When multiple people voiced concerns, the manager couldn't have seemed less interested. The vibe in the room was painfully flat, and management appeared completely indifferent. We were told the owners didn't want to turn the volume up because a speaker had blown the previous week. If that's true, then don't charge people a cover for a premium viewing experience you can't deliver. That's on ownership, not the customers. The only reason this review isn't one star is because of the staff who were actually trying. Riley, the hostess, was absolutely wonderful: friendly, organized, and professional despite the chaos.
