Roderick, the owner, and his assistant were in and out of my house in about an hour. After cleaning, the carpet still had stains and an odor. And, the carpet in the hallway was not stretched. When I contacted Roderick about my concerns, He advised me to keep the ceiling fans and the ac running. I did. The odor persisted. He agreed to re-clean the carpet when he came back to stretch the carpet. On September 19th 2025, he re-cleaned the carpet, but midway through, his equipment broke down. He took it outside to work on it and returned to finish the job. However, the carpet still had an odor. Once again, he advised me to keep the ceiling fans and ac running. I did for a week. There was still an odor. So then, instead of him taking responsibility for the carpet not being cleaned properly, he attributed the odor to the padding or worn carpet instead of his cleaning practices and faulty equipment. The carpet was still within its lifespan. And if he felt that the carpet could not be cleaned when he arrived, he should have informed me. He did not say anything. He rushed and did an unprofessional job and did not properly clean the carpet. I left messages on his phone and I contacted him in writing, with no resolution. Then, I contacted the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) who reached out to him on my behalf. He gave them some excuse about some personal issues that he was going through. At this point, the other options include this review, filing a complaint with the BBB or heading to Small Claims Court. Based on my experience, I could not in good conscience recommend this company.

He came over with his equipment was very careful with our property. He clearly knew what he was doing. He did a great job cleaning the carpets and worked really hard on some stubborn spots that we had -- likely tar or asphalt from driveway paving, very difficult to get out, but he did. The carpets look like new. He explained how long it would take to dry (4-5 hours) but said that we could walk on it. You know your carpet is clean when you can walk on it with white socks while it's still damp and not see anything on your socks.
