radius but less amenities in the room accommodation. one Elevator working for the past two years so it takes extra time getting to your room and lobby area. The Ac makes a lot of noise when running. Please replace your refrigerators in the room. They are old and need to be replaced. on a positive note they staff is a very friendly and accommodating. 5 stars to them. The breakfast is excellent and full with everything. read more

The breakfast here is consistently excellent. Isabela takes great care of the tables entrusted to her care with professional service, can-do attitude and prompt efficiency. Glasses are never empty and let me tell you, the kitchen does poached eggs right! Passing through this area for business afforded a relaxing overnight, productive morning before operations ramp up. Great stay at this Delta hotel. The location is great and close to lots of food,shopping and things to do. You can tell that the hotel has been recently renovated and when you walk in the interior is gorgeous. They also have a café and a restaurant and a full bar on site. The young black lady at the front desk check in... Serena, I believe her name is, was warm, friendly and amazing. She kindly checked mr in early and explained the property beautifully to me. The room is nice was appointed nicely. It was comfortably sized with a king size bed, sitting area and a desk nook. The only thing that wasn't great about the room was the bathroom. It wasn't in too bad of a shape, but nothing fancy. You could tell they were a little bit older. Excellent value, location, and service. I would recommend and will return again. read more

I was in town just for overnight so I stayed by the airport. It has everything I am looking for; a pool and health club. Originally they gave me a room with no water. What's with that? They graciously upgraded me to a king and gave me a different room. They did it without giving me a hassle. They also gave me a complimentary drink at the bar. I had to deduct a star for having to switch rooms. read more

The Delta hotel is truly a hidden gem in the PBI area. With many hotel options to choose from they do a very good job to go above and beyond to support their customers. As an aviation based area the staff is great at making you feel at home. The bar area is very nice and comfortable, and the rooms are also great. They are very clean and the beds are pretty great. I am on the road 150 days a year and I will commute just to stay at this hotel. I appreciate all the hard work the staff puts into this hotel! read more

Rooms smell very moldy. A/C system in the rooms are not cleaned and or serviced properly. Water is not draining from the collection pan. So mold build up and makes the room musty and damp. I've had a headache the whole time I'm in the room read more
