Delta towing was called by a competitor business that was here to removed a disabled vehicle that driver id not have enough skill to get done. Nobody yelled at that 1 st driver. We called another company KJR Towing who could handle the disabled vehicle when the owner Dragan showed up yelling and screaming treapassing and stole the customer's keys striaght out of the car. If it was possible to give them no stars I would defiantly do it! I had been given a number to one of their towers to come tow my vehicle and when I called to check the status the gentleman they gave me the number that was going to come out and when I contacted him he was very unprofessional talking to me with an attitude and when I asked what time is arrival was at he told me he cancelled the services due to not knowing where it was at. Never once was I contacted by him and I asked what the issues were and he hung up on me when I called him back he was cursing saying I already spoke with you call someone else. read more

I own a landscaping company in Gilbert and we had a trailer go down with bad bearings. I called Delta and a nice man named Dragan took my phone call and quoted me 1.5 hours before he could perform the tow. He was almost perfect on his timeframe! Unbelievably PROfessional. **Takes GREAT care of your vehicle - loading and off-loading. Jump started a dead battery of a secondary vehicle and towed my vehicle that had a flat to a local tire shop. My daughter got a flat tire last night and left her car in front of a business so I was eager to get the car out of their way this morning. Firestone on Higley and Baseline recommended Delta Towing so I called and they said they would be there within the hour. Sure enough the car was picked up and out of the way. They dropped it off at Firestone and I was able to settle the amount of the tow and the new tire all at once. I highly recommend this company. The cost of the tow seemed reasonable ($60.00) and they made no attempts to try and sell me on anything. Thank you for helping me and my daughter in our time of need. A mechanic shop referred Delta Towing to me to move my vehicle to their shop. I called to get a quote and was given a price higher then a different company I used before. I contacted the previous company but couldn't reach anyone promptly.... So I then called Delta back to use them even if they were higher so I could just get the job done. I was treated rudely and was asked why I didn't use my previous company and that he would no longer tow my vehicle... Not the best way to treat potential customers when your a service company! read more

Had my classic 1990 Jag xjs convertible towed home, fuel pump went out, The truck is backing in to my drive way, with my jag on it, and my rear back window is missing. It was that day in the valley when we had some strong wind and rain. Instead of pulling over til the winds settled down, they drove right through it. I hauled that same jag across the country on my gooseneck trailer from PA. and the back glass managed to stay in.. Now I get that things happen, and I have used Delta before with all of the praise that everybody is leaving, I used to say the same thing. Right up until he refused to even meet me half ways on a replacement. He wouldn't even allow his insurance to help. He lawyered up pretty hard over a $200.00 item. He didn't even offer me a refund back to just ease the headache a little. Anybody can pull up in a truck and tow something away and everybody is all of a sudden happy, but it takes class to handle some real customer service. It was good to find out how you really feel about your customers dragan. Hopefully my getting towed home days are over, but if so, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more
