Very nice delta sky club. Not as big a selection or as spacious as some others I have visited but they had some nice and delicious food. Some of the unique features was a pineapple soft serve machine, postcard to friend/ family which they will mail for you in the USA. They also went around offering chocolate and Honolulu cookie company individual wrapped treats to guests. Liked these 3 unique features. Highly reccomend. The front desk lady does a warn about it take 15 minute walk to get to c gate. This club is located where tsa ends so you don't have to search for it far. All attendants were friendly and courteous. Excellent customer service beyond what I've seen in most lounges. Plenty of comfortable seating, charging ports, and magazines for leisurely reading. The food options are actually quite good. Two different kinds of sandwiches, several cheese options, ramen, kalua pork and cabbage, noodles, salad bar etc... Definitely one of the best places to sit and relax before a flight. It is hard to give this Delta Sky Club more than three stars. It badly lags what you can find on the west coast. The lounge is also old. Check in is friendly and easy. The food and beverage offerings are minimal but palatable. When it's crowded things get depleted quickly but they are good about refilling offerings regularly. Non-alcoholic beverages are served in paper cups. The restrooms show the age of the lounge. I'd just as soon use the ones out in the terminal. A good airline lounge in Daniel K Inouye is hard to find. The Delta Sky Club is a mid level lounge at best. read more

Greatful this club exist but definitely not the best. This location inside Honolulu is a smaller club. They don't open until 6:45am which I find to be rather late for an airport club opening. I had my experience here in the morning which had your typical airport breakfood food. They even had pineapple soft serve which was nice for those who don't mind dessert that morning. What I didn't like was that they only had two coffee/esspresso markers and no just easy fresh coffee to quickly get. You had to get in line with those making espressos and lattes which took awhile. The bar was also really small. But overall it wasn't too busy and I enjoyed my time there. read more

Aloha! Lots of it in this lounge! Other than it being windowless, it's a great lounge. I enjoyed my snack of pork and a small sandwich. The desserts are very good too. The "bar" is a small area near the buffet. The bartender was very nice and complimented my Hawaiian shirt. I had each of the specialty drinks- a mai tai and blue Hawaiian. Now I'm ready for that redeye back to the mainland! There's lots of seating, and employees were actively walking around to clean. You get a small treat upon entering- chocolate macadamia nuts. A pretty typical Sky Club lounge, save for the smaller size, later than expected opening time, and no windows or showers. However, compared to the other HNL lounges this one is a pretty comfortable and spacious one with solid food and drink options. The staff are super nice and courteous, and plates are cleared regularly or while you're away to get more food or use the restroom. One thing not to miss are the 2 HNL-exclusive bar drinks that can't be found at any other Sky Club location: the Blue Hawaiian and Mai Tai. Served in a tiki glass, they're definitely fitting of the island vibes and a nice send off before going on a flight! Coming for breakfast, the spread was varied and healthy with an aloha flair to it. Ranging from Hawaiian fried rice to pineapple vanilla yogurt parfait, kale & cranberry breakfast salad, and some of the most juciest and sweetest pineapple cubes at ANY aiprort lounge, there's something for everyone to get a jump to the day. My fav was the pineapple whip, hands down had me going back for more. The only thing I wish there was, was juice for toddlers like apple juice. This Sky Club is a victim of its floor plan; I'm not sure how much control they have over what the airport is giving them, but it's not much. The space is cramped, not much distance between seating areas or the food/beverage stations. The "bar" is a one-man booth that looks more like a concession stand at a carnival. But the worst part? The bathroom. This is a rare Sky Club where the bathrooms inside are worse than the public bathrooms in the terminal itself. These bathrooms were tiny, and the stalls were not full closets; just your regular panels and, in the men's room, an oddly shaped urinal. All the amenities are there, from wifi to free food and drinks, but don't expect much more from this relative to other Sky Clubs. read more

Delta Sky Club is an amazing club compared to the others at HNL. It's a short walk past TSA, easy to find, and near F1 in terminal 2. Access to this club is allowed within 3 hours of departure. Checkin was a breeze and with a smile. Self served cold/hot foods, soft drinks, and coffee available. Complimentary adult beverages to include mai tais can be ordered. Delta Sky Club at the Honolulu International Airport is just a short walk from the interisland terminal. Got settled into the lounge and did our walk through. The setup of fruits, entrees and desserts looked familiar to the other Sky Clubs. However, kalua pig, shave ice, macaroni salad and mochi ice cream sets this lounge apart from others. The kalua pig was so good, I went back for seconds, maybe thirds. I love that staff will prepare shave ice for you. This is not a premium lounge; however, they still have a full bar. If the bathrooms are full, there are airport restrooms nearby. Staff walked through frequently to clear dirty dishes and glasses. The bartender even came through to take drink orders. Friendly staff and comfortable lounge. Only thing I missed were the windows to watch the planes. read more

We had utilized more than one credit card to pay for our tickets on the same flight and the gentlemen at the reception desk explained everything to us so that we understood the benefits. Dingy, small crowded, greeters are rude, status and delta one mean nothing ... will turn you away if not within 3 hour window! I get it is small and dingy compared to other sky mile clubs.. but they can at least have a better greeting and be more courteous! Food was subpar and fruit flies swarming around! Was warm as well, probably due to the crowded hacking OP's without any level of self awareness! Literally super tight without any meaningful seating! Bathrooms are just 2 small stalls.. so use the larger airport ones if needed! Honestly shocked when I first entered, Delta can and should do better since this is not a small airport.. they should invest in more space especially when they service sky mile member and Delta One to this airport! HNL Sky Club is like a secret little room across from F1. It's small, so I plan on getting to the airport a little early before flights to a Delta hub (so many of us have access). Sometimes there is a line to get in. I would probably grab carryout and hang out in the garden instead of waiting in line for the Sky Club, but only because the gardens are so nice. Inside the club, there are a good variety of seating options and places to work. The food is great and the staff is awesome. It's small and a little tight, but they do such a good job of clearing dishes and refilling food that it runs smoothly. It's an older lounge, and there are no windows and the bathroom is small. But the location is convenient and it's a nice quiet place to do some work and have a good meal before a flight. read more

This is definitely one of Delta's smaller lounges but I will say out of all the others (LGA, JFK, SEA, ATL, ORD, MSP, etc.) this lounge by far always has the healthiest food options for a Delta lounge. The service is amazing, as the waitstaff comes to you to dispose of your completed meal and also refreshes your beverages (alcohol and mocktails). All winning qualities for a lounge, imho. read more

Miss the old location on the garden level that at least had windows. Claude Roussel and company ought to be embarrassed. Hopefully he'll work his magic one of these days and overhaul this sad space. Still 5 stars from me after all these years. Remains one of my favorite sky clubs in the Delta/Sky Team system. I just read my review from several years ago and it remains accurate. The crew that works in this place is always polite, helpful, and welcoming. I was just through here with my elderly father on a trip and they took the time to make him feel like a welcomed guest. I especially like the sky clubs that make an extra effort to show off a little local culture, food, or beverage. Here, they do all three. The staff definite conveys the Aloha spirit upon entry. The breakfast offerings had higher quality, pineapples and mangoes than what I got at my hotel, and I love that the rice cooker is always on no matter what time of day . That is a true local habit and takes me back to my childhood in a comforting way. And local craft beers are on draft. While not the most spacious or modern, it is the perfect place to get my local fill and say goodbye to HI and is something for me to look forward to on my next visit. read more

This was my first visit to any Delta Sky Lounge (DSL). I hadn't flown Delta in a long time because they switched to 757 and 737 aircraft to service Hawaii and I don't like flying on single aisle aircraft. I learned that they use the 767 on their HNL-LAX route so I booked first class seats so I could attend a concert in Temecula. I wondered if my first class ticket would gain me entrance to the DSL because a similar ticket doesn't allow one to access United's Polaris Lounge, unless you're flying internationally. I had a backup plan; I am an American Express Platinum cardholder and that allows you to use the Sky Lounge. I was pleasantly surprised by the layout and the food and drink offerings in the DSL. Yes, it was crowded but I found a seat with an AC outlet so I could charge my phone. I went to get a gin & tonic and a plate of food and a couple of bags of chips. Why two bags? One is for consumption on the plane. I spent 2.5 hours in the lounge; it's so much more relaxing in the DSL than out in the terminal by the gate(s). I'll give the Honolulu location 4+ stars, mainly because the staff there were the friendliest and most helpful I've experienced in any lounge by an American carrier. read more

Small but mighty Delta Sky Club! The aloha spirit is strong and while it's not the newest or largest one I've been in, the service & food was by far the best! Their food selection was great with a lot of yummies like Kalua Pork, Shoyu Chicken, spam fried rice, Bubbies Mochi and more. They also took such care with their meat & cheese display. Again nicest I've seen of any Delta lounge I've been to (so far LAX, SEA, multiple in DTW and JFK). The service was also outstanding. Only lounge I've been do where they're actively coming around to serve you beverages! And, they had a lovely complimentary post card where you drop it off & they stamp and mail it for you! This club is hands down the best Delta Sky Club I've visited in terms of staffing. It's a medium sized location, and they have a well stocked service area with several hot foods, salads, sandwiches, drinks, and desserts. Truly memorable is the staff. They are constantly on the move. They greeted at check in, checked on the guests frequently, asked if they can bring us anything, cleaned, kept the food fresh, and wished us a good flight as we departed. I got extremely lucky and got a complimentary pass to the Honolulu Delta Sky Club before flying on a recently completed trip to the US mainland on October 30, 2024. As it turns out, it was pure magic for sure. I have always wondered what a Delta sky club would be like. Sure, it's the lounge for frequent Delta airline travel people, but it's always eluded me to what it is really like. I travel often as I can, but never could get the status that can get me the privileges that go with the Delta airlines Delta sky club requirements. As luck would have it, the seat that I had on the original flight to LAX was broken in 1st class, so they offered an upgrade to Delta One on flight to SLC 2 hrs later than my original departure with complimentary Delta Sky Club access. I was blown away! I thanked the Delta Airlines agent at ticketing, refreshed my Delta App, and proceeded to the Delta Sky Club after going thru TSA security screening. Upon entering the Sky Club, I was greeted by the Delta Airlines Sky Club attendant and they scanned my mobile boarding pass. Once in, I looked around the room and it felt like heaven. Free flowing alcohol and dinner in self serve heating trays. There was also an assorted drinks to be had. My favorite was the unsweetened ice tea but sure, the alcohol was good too. The service was excellent and professional. I think it was the first time I had a Blue Hawaii in recent memory. I found a spot with a table and felt blessed that this upgrade happened. It was the highlight of the day after a challenging day at the office to get everything in before leaving for vacation. Everything was spotless and the room was electric. I felt like I belonged here. The food was delicious and definitely healthier than the rest of what the airport had to offer. Not sure if they rotate menu items, but while I was there, they had steamed fish, fried rice, and I was delighted and definitely had seconds and thirds while consuming alcohol. Must've had 4 drinks before calling it quits that evening. It was a slice of heaven no doubt. It was a perfect evening to be here and too bad it ended lol The overall experience here at the Honolulu Delta Sky Club was excellent and I enjoyed it immensely, especially with the alcohol. Very unlikely I will be here again, unless I book a seat on Delta One, I'm thinking. Still, it's something to think about while living #thetravellife. Do yourself a favor and try to get here while and when you can. It is a definite upgrade from the rest of the airport, in terms of food and drinks. it was a grand time to be had, but it how it is. The seats were comfortable and it felt more of a restaurant cafe than a Sky Club, per se. If you have the credentials to be here, it's definitely worth it. The views are amazing! The Honolulu Delta Sky Club is located at the Honolulu International Airport, Terminal 2 beyond the TSA checkpoint. It's an exclusive club for Delta Airlines customers. There's an entire list of requirements online, but best bet would be to find it and see if you can qualify for it. Plenty of people usually take Uber or Lyft to get to the airport for their departures and when arriving, Uber or Lyft to take them to their destinations. If you drive, there's paid public parking that charges by the hour nearby. Of course, there's always rental cars available by the major car rental companies and the Honolulu City bus if you want to. The Delta Sky Club ambiance was amazing and I can attest to being so. My favorite part of the Delta Sky Club experience is the experience. Being apart of an exclusive travel club does have its benefits and not have to worry about other things while traveling. Still, it was a slice of Shangri-la and happy to have been a part of it. Love delta sky lounges generally but this one just decent. While the food was amazing, the seating and size just reminds me of an office building where you go to meet a CPA or something. I generally like being able to lie down a bit or getting in a comfortable position as I wait for my flight but you can't really do that here. They have outlets and lots of charging stations which is a plus but overall it's just a pretty average lounge that you can find anywhere. read more

Located by F1 of Terminal 2, this Delta lounge greets you with friendly staff and a decor that aligns with the feel of the Hawaiian islands. Here is a summary of the Hawaiian- and Asian-inspired foods that makes it distinct from its US mainland counterparts: - Hawaiian Shoyu Chicken - Kalua Pork with Cabbage - Japanese Curry (vegetarian) - Japchae - Edamame - Steamed White Rice (#iykyk) - Cut Pineapple and Mango - Sriracha (as a condiment) - Passion Fruit Mochi Ice Cream - Mai Tai (amazing presentation, btw) - Sesame Salad Dressing I heard from other reviewers that there's spam fried rice, either served previously or on different days. Definitely due for an expansion given how many more people have lounge access through Amex and Delta One business class. The Honolulu Airport Delta Sky Club is mid. Considering I've experienced so many other clubs that are much more modern, larger, and updated I have to only can give 3 stars. And I'm being generous. First, the bar is small. Most have full bars but here you get a 3-4 foot counter. Next the food choices/variety of food is also small. As you can see in the photo the food choices it's a very basic, bland menu and honestly the only thing I liked was the celery sticks.
