    Packed!
    Kelly L.

It is part of Hawaii airline for bussiness, first classes and loyalty programa. They no longer accept Priority Pass program. The lounge is small but clean, comfortable and well stocked. We were flying out on a Tuesday red-eye flight so it is not packed. Free wifi Plenty seatings and charging stations Clean bathroom (no shower though) Food: rice with miso-braised pork, soups (chicken gumbo or tomato basil), salad bars a, pancake station with blue berry and strawberries, and a poke bar (c'mon even poke bar!) Drinks: coffee machine, hot chocolate, soft drinks, tea, wine and beers. Poke bar is very fresh, with tuna, dry seaweeds, green and white onion and several dressing (ginger shoyu, Hawaiian spicy, etc.) Staff is constantly cleaning and replenish items. Staff also contacted transport for older passengers. Hope I can get to use this lounge again in future.

Update on The plumeria lounge looks like they added new items from the last time I was there . Now there's a poke bar you can add your on ingredients. Of course one hot dish today it was sweet sour pork it was pretty good . My favorite automatic pancake machine I've been to several lounges and pretty much they all have this machine and it's actually the best pancake I ever had lol

Crowded, old, with limited food options. Definitely something to pass up on. You get assigned seats and sometimes put on a waitlist when the lounge is at capacity. The comfy seats are reserved for international first class passengers only. It's also self service. And nothing can go out of the lounge. The staff is definitely trying their best to manage this mess... but they can only do so much when the place is so poorly designed.

The aloha comes in waves at this lounge at HNL close to the A Gates. I had a relatively long layover to Asia, and as either a Platinum member traveling internationally or traveling business/first you have access to this lounge. Breakfast - pancake maker and also can get fruit and cereal. The pancakes were excellent, put some fruit and the coconut syrup on them for an awesome combo! Lunch - poke bowl and salad bar with the freshest ingredients as well as some hot food and soup. The local produce also allows you to have an awesome salad and try out that papaya dressing! I wasn't too keen on their hot food offerings but there's so much other selection you'll still get your fill without it! Beer and wine available along with soda and coffee. The employees are just like your Ohana, so so helpful and kind, makes any stopover feel like a little holiday. The lounge environment is casual, nothing fancy but tables and chairs and a few TVs. The aloha is everywhere though which is the best!

I finally got to experience an airport lounge using a pass I got from my Alaska airlines card. I'm still super confused on how this works, cause the lounge is listed on the Alaska website but the lounge normally gets a pass and not the code that the credit card site provided. But either way, I got in before an early morning flight so it was nice and empty. I wasn't sure if anything would be available since it was so early, but I was happily surprised - got fresh fruit and coconut and maple syrup over pancakes, local honey and granola topped with sweet fruit, fried rice and scrambled eggs, cereal bowls, and a few espresso cups. Didn't get to try the alcohol cause it was a work trip, but was impressed with the options! Bathrooms were large and clean, and overall a wonderful place to visit before going on a Hawaiian airlines flight.

This is the look of sadness upon buying a first class ticket and experiencing this lounge

This is Hawaiian airlines hub. And this lounge is small, over crowded, old and worn. I was surprised. The food selection is poor. I wonder why anyone would pay to get In , but perhaps that's why it's crowded. The wi fi connection requires a series of hyphens and letters, making it super sensitive and just about impossible to use. Forget it, I'll just use cell data Do they not pay for a/c in here? Hot , stuffy with a few ceiling fans As far as first class lounges go, this is the saddest I've ever experienced.

Food: 4* Service: 3* Ambiance: 3* This is a basic club. I can't wait for the new one to emerge now that Alaska and Hawaiian merged. This is an ok lounge that does the job, it just basic. The food options were good and they even have poke, which was a nice surprise. Not a bad lounge, just out of the way and a little basic.

Lounge opens exactly at 6:30 a.m. check in is fast by showing your boarding pass. If status to enter lounge is not on your pass then show your Premier card. Sit anywhere that is not reserved. Good if you haven't had anything to eat before arriving at the airport. It's like a continental breakfast with some snacks. Passengers help bus their own tables. Thankyou Doc for gifting me this card so I can get a bite to eat and not twirling my thumbs for rescheduled flight 4+ hours later.

No waitlist to join this morning! Quick restroom stop, Yeti fill-up of water. Quick bite to eat, good place to meet friends before heading out for your flight! Don't forget to ask for your Cup Noodle. Remember to join the waitlist during peak travel time. Safe travels! https://www.waitlist.me/w/theplumerialounge

The perks of having the Priority Pass allows you access into certain airport lounges all of the country and the Plumeria Lounge is one of them! Most times that I have traveled, there wasn't a wait but when it gets very busy, there is a wait list after you check in with the employee at the check-in counter. The employees are always so welcoming and friendly sharing the aloha spirit greeting you when you enter and when leave. When you check in, you show your priority pass card which they scan and they check your ID and boarding pass. The have tables and chairs, bar style seating, and well as lounge chairs with coffee tables available for seating. Most times there is either a sandwich, sliders, and they also have had yakisoba noodles and teriyaki chicken. They always have fruit snacks, bags of pretzels, taro chips (fav), mele macs (fav), and mini chocolate chip cookies available in jars. They also have soft drinks, a machine for ice and water, coffee and cappuccino, ice tea in 4 flavors, wine, beer, and seltzers. Today for food, they had pork sliders with plain and taro rolls, milestone soup, and assorted veggies with ranch dressing. The food was not bad and a great snack before your plane ride. They do also offer wifi and have restrooms for use inside. We enjoy coming to the lounge to relax before our flight and will definitely return.

Located on the upstais floor by the Wiki Wiki shuttle, the Plumeria lounge serves as a serviceable spot to rest before your flight. Although it can get a little crowded in the early afternoon as this this is the only Priority Pass lounge in HNL, the service is great and they do have some snacks and beer and wine available. All service is self service and you are asked to clean up for yourself. Beer and wine are available as well as self service coffee and cappuccinos. A highlight after 10am is the Poi rolls and hot Kahlua Pork. Power outlets are not at all spots, and primarily against the wall by the elevated seats.

The Plumeria lounge is a clean comfortable place to park it and grab a bite and a drink before a flight - no frills, it's self service, but the food was decent and beer, wine and hard seltzer are chilled and available. As an Alaska lounge member I appreciate being able to take advantage of the space. If I had paid for single entry I might feel differently.

There was a wait list yesterday. If you try to go in when there's a wait the staff will stop you and direct you to a sign with a QR code. You can tell from the people milling around outside though.

There is a separate jet bridge that connects passengers while boarding the upper cabin of ANA's Airbus 380 Aircraft. There is a regular lounge and a Suite lounge both sharing one same entrance. Me and my other half booked premium economy and was first to get to the regular lounge as my cousin and his other half were both booked in business class having access to the suite lounge as well. The regular lounge had a semi-full bar, a full spread of buffet selection, an udon bar, as well as non-alcoholic beverages with a premium coffee maker serving illy brand coffee. This lounge is spacious, seating area is extensive, especially considering that HNL isn't a very large airport. There are mainly three different types of seating; comfy lounge chairs and sofas with coffee tables line the large floor-to-ceiling windows, providing a spectacular views of the tarmac and runway. If you are going to Tokyo Narita on the A380, you'll see the HONU aircraft just outside the window. Many passengers were airplane spotting as the first Honu was taxiing out and taking off. Long benches with communal tables are another seating that also serves as a workstation. The dining space also has AC power as well as USB outlets. There is also restaurant style with round cocktail tables, rectangular dining tables making it a very nice space to enjoy snacks, cocktails, or full meal before the flight. Food servers and ground staff agents are professional, and friendly. The entire lounge is kept sparking clean including the restrooms located just past the children's play area. Table and counters were constantly wiped down, the air conditioning temperature and ambiance is truly a Hawaiian/Japanese environment.
