The Ko Olina Club Lounge is conveniently located on the 1st Floor Garden Court area of the airport's Main Terminal 2 near domestic and international travel gates. Use of the Lounge is available exclusively to guests of Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, Marriott's Ko Olina Beach Club and the Ko Olina Beach Villas. This lounge is is air conditioned, clean with comfortable seating and tables. There are clean restrooms and snacks for purchase. No outside food or drinks. Coffee, tea and water are complimentary. Lots of outlets and charge outlets. Free WiFi. Lounge is staffed. To enter, one must ring doorbell and staff will open door. In order to use this lounge, guest must have a reservation with one of the KoOlina resorts. Nice lounge! Beats waiting in the crowded gates! Much more relaxing! Thank you to the KoOlina resorts for offering this perks to their guests!

Very clean and quite. It is never crowded for the times we have used it. If you arrive early it is a very nice lounge. Now why did I give it only have three star. Well it is a bit out of the way and if your first time going it is pretty hard to find. Also being on a lower level. The lounge lacks things like free snacks and drinks. They only thing offered is water and some tea. Other then that it is a nice place.

One of the worst lounges I've been to - small - only water and juice. No food, no alcoholic beverages; can't bring in outside food; can't take juice out. Smelled musty. Moving on.

This lounge is very relaxing and incredible! When we landed in Honolulu we were told about this lounge and how it's free if you are staying at a hotel in Ko Olino. This lounge is not huge and honestly doesn't offer a lot. You do get a free non alcoholic beverage and they have snacks for purchase. You can purchase more drinks for only $1. They are located directly next to a food court. So you can venture over there for actual food. It is also located in a garden area that is absolutely beautiful! I think the only downfall to this location is not having real food available for purchase inside the lounge. Aside from that I enjoyed the free access to a beautiful relaxing atmosphere. If you stayed at a Ko Olina resort I recommend checking this place out!

We just experienced this lounge for the first time yesterday. The lounge is available to anyone who had a reservation at one of the Ko Olina beach resorts (Aulani, Four Seasons, Ko Olina Beach Club or Marriott Ko Olina). It was a large, well air conditioned space with comfortable seating, Wi-Fi, outlets, beverages and snacks for purchase as well as complimentary coffee, water and tea. Easy, quiet and comfortable- the perfect way to get ready for a long flight.

If you have stayed in the Ko Olina area- aka Disney Aulani among a few other resorts- this is offered as a free amenity once you arrive at the airport! Free water, hot coco or coffee. Snacks available for purchase. We enjoyed a quiet place a couple hours before Our flight!

The missing 1.5 is for a smaller selection than most premium lounges. Their miso braised pork was stand-out and their lilikoi cheesecake bar was delicious. Most of their produce/fruit offerings were local and fresh - can't say that about every lounge I've been to. Staff were continually refilling the stations. Drink selection is quite bare - 1 hard seltzer and 2 beers, a few different wines (I didn't check). No spirits, which other self-serve lounges even have. They make it a point to tell you that everything is self-service, including bussing your own plates and dishes. As such, some guests still leave their dishes and trash behind and it really doesn't seem like anyone is paying attention, so tables can stay full for a while. There are very limited big/full tables with outlets nearby, so I ended up bussing someone else's dishes myself to use the table for our party. Everything seemed clean, including bathrooms. Someone is also regularly cleaning it. Wifi wasn't strong enough for me to download anything off Netflix, which was strange, but maybe it was just me. All in all, this would be a 3.5/5 lounge experience, but still glad to have it.

We lucked out with seats right in front of where the Honu was parked! I love the convenience of the lounge being right above the departure gates in Terminal 2. (If you flew on Hawaiian Airlines but departing from Terminal 2, you'd have to trek to Terminal 1.) There's a variety of every course: rice, chicken curry, udon, sandwiches, açaí bowl, musubi, drinks, alcohol. Lots of stalls in the clean bathroom, by the kids play area. Im willing to pay for ANA premium economy for lounge access for the convenience and comfort of a long-ish journey! 4.5 stars

There is a separate jet bridge that connects passengers while boarding the upper cabin of ANA's Airbus 380 Aircraft. There is a regular lounge and a Suite lounge both sharing one same entrance. Me and my other half booked premium economy and was first to get to the regular lounge as my cousin and his other half were both booked in business class having access to the suite lounge as well. The regular lounge had a semi-full bar, a full spread of buffet selection, an udon bar, as well as non-alcoholic beverages with a premium coffee maker serving illy brand coffee. This lounge is spacious, seating area is extensive, especially considering that HNL isn't a very large airport. There are mainly three different types of seating; comfy lounge chairs and sofas with coffee tables line the large floor-to-ceiling windows, providing a spectacular views of the tarmac and runway. If you are going to Tokyo Narita on the A380, you'll see the HONU aircraft just outside the window. Many passengers were airplane spotting as the first Honu was taxiing out and taking off. Long benches with communal tables are another seating that also serves as a workstation. The dining space also has AC power as well as USB outlets. There is also restaurant style with round cocktail tables, rectangular dining tables making it a very nice space to enjoy snacks, cocktails, or full meal before the flight. Food servers and ground staff agents are professional, and friendly. The entire lounge is kept sparking clean including the restrooms located just past the children's play area. Table and counters were constantly wiped down, the air conditioning temperature and ambiance is truly a Hawaiian/Japanese environment.

I actually really enjoyed the yummy guava juice they had available! Overall I would not pay money to enter this lounge. If your credit card perks include a limited number of Priority Pass lounge visits I would skip this one. My boyfriend has unlimited Priority Pass lounge access with two free guests as a Ritz Carlton card holder so we lose out on nothing by coming in, but compared to other airport lounges we've visited this lounge definitely leaves a lot to be desired.

This lounge is a massive rectangular room and offers a lot of of seating along with beverages in cans and iced water. It is air-conditioned and is a nice respite away from other portions of the terminal which are open air and can get a little warm depending on the season. We didn't stay very long as the lounge got full very quickly and felt a little crowded so we decided to leave and head to arcade a little early. All in all a nice spot for a quick rest but not somewhere I would find myself staying too long as you are not able to have a private conversation as there is no auditory privacy here. But I do appreciate the cold beverages and a soft, comfy chair.

She brought us waters with a bottle to refill on our own, plates, cutlery and napkins. Drinks didn't take long and were deliciously concocted. We ordered chips with ahi dip- lots of dip and not enough chips but I'm sure if you asked for more they would acquiesce. Yummy and right flavor not too salty.
