For my first time trying on wedding dresses, I could not have made a worst decision than going to this shop. TLDR: 1. Associate rushes you through the process, even has a timer that goes off to remind you of the 5min warning. 2. Associate pushes you to buy off the rack, almost makes it seem like it's not worth their time to order a new dress for you. 3. Associate allowed a random party to come into your private, timed, appointment. 4. Associate has very uncomfortable conversations with you in the dressing room. I had never looked at wedding dresses before and was very curious on about the styles that are offered. I informed the associate I wanted a simple dress; she showed me a selection of about 6 so we picked 2. As I waited for my sister to arrive, I continued to look through their selections. But as I continued to browse their options, the associate kept reminding me that usually brides only try on 1-2 to "decide" what style they liked so she heavily recommended I do that before picking out anything else. I agreed with her, but since my sister hadn't arrived yet, looking was my only option. I wasn't going to try on any dresses on without my sister present. She would tell me she's not rushing me but also rush me at the same time. She told me at least 3 times, this recommendation to not select anymore out. Once again, I did not want to start trying on dresses without my sister. In the midst of my private appointment, she let a group of 4 women in to "look really quick." She had a full conversation with them. When my sister arrived, it was so uncomfortable that she had to kick them out and ask them to leave. I was concerned I'd have to come out in a wedding dress with people I didn't even know looking at me. If I signed up for a shared space, I would not have minded. But given this place only allows private appointments, I find it very unprofessional. Regardless of waiting for my guest, it was inappropriate. The associate is very good at reminding you of the 60min appointment. Considering, she gave about 10 minutes of it to another party, I was even more offended when she had an alarm with a 5-minute warning. She thanked me for "letting them in." However, she never asked me if it was appropriate. As my sister inquired about a dress I was interested in and the timeline to order it, the associate went on a tangent about the European designers they work with, how exclusive they are, and that celebrities come all the way to their shop to buy these wedding dresses. She wouldn't give me an exact timeline of when the specific dress would arrive if we ordered. She was more interested in pushing me to buy off the rack and emphasizing to me the $500-$600 I would save. She informed me that unless I'm "serious" about buying a dress, the bridal shop will not "bother" the designer. From the moment stepping into the bridal shop, the associate gave me a lot of compliments. When my sister arrived, she also gave her compliments. As her and I got into the dressing room, she continued the compliment that both my sister and I look like "dolls" and continued to ask me what ethnicity I am. I am Chinese. To which she informed me "she can't ever tell." The compliments continued about my hair being so long and beautiful, but also that she lost a lot of her own hair and it was difficult to grow back. She then reminded me to "enjoy it" while I had all this hair. Though I understand the nicety of making a bride feel beautiful, the entire conversation was so bizarre. I felt so uncomfortable being in a tiny dressing room with her. My sister was 20 minutes late to the appointment. In no way is that the associates fault. I did not expect her to accommodate for that. I did not need more than 30mins to try on the 4 dresses. It was the entire experience that was rushed. There was no breathing room to look at the options in their showroom. How she talked to me was rushed. How she presented options to me was rushed. How she informed me that certain dresses I was looking at is $3K when she never asked me about a budget. Overall, regardless of being liking one of the dresses, I hated my time there. I am disappointed that that was my first experience trying a wedding dress and that's the service I received. read more

Mislead, deceived and poor customer service. My spouse purchased the dress and it was a size 14... she is a size 4. It was so clamped she thought it would fit her and the staff pushed the dress cause it was on sale. She got home and took it to get fitted and they laughed and said there was no way to fit a size 4 woman in a 14 dress, its hanging off her back. We called and pleaded with them to work with us in some way for a return, refund, exchange or store credit and they kept saying the policy, policy, policy. Their "VP" got on the phone and instead of going above and beyond to help the customer, he said the policy was what he wanted to stick with even after we felt misled. Very disappointing. I would NOT recommend shopping here cause they will push dresses on you and hope to get you out the door before you notice. read more

I really wish I could write a better review as the dresses really are beautiful here (primarily ballgowns) but the service I received here was really disappointing. To start, there are no complimentary refreshments or anything at all to give you the experience of a higher end bridal boutique. Then, while I was trying on a discounted as-is dress, the dress didn't zip up all the way. Fine, it was a little small, but the sales associate followed up with "well if you wanted to lose a little bit of weight this dress could work". Especially considering that I never brought up any kind of pre-wedding diet, that comment was uncalled for. I did find a dress I really liked, but unfortunately the two associates had zero knowledge or referrals for anyone who could do alterations. It's not very reassuring to buy a $2200 dress with no idea about what alterations are possible, especially when the other two shops I went to easily offered at least some advice. Ending the appointment, I asked if I could order a particular dress in petite, and the girls told me they would check, but that they would not call me back with the information, I would need to call them. They claimed things were too busy even though there was no one else in the store and they were able to get me in half an hour earlier than my scheduled time (this is on a Thursday). My experience here was amazing! The place is beautiful, so many different dresses to choose from, and the girl who helped me was the best! Super sweet, very helpful. I'm really picky when it comes to wedding dresses so I was worried it might take me a long time to find something I like, but I found the most gorgeous dress here! I just went here 4 days ago and my experience wasn't as I thought it would be. I can write everything that happened but this will be too long to read. Just know that if you are unsure of what you are looking for, don't go here!!! Their website states they would be patient with you but I felt the opposite. I felt rushed to try on dresses and to have a decision made after the hour. After I had said no to the dress the employee went ahead to give me a deal for the dress to convince me to buy it without caring about what I had told her. She did not ask about my budget and only showed me dresses "off the rack" as they know these are not returnable or exchangeable -- once you buy it, there's no going back. And of course, they will protect themselves with their policy. What they don't realize is how they treated the bride and how they pushed her to make a decision. So, don't go here if you are unsure of what you want. Go somewhere where they are nicer, honest, and wayyyyyy more patient and understanding. 0/5 stars. read more

What an utter disappointment. If you're looking for a magical experience (or even a modicum of respect) you would do well to look elsewhere. We accompanied our new engaged daughter to her appointment. Unfortunately the boutique attendant was unable to offer us a pleasant experience. Her lack of genuine warmth paled in comparison to her unwillingness to listen to what our daughter wanted leaving all of us with a bad taste for this boutique. Cutting the appointment time in half she fell just shy of rushing us out the door. We offered our daughter whatever her heart's desire and will be looking elsewhere for that. read more

Like every bride I wanted to have a great experience finding my wedding dress. I had high hopes of finding "the one" here at DeLux Bridal. Take my advice ladies, DO NOT shop here for your bridal gown!! The girl that works here (Kay, Karolina) does not care about you. She will not get to know your style and what dress fits you best. She will try to sell you a dress she needs to get rid of. She will glamorize it for you and say it looks so expensive and luxe! This store does not have many options to choose from and the dressed all look very similar. The dresses "off rack" are not good quality. They are not sparkly white and the threads all over the dress are loose and ripped. If you are interested in a beaded gown the beads will be all over your floor without even trying it on. They have a small selection of veils that are far overpriced! The hair accessories are overpriced as well and you can find the exact same online for 50% of the price. It is not worth it! If you do choose to shop here.. (don't do it girl). But, if you do, buy ONLY a brand new dress. Ask for a discount. Do not buy any accessories here because you will overspend and the quality does not match the price tag. You will be happier finding the exact same items if not better, online. The customer service here is by far the worst i have ever experienced!!! Kay/Karolina is rude and unprofessional. She is not pleasant to work with. I would really love to leave a good review. The dresses were gorgeous but the customer service here is absolutely atrocious. My experience was an absolute horror story. The attendant we had was rude, blatantly had her mask off during a global pandemic, and actually made fun of my mother to her face. She had no sense of respect for us at all. To top it all off this girl "accidentally" got her gum stuck in my hair!! Lovely dresses, but unless you're looking for an entirely demoralizing and humiliating experience I suggest you look elsewhere. I would give zero stars if possible. Thank God she had made appointments at other places because this was a horrible experience. The atmosphere at this place is uncomfortable and awkward. The sales consultant was about as personable and polite as a DMV employee. She was neither helpful or kind. If you want to have a fun time picking out the dress for your special day, don't go here. Ania Bridal saved the day with incredibly friendly people and an atmosphere that you'd expect a bridal shop to have. I was super excited for my first bridal experience ever and it turned out to be disappointing and it made me so self conscious about myself. The girl that helped me and my bridesmaid, didn't even get her name; but she had a russian accent I believe. Well she was nice at first and then as we started picking out dresses, I kinda explained to her that I didn't know what I wanted yet because it would be my first time trying on dresses but I did give her in detail some what of what I liked in dresses such as a bit of lace, sparkles and beachy dresses as I am getting married in Hawaii on the beach. She was all over the place just picking out dresses that didn't even go with what I was looking for; they were beautiful don't get me wrong but not what I wanted. Then there was one dress that caught my eye, and I asked my bridesmaid to ask the store employee to get it for me so I can try it on. and the fitting room is right next to that rack and she tells my bridesmaid "oh no that won't fit her, it's in a really small size." On top of that; she didn't even care really if I was happy and my bridesmaid said she kept giving me these dirty looks; and she was just super unprofessional. She was basically just trying to sell me any dress. My bridesmaid went on and tried some dresses and I was helping her, and that employee went over to her other employee at the front desk and they were just sitting there whispering the whole time. Honestly it was a waste of time going here, NEVER AGAIN will I come here and not to mention I'm going to not recommend it to anyone I know, I will be telling everyone I know the unprofessional service I got. I do NOT recommend this store. They don't care if the bride is happy on her wedding day, they just want to get rid of their hard to sell dresses. They were nice to me up until I bought the dress. I bought a dress on Saturday night around 6pm (closing hour). When I got home I looked at the pictures of me in it (my sister took as I was at store) and I immediately felt sick to my stomach about it. I realized I had made a terrible decision. That same night, I left the store a voicemail expressing how sad and regretful I was. Sunday, next morning, I went back to the store at 11am (opening time). Employee "K" was working. I am certain she saw how sad I was, but it did not phase her one bit. I have never experienced such rude and poor service before. Here is what happened... I asked K if it would be possible to return the dress, maybe for store credit... possibly I could buy the veil for the price or another dress. She did not allow me to even speak. She immediately told me she can't override the store policy, which I understood... Then, I asked K to let me speak to the manager. She says "I don't need to call the manager. It is a store policy." ... I think if a customer would like to speak to the manager, they should be able to... If she can't override store policy, possibly the manager could make and exception or a compromise for the sake of customer's satisfaction ... Eventually, she gets the manager on the phone. As I stood in front of her I asked if I could talk to the manager ... I was trying to express that we could do store credit. Maybe buy a whole different dress from them. even a more expensive one if it had to come to it. I was trying to let the manager know a girlfriend of mine is getting married as well and that I would get her to come to your store ... I heard the manager through the phone agreeing to talk to me. However, K yelled in the phone saying "this is my personal phone. I don't feel comfortable giving her my personal phone" ... I think that was a bit extreme. I was not violent. I was trying to have a conversation. I was sad and wanted help. Anyone could have seen that. I was simply sad and not after raising a fight in any way or form. Unlike her, I did not raise my voice. Unlike her, I was not rude in any way. In simple terms, I was just sad looking for possible compromise ... She hangs up with the manager and this is were I really DO NOT appreciate how I was treated. After I had told her I am looking for help and that I made a mistake buying this dress, she MOCKED ME. She PHYSICALLY gestured with her hand mimicking my stance and gestures ... dear manager, that is PLAIN RUDE and SO LOW for any professional to do! It did not end here... she then said "it is a policy. we are not going to return the dress" and walked away to the back as I was still standing at the front desk. She came out again from the back room and started to work the store as I stood there trying to talk to her. She would NOT RESPOND to me or even look towards me. She acted as if there is no one in the store at all. It was beyond words RUDE. I felt like a poor dog waiting outside a store. AGAIN ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND POOR TREATMENT. Not one word came out of my mouth with any disrespect. I was hurt and sad. And I left the store not only devastated because I was stuck with a dress I did not like but hurt by how a human being could treat another with such disrespect. It is one thing not to return the dress and stick to your policy, I would have respected that. But it is another thing to be extremely dismissive and unprofessional with your clients. So back to my point, they don't care about the happiness of their brides. I came back to them within less than 12 awakening hours and was devastated wanting just little compromise. I would have been okay with store credit... but not even that... the least you could have done was to be professional about it. Instead you RUDE and did not care. My visit today was a huge bummer. I've been following the shop on Instagram for a while and fell in love with one of their dresses. I was really excited for my appointment because of the beautiful dresses and because I was bringing my father, who I don't get to spend time with often. When I got there, my enthusiasm completely wilted away. On the questionnaire, I wrote that I had an unlimited budget, and I immediately told the attendant which dress I was looking for. She ignored me and brought me over to the sales rack. She ignored the two criteria I was looking for and kept trying to foist dresses on me, emphasizing how cheap they were. She told me they fit perfect when they were obviously too large. I told her I wanted a ballgown and she told me the ballgown area was right there, and led me back to the sales rack! She said those were the only ballgowns. There's a huge wall of beautiful ballgowns right across from it that spans the whole length of the shop! Did she think I wouldn't see it? I basically had to fight to try on the dresses that I wanted to. She kept telling me the price was almost 4k. I didn't care about the price! When I finally got to try on the dress I wanted, she told me I was "going to rip it". It made me feel demoralized and worthless. I'm a size 8-10 and run five miles a day, but I felt intensely judged by the skinny attendant. Even though I loved the dress, I will never buy anything here. It made me feel sick. 30 minutes into my appointment, she rushed me and my parents out the door. read more
