Front outside and the cute little Moke

It's like the movie, "Somewhere In Time" - the most relaxing, happy, tropical vibe you can imagine. There was French music playing when we arrived, fresh flowers everywhere, and even complimentary refreshments, including warm homemade cookies in the afternoon! Yum! I literally spent hours doing something I never do... I sat in the beautiful parlor (complete with a working Victrola!) with the French music playing and read books. Then the next day I did the same thing on the balcony overlooking the golf course and ocean. The last day we had breakfast outside on the covered veranda, and ended up spending the day enjoying the courtyard, listening to music and just enjoying each other. This was the perfect quiet getaway. It felt like we were in another world. The owner is super professional and accommodating. I appreciated that a special needs young man also works there, and he was amazing. I tipped him $40 for his hard work filling our drinks and making sure every detail was attended with a big smile and the warmest heart! He was my favorite part of the whole perfect experience. The breakfasts every day were creative and very tasty! They reminded me so much of my travels in Europe. They took me right there. This is definitely not a continental breakfast place. The owner was there cooking every morning and each morning I felt pampered and transported to another place - hard to describe - but somewhere I wish I always could be. There are live plants and fresh flowers in every corner you see, and this was such a personal, nice touch. The balcony overlooking the golf course and water were perfect! The innkeeper suggested restaurants and even got us into one that was completely booked. Everything was really perfect. The courtyard was my favorite - orchids everywhere and the wild foliage made just sitting and swinging a most relaxing part of the vacation. We walked to the beautiful florida beaches, and virtually any restaurant we wanted. The owner ran us over to a spa appointment at the hotel close by (in an adorable little blue Moke) that charges thousands more per room, per night. All I could do was giggle that I was staying in nicer accommodations for a fraction of what the people in the spa hotel were paying, and I still got to enjoy the spa! So many parts of this beautiful little Inn to enjoy. My only complaint is that we wanted to stay longer but they were booked up. They book up so make your reservations early. I really can't believe I found this little hidden gem of a place and so much more reasonable than many much less personal and less amazing places! We're going back and taking friends this summer! I can't wait to feel that way again!

My fiancé and I stayed here last night. This was our first time at a bed and breakfast and we were very impressed! The music playing throughout the house, the coffee and tea set ups available, even a game of checkers available when you walk in. The courtyard in the back is just beautiful, a serene place to spend an afternoon A clean, at-home feeling, Gregory and Angela are warm, hospitable and friendly. Last but definitely not least, Angela does a fabulous job cooking breakfast and doing the housekeeping. A wonderful couple doing an outstanding job at running a fabulous bed and breakfast! We will definitely be returning.

We're Miami residents that uprooted from New England a couple of years ago and this has been our first real vacation getaway since. From the moment we walked through the front door we were teleported back to New England. John and Colleen are amazingly warm and gracious hosts with a beautiful home, and a fantastically detailed oriented housekeeper. The rooms are themed by artists. We stayed in the Norman Rockwell room over Valentines days. While I normally take pictures of everything, I have to admit that I slacked a bit on this visit. It was hard not to just indulge in the sounds of the bubbling water fountains in their courtyard, or melt away in my comfy bathrobe as I sipped their delicious afternoon tea and freshly baked snacks. Given its proximity to many neighboring attractions as well as the thoroughness of the service that they offer they are very reasonably priced. With your stay you'll enjoy a freshly cooked breakfast on a beautifully decorated table in the location you find most appealing, inside or out in their courtyard. If you are in a rush, coffee is promptly ready when you wake and a selection of fresh fruit, juice, hot teas, and pastries were always available. More pastries magically appear around tea time in the afternoon along with fresh brewed tea. My fiance (he proposed while we were there) surprised me with their valentine's day romance package option which included champagne, roses, chocolate covered strawberries (made by Colleen), and rose petals on the bed. The strawberries were the best I had every had. Reserve your stay with confidence knowing that this will be, without question, the most relaxing and serene vacation you could hope for.

Quaint, romantic, & great hosts! Loved the rooms, they felt luxurious but cozy. Warm feel, cottage ambiance. Such sweet hosts, Angela & Greg, which made our experience so much better! Felt like a special treat and you forget where you are

We had looked online many many times but simply could not choose which room type we wanted as they were all so different. After deciding to just wing it and go see them in person, Cheryl and her staff (and our adorable little furry guard dog Lucy by her side!) could not have been more helpful in giving us a tour and showing us everything we wanted to see and more! We looked at the Bungalows, the little places across the street, the upstairs apartments and finally decided on the Guest House as we loved the big open space with high ceiling and stone floor. Fridge was stacked, coffee at the ready. It was just beautiful! The grounds were great, the pool was a little oasis in the middle of the beautiful gardens, everything designed differently but it all just works! Walking distance to shops and main area with restaurants, cinema etc... I would not hesitate in returning to stay either in the same room or one of the other amazing offerings, and would recommend to anyone. There really is something to suit everyone's needs and more. We grabbed a last minute room in West Palm Beach to stay one night while we went to a local event. I was happy we got the last room available at Biba. I had heard good things and looked forward to it. When we checked in, a really nice guy set us up. He explained all well and told us we had the room upstairs. Biba has exterior rooms and they have rooms in the main house. Ours was the latter. It was a quaint room, and that was a good thing. It was a studio so it came with a extra couch too. All were nice. It wasn't fancy or anything, but I didn't expect that for what we were paying. The room overall was solid. Breakfast the next morning, which was included wasn't anything to brag about. Juice, coffee and breads. For someone hoping for eggs or any other protein I was a little let down. But again for the cost of the hotel, I didn't expect a big spread. I know there are other spots to stay in WPB that would be nicer, but I'm sure the next time there's a mini stay-cation Biba will be one of the places I will consider to stay at.
