I have a very basic membership; that said the standard should be the same for all memberships regardless. The equipment holster is broken, many of the vacuums are not working or not there altogether. Things have definitely changed. When I inquired a few months ago, I was told they had complaints and were working on the situation, yet when I was there two days ago, nothing had changed. The location is ideal, but oversight seems to be lacking. I hope the management/ownership team looks into this and restores what was when it first opened. Thank you.

This place is great. The associates are friendly and kind. They're good at directing me onto the track. It's a lot less stressful than Delta Sonic and their nonsense. Their vacuums are free so I definitely plan on returning in the future. I didn't realize that it was touchless. (No one wipes down your car when you're finished in the car wash.) I should've asked. Had I know, I would've tipped them, when I came up. It's not too pricy. I probably wouldn't take part in their monthly club yet. I appreciate this car wash and will definitely return soon.

But, they have staff directing the flow to the various pumps so that helps to keep things managable. The pump area is clean and well maintained. While I was there, a staff person went around and emptied/changed garbage bags even though they weren't overflowing or anything. It shows they have attention to details like that. The shop is well stocked with a variety of convenience items and fountain drinks and it is clean and well maintained as well. I've had a car wash at this location and my car left looking great! I haven't used the oil change or detail, so I can't speak to that, but overall a great location.

The basic wash uses a neoprene brush, that and along with their recycled water that is full of abrasive elements after washing multiple cars all day, has left scratches along both sides of my brand new 2026 vehicle. Delta Sonic's area manager Dave was very rude accused me of lying about the damages and the brush causing the damages. He refused to look up camera footage from February, March and April to prove that yes they did use those blue round neoprene brushes on my vehicle even though that was not in my plan. He reprimanded me for having less than 7,000 miles on my vehicle and told me that is a lot of miles for a new vehicle and that is where my scratches came from. I told him I live in the country and work in Buffalo so yes I have miles from driving back and forth to work every day and that would not cause parallel buff lines with scratches that trail along both sides of my vehicle. The only thing my vehicle was squeezed through since I got it was those blue neoprene brushes that should've never been used in the first place because I wasn't supposed to be getting a basic wash. I paid for a super kiss plus plan. So therefore not only did they damage my car they were charging me for a super kiss plus plan and only giving me a basic wash all winter. $1700 of damage

If their machines ever have an issue they will take care of you....no waiting at all, very good people. I once had to contact the business because one of their bays ate my $5 (cash...dinosaur here...I know) and not only did I get a quick reply, I got two which said we will help you in any way possible. jutst FYI know that if you use a card your statement will show a $10 charge at first and then once finalized it will be the actual amount you used.
