We have a two-story house and the first quote we received was 2-4 hours plus a flat rate for carpets. After the President of the company, according to his card, who was onsite for cleaning, saw the house at 9am, he quoted 5 hours to finish everything (2pm). At 2pm then, he said, 1 more hour. They "finished" at 5pm. We didn't move in until two days later, when we had a chance to do an in depth look and see the job they did. We paid for the full top-to-bottom move-in service which included deep cleaning and kitchen appliances, but saw the following problems before anyone else even set foot into the house: -Dirt marks on the walls -Balls of dirt and crud on 'cleaned' carpets -Hairs in the shower and sinks -Dog toenails in front of the fireplace -Dust on most doorframes, window blinds, and air vents -Hair in drawers and on floors -Airfryer untouched/not cleaned -The carpets smelled like dogs -Most of the window sills were absolutely filthy, covered in dirt, dust and grime. (We paid extra for windows as well) -The carpets may have been washed, but there's no way they were vacuumed, as after walking around barefoot, the bottoms of our feet were filthy. It was after 5pm, (when the business closed), so we called him back the next morning. We explained everything we saw and even informed him that we even took pictures for him. He was rude, very defensive and refused to believe or take accountability for any of the problems. There was no apology, no offer for correcting any issues, or any reasoning with him to come to any type of solution. He then told us he wasn't going to do anything about it, because it was after 48 hours since it the "cleaning", and since we locked the house after they finished, it was our fault for not noticing the issues then.

I dont know if it was just a rush job or they just dont want to do the extra step, but they need to learn what the machines do. After cleaned, there were little balls of wet dirt and hair around the room, which they just left there. This happens if you dont vacuum carpet before washing it. They need to learn that machine vacuum is supposed to vacuum dirty water and not meant for solids.

I don't know how many times I have a requested service performed and they almost never show up as scheduled. 2. The carpet had some awful stains in it from the previous owner and I really had no expectation that they would ever leave my sight. Well Rick performed a miracle and they disappeared. He made no guaranteed but gave me his word he would try and the net result a clean carpet. 3. Rick was pretty efficient and performed the carpet cleaning in the 3 areas requested in short order. I was going to get 4 of them cleaned but decided to do the smallest one by hand myself. That is $300 for 3 sofas. They turned out nice-as I expected. No kids so no tough spots. The carpet is light beige with several heavy traffic areas needing special attention. As Mr King said, there's no guarantee he will get the spots out but he'll try his best. I have a before and after photo of one of the heavy traffic areas posted. Compare them. Cleaning the carpet cost us $140 for 3 rooms-one of which is a large family room. If you want the furniture moved, instead of cleaning around it, that's $50/room. Furniture moving was $150.
