Yes, this is a lounge in which I feel comfortable between flights. Anita checked us in quickly. We headed to the back of the lounge to find the bar and food. My picky eater Husband found salami, oyster crackers and a glass of coke for dinner. I got the apple crisp and 4 corner apple tart with Care Rosé. We sat near the fireplace and festive wreath. While we ate, I perused AUDIOFILE and AMERICAN CINEMATOGRAPHER, 2 periodicals out of 5 or 6 by entry. Bloomberg was on mute on the TV in the food area. Jazz played over the speakers, quietly. This lounge is clean, well lit, with plenty of comfortable places to sit, & you have your choice power outlets. Staff is pleasant, and keeps everything hygienic and fresh. Food is mediocre. It's the convenience of having this lounge. The seating areas are purposely made for discomfort and one gets very little rest. The chairs are old and could use some remodeling. It's the 1979s at this lounge. The food is always the same whether I come in April or December. Magazines l? It's actually the worst selection to sit down and enjoy. They only have 2 magazine types. I have always enjoyed this location among several offered at the DTW airport. Staff greet you quickly and provide any updates for your upcoming connection. The tram is also located conveniently across from the Delta Sky Club entry, making it easier to head to the B or C terminals if that is where your connecting flight gate is at. The restrooms are smaller than the larger size clubs, and that is the only concern at this location. read more

Smaller than the main Sky Club at the Center, the DTW Detroit Airport's A concourse is massive - a mile from end to end. And you can't be expected to go a half mile without a Sky Club, so here's one at the tram station on the North end of the terminal. If you've been to the South Sky Club then you've been here. Easily accessed from the tram, or you can get the escalator/elevator upstairs. Entry to the Club has a gatekeeper who will check your access. Inside, it's not huge but there are lots of small spaces that help to keep the noise to a minimum. No sleeping areas, but you could perhaps catch a short nap in one of these chairs. Quiet. Well stocked. Not as many food options as some larger Sky Clubs. Still provides a fair amount of options for vegetarians, gluten abstainers, persons that prefer dairy alternatives. Not a bad way to spend a 3 and-a-half hour delay. I now see why they make it so. damn. hard to get club access. This was one of three clubs in the terminal and it was still quite full. I came in as a guest of another Delta passenger that I met on my way to DTW. The lounge had table seating as well as oversized lounge chairs. There were also a number of showers on-site. The small bar area offered about a dozen spirits (including Jack Daniels), three beers on tap, a few more bottled offerings, and several options of both red and white wine... all self-serve. Excellent. The food options included a salad bar, hummus, mini-naan, fried rice, cavatappi mac and cheese, chicken meatballs, cookies and brownies... all served buffet style. The staff did a great job of keeping the food stocked and discarded plates and dishes cleared. Not sure if the whole experience is worth opening another Amex account (or paying the $500+ club fee) for, but it was a pretty good experience... especially in the face of such a significant flight delay. read more

For members or those who wish to pay for a visit, there's a self serve bar with soft drinks and beer on draft. Also snacks, hot food, salads and cheese. I also saw CupONoodles as well as hot soups. Staff is friendly. Free magazines and newspapers. Desk area to work and many chairs to relax or watch TV. Coffee all day with syrups. read more

The Delta Sky Club North is conveniently located upstairs right across front the North Station of the airport tram which services gates in the 50-70 range. The lounge is spacious with comfortable, private seating with personal outlets. Between 7 and 8am on a Thursday the lounge was not busy. I went at breakfast time and had a selection of self-serve mimosas, oatmeal and toppings, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt, breads and jam, and turkey sausage. read more

They have a lot of seating. But the dining room is very small. Hard to navigate the buffets. The food was good and the servers kept up pretty well stocking buffet. The coffee dispensers were empty also. Wifi is fast and as I said seating was plentiful with power at each seat. read more

Hope this is for lounge at A15-A18 2nd floor. Pretty small lounge. Complimentary drinks only, no specialty menu. Mostly same food (not identical) as lounge at A43 but different vibe. Works, esp when A43 lounge it is full but dont expect anything 'extra'. read more

First time in Detroit airport and this club was exactly what I needed. Smaller than other clubs but still had breakfast and great drinks being poured by Toni, who had the best and friendliest, especially for this early in the morning. Very welcoming front staff, easy check in and plenty of space to sit or even lay down. read more

An asset when on a long layover. They have upped their game since making the lounge available to passengers affiliated with other airlines and lounge clubs. Lounge is cleaner, more power ports available, eats are not just of the snack verity with even hot selections such as pastas and meatballs,chili,salads and soups now dominate the buffet where only booze reigned. The drink line up has been improved as well. In addition to the usual hard liquors there is several draught beef taps and wines available also, Espresso ,coffee machines are top of the line and while I not sure if this lounge offers shower facilities some do and is very welcomed after long jaunts. Entry if space is available is a reasonable $39.00/person if not a member but most airline sponsored Credit cards as well as Amex Gold/Platinum will cover the entrance fee. Its a hell of a lot better than a hard bench jostling for a charging port dining on a stale bag of overpriced chips with your fellow travelers in General population on a long layover. read more

This lounge is extremely conveniently located. It's on the 2nd floor near gate A68 and the tram is across from it. So go ahead grab some breakfast and walk across to catch the tram! The lounge has a lot of space which is nice because everyone isn't crammed in one space. There is a common area near food and more private seating options along the way. read more

We thought we would be able to get complimentary pass as husband and wife - she was downright rude that only one person could get in. It was on 6/15/19 at 7:30 pm. While in Michigan waiting for our plane we went to delta sky club. It was very nice and they had a lot of different niches to sit in. Had finger food and drinks and staff very pleasant. However, you need to get there early because they teach their capacity quickly and all seats are gone so it's standing room only. We will definitely use it again. read more

Just ok. It's absolutely packed sometimes and hard to find a seat. Not nearly enough places to plug in and charge and only a handful of cubicle workspaces. For a delta hub I expect better. read more
