Before booking, we were quoted $170 online. When we arrived, that same price was confirmed again in person, so we felt comfortable moving forward. To our surprise, after the service was completed, we were charged $350--more than double the quoted price. At no point during the appointment were we told the price had changed or given the opportunity to approve the additional cost before the work continued. If the final price was going to be significantly higher, that should have been communicated upfront so we could make an informed decision. Transparent pricing is especially important when working with young clients who have saved their own money. I'm sharing this experience so other parents know to ask for the final total in writing before the service begins and to confirm that the quoted price will not change without their approval. Unfortunately, our experience left us feeling disappointed and blindsided.

She was very thorough during the consultation to make sure I understand what she is about to do and that I also get what I came in for. My original hair was highlighted (super bleached/ashy) and had a bad layered cut (turns out I had a mullet I wasn't aware of lol). I wanted to return to my natural color and also get a cut to even out my layers. Within two hours, Hanh achieved the color and cut seamlessly through proper and detailed steps to repair my damaged hair. My experience with her was fantastic. I am a natural dirty blonde trying to get a silver balayage. I showed the stylist photos and she consulted with her fellow stylist what I want and told me they can get very close to what I want. I was also told $175 for a promotional offer. After sitting about 6 hours, it looked very similar to what I had come into the salon with. Nothing close to what I wanted. Also I ended up paying approximately $400 because they needed to use extra product for the amount of hair I have. I was never informed this until checkout.
