I sent her multiple images as to what I was looking for and she also gave me her opinion as well. Once we started, I couldn't stop talking to her. She is very easy going and she was nice enough to listen to my problems. Leading up to the wedding she would text me and check in with me just to make sure things were going okay. Now, the day of the wedding: I couldn't be happier with her work for the day of my wedding. She also worked on 4 bridesmaids, my stepdaughter (junior bridesmaid) and my mother in law. Last minute, I decided that I wanted to do my makeup as well because I was afraid of doing it myself. I felt beautiful and looked incredible! If its volume lashes it should take at least 1 hour and 30 min my mom was done less than 45 min and her eyelashes fell out last week like literally just came out and no showering has nothing to do with them coming out because I still have mine on from a few days before mother's day and I only got 50 on each eyelid but I'm glad I paid with a Groupon because I will be damned if I paid $189 for my eyelashes to be out in less than 2 weeks
