Warning danger awaits your car here. They're the absolute worst my car was actually damaged at Delta Sonic Oswego. The absolute worst design in the history of car washes. They have these bulky square metal boxes for setting the car mats on in between each vacuum station. The moron vacuuming my car must not have been paying attention and not I have a giant dent on my drivers side door all because of that POS car wash. The service is great but the water is hard and leaves water spots all over. I had to cancel my membership.

I should not have to go through the car wash 3 or 4 times just for my car to still be partly clean. Especially for $30 a month. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because of the gas prices. read more

Delta Sonic, Since my last review, your service has improved. Employees are taking the time to spray down the cars when entering the wash. Usually, but not always they will spray the rear hatch and window, something the wash usually misses. We are now getting the Super Kiss Plus wash, that we are paying for, but previously not given. The reason for it being 4 not 5 stars, is the detail shop being unable to provide streak free windshield . It's more than a little annoying having to go home and wash the windshield after just paying to have it done. All in all the service has vastly improved and look forward to you earning the 5th star in my next review. read more

I got the $225 full interior detailing treatment. Very thorough job done inside and out. But I strongly suggest you request that they wipe off the excess oily, slippery protectant from all touch points. I had to spend 1/2 hour cleaning off the significant residue from the steering wheel, shift knob, door handles, hand brake, HVAC knobs, arm rests, brake and gas pedal !, etc. Also, It's been over a week since the job and the aroma is still strong. read more

I didn't feel the underbody blast whatsoever, not even when I went back to use the second free wash. To top it off, I left and had a mystery scrape on the side of my car and a couple days later had to replace a tire because it appeared something gashed it from the inside, and my rim was absolutely bent up. I have an easy route to work and that was the only place I drove to after the wash, besides my home. Terrible value for what you pay for vs what you get. My car was worse leaving the wash than it was before even pulling in. I'll go somewhere else and pay $6-$9 for a wash with a real underbody blast that won't damage my vehicle. read more

Absolutely awful, which is most of my experience there , but I keep hoping it will get better. I got the interior cleaning done which includes a vacuum. I the. Paid 40 extra to have all the vinyl cleaned and protected, I have a Jeep Wrangler now and I normally get just the interior steam done. They do the trunk area which includes a vacuum and a wipe down after sitting there for over an hour. I checked it over. They hadn't touched the cargo area when I inquired why and if it could be cleaned as I had paid for I was told it's an extra $10. Went for a interior and exterior cleaning today. When the staff said they were completed I was brought over to check, opened the rear gate and it was obvious they didn't vacuum. The front passenger side had not been cleaned and the front window glass was so streaky it was hard to see out of after using dirty rags. When I pointed these out I as told "you could be nicer". I told him if he did his job I would be "nice." Spoke to Leo who said he was on of the managers, don't waste your time or money here. Worst car wash you can possibly get. Oswego has notoriously hard water, and they don't seem to think they should filter the water so the hard water spots are insane. You HAVE to hand dry it to have any hope of not covering your car in water spots. (Just looking at how every review about the wash itself says that it is awful) I'm also positive that with the disaster of merging lanes, they don't give you the proper wash. Every time I go in, it's like a mysterious what parts are going to work and what will be applied to the car. None of which will be fully washed off by the time you get to the dryers. I only have the membership because of the other discounts, and I got the real cheap price when the opened, but I promise you, it is an absolutely awful car wash. I thought that at some point they would have the common sense to do something about it, but they don't seem to care. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The attendants at the car wash are also pretty rude.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Gotta say, this car wash really feels like a scam. Been a member since 1998. Tonight I went to get my car washed. Was told I had to press the screen to authorize a higher rate. Next month refused. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The girl would not open up the gate so I had to back all the way out of the entrance to the wash.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Totally unacceptable. Totally unprofessional. How can you charge more when every time I come there? Your staff does even less on their phones talking to each other, walking around not drying the cars correctly. Not spraying them down yet. Oil change people are doing a good job, the car wash is doing a good job considering how heavy their traffic is. Garbage cans at the pumps were all full to the top, and all the windshield washer squeegee holders were dry. Otherwise, this is still my favorite car wash. read more

This review is about their car wash only. I've been twice now, both times purchased a super kiss plus. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The experience is not positive.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Lots of cars forced to merge multiple times. On second wash I was at end and car in front had driven off. I had no signal to go and car behind was approaching. I felt forced to drive forward, inly to find myself driving over those things that pull your car forward. Neither time were my tires or windows treated as per "plus" wash. This should be simple; the business has one job (the automated car wash I am speaking of) and it's an epic fail. read more

I have run the full gambit here! Recently got gas, a car wash and an oil change! This place is kinda different outside the gas part. For the oil change you just pull in, stay in your car, and they do it while you wait. The tech pours the oil from what looks like beer taps and keeps you updated along the way. Super fast and efficient. I would recommend googling a coupon for the best value. The car was was multi part... first you go though the automatic rinse... then you line up and get power washed by a guy with a wand... then you pull into what can only be described as a 70's laser light show suds-o-rama!!! It was kinda fun! I screwed up for the hand drying part and pulled into an empty lane... dont do that... no dry for me Oh well, maybe next time! If you are a frequent washer their deals on unlimited oil changes and washes probably cant be beat!! Go for the Gas, stay for the Suds-o-Rama!! read more

Today I got the last car wash I will get from Delta Sonic. When the location first opened, I received wonderful service and was always happy with my car. I always paid roughly $50 to clean the outside and inside of the car. I never expected perfection, don't expect things to be "detailed", but it always looked better than I even expected. My tires would be clean and shiny, the inside would look polished and the leather had an armor all type look to it. The last three times have been terrible. Today, I noticed the seats and other leather didn't seem to have armor all and didn't even look wiped down. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I asked about it the manager said he looked up what I usually get and maybe they were giving me something more than they should have - that they basically just vacumn, essentially "dust" the car down and "loosen up the dirt in the door jams" - give me a break.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My car used to look amazing. I always tip the guys $20 on top of my wash, I know how hard they work and am happy to pay whatever things cost to have my car just look decent. I don't expect perfection and don't think it's too much to ask to have it look clean. Every visit the quality goes down and the cost goes up. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Kyle offered to give my mom and I some other service if we came back in and I told him I don't want to come back in, I don't want to be given anything extra or "special"- I just want a clean car.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] That's it. Just care. Take pride. Just do what's been done in the past. No one is asking for anything special or out of the ordinary. All we wanted is what we've had before when it's been fantastic. I went into the car center area and purchased Armor All wipes for roughly $12 and wiped down my seats and all leather trim areas myself and it looks awesome. Total cost for being there way too long, wiping down the inside of my car myself with the wipes I purchased, being sold on some "special accomodation apology service" from Kyle for both my mom and I that I told him we will not be using instead of just cleaning the cars properly and taking care of the issues right then and leaving feeling completely annoyed and ripped off- $82.00. No thanks. In a world where quality is down, costs are up and integrity is rare, this just isn't acceptable. People have choices and until people stop putting up with accepting mediocrity, nothing will change. I'd rather pay more and end up feeling great getting into my car and giving the money to someone who actually cares. read more

The wash itself is not very good. It doesn't get my vehicle clean and the blower does a very poor job. And their drying towels are pure garbage. Dry or wet, usually wet, they leave red fibers everywhere you wipe. I signed up for their exterior and interior packages but after a month I canceled the interior package because the employees did a crappy job. I had to point out areas they missed every time. The only real positive is what I'll call the warm room where if you pay for it you can pull your vehicle in and wipe it down, clean the interior yourself and they have a car mat wash station. I'm now considering a different car wash. read more

Their "Touchless wash" is absolutely not touchless. Furthermore the vacuums were terrible.

I had detail service done on my SUV at the Naperville location. Lauren was my Tech. Laurens detail was the BEST I ever had. I've been a super kiss super dooper plus member since it opened in Oswego and I have to admit that the carwash has great features but a good exterior wash isn't one of them. My car never looks good after a wash. I always have waterspots, the tire shine is blotchy and a day later it looks like it wasn't even applied, plus the wheel cleaner doesn't even remotely clean the brake dust off my wheels. I can get a better exterior wash from fullers on orchard or go to "the paradise" in yorkville which blows Delta out of the water. They do have super nice amenities though like the indoor vacuum station where you can basically detail the inside of your car which is nice. I just hope they get the exterior wash figured out because right now it's lackluster. Also the wash has been broken down twice already and Ive only been there 5 times. read more

I have a new 2022 Audi Q7 which I have personally hand washed using the best products and techniques since I bought it. With the cold temperatures I was forced to have it done by someone else. I paid for the hand wash but now have surface scratches in the paint..., most likely due to improper washing and/or using dirty towels and wash rags. Will never use this place again. read more

I proceeded to easily clean the bugs off with a microfiber towel afterwards in their parking lot. I currently have the unlimited plan from the promotion they had last summer for 16.99 a month. Then last month they raised it up to $23.99. I have no issue with that. The issue I have is that my wife and parents signed up for the unlimited plan the same time I did, and there monthly rate is $19.99. So I called for answers and they told me not everyone's plan is the same. I said , but we all signed up at the same time for the same plan. Then they came Back and said mine is higher cause I get my car washed so much more then they do. I guess the word unlimited doesn't apply then, since now I'm paying more. Its just been bad the last few times....looks like no effort at all went into cleaning. I have to clean it after them so what is the point of paying them to do it. I have the Super Kiss plan through the Oswego IL location. The wash is mediocre at best. Even after the hand dry the vehicle is covered with water spots and you can see places that the dryer completely missed. I continued to give them a chance as this is one of the only wash tunnels in the area that my truck will fit into. I sold the truck in October and canceled my wash package. In November it automatically re upped. After sitting on hold for over a half hour the person said that they had taken care of the cancelation but could not refund the November charge. Now December 1 and another charge has been deducted. At this point I consider this theft. Customer service wait time is currently 39 minutes. read more
