I loved how clean professional and stylish this spa was when I walked in. Veronica immediately greeted me and made me feel pampered. For a mother of 3, this goes a long way for me lol. To be honest I didn't want to leave but I have a family to take care of lol. Anyway, I got a microdermabrasion and my skin looks and feels so soft. My husband even noticed and said my skin looks clean and fresh. I will definitely be going back for more services because she was that good. Veronica has close to 30 years experience and for that reason I trust her suggestions. I had an appointment for the first time yesterday. When I walked in I was greeted with smiles by the two owners and Colleen. I filled out some paperwork and headed into the spa. It was beautiful and so clean. Colleen and I headed into the room and I put on the most comfortable robe. I didn't want to take it off! The temperature was perfect as I hate feeling cold when I go into a spa. While I was getting my body treatment, Colleen was talking to me about how often I should come in, what and when I should see results along with any other questions I had. I first visited Veronica at her former Chestnut Hill location in July 2015 for my cousin's bridal shower pampering party. We all had amazing basic facials and I knew I would be returning. Today I visited her new location in Dedham and is truly a hidden gem! The space is beautiful! I was given a gift certificate for a facial here and had the most incredible experience. It's kind of hidden away a bit but the spa is new and beautiful. The facial included a hydro exfoliating treatment which left my skin unbelievably soft and hydrated. She then followed up with a microdermabrasion. My skin has never felt and looked so good. Veronica is a perfectionist and added some other amazing touches during the facial that made me feel so pampered and special. I will definitely go here again and will refer friends as well. Christina is wonderful. She is knowledgeable, experienced and made me feel extremely comfortable . I came to her in a panic to help correct a droopy eyelid caused by Botox from a different spa- unaffiliated with essential med spa. I could feel and see the difference almost immediately. I got an oxygen facial by Veronica and let me tell you my skin has never felt more refreshed! My acne prone, oily skin is hard to get control of.
