Thus is my new go-to nail place and I'm going to try them for waxing as well. I gave them a "5" rating because the next step down was definitely too low. My husband and I both got pedicures done there today and my husband asked me why I chosen it. What it came down to eventually was the fact that in a review someone had referred to the place as peaceful. I don't know about you, but I am really fed up going into a spa where the music is too loud and the people are chattering to each other all the time and it's not a restful relaxing experience. Which it should be. This isn't the fanciest place I've ever been to, but i saw them cleaning up the floor and appreciated that they were making an effort to keep it tidy. But what I really loved was walking in and experiencing the silence and the peace. The owner greeted us as we were expected and she did some work for me which was great. And then each of us had another individual doing the pedicures. My husband fell asleep during it, which is actually a good sign. Soft music played in the background, something very soothing. Overall, I needed a stress-free break and I got it here. Not fancy but exactly what I needed. I'm happy. read more

Lily is amazing! She is so nice & she is THOROUGH! I am so picky when it comes to having smooth, non clumpy nails and she makes sure they are all even and natural looking. I usually get the RNS #79 powder by itself for a nice natural pink but this time I had her do the chrome effect at the end! They look different in different lighting so I added a bunch of diff pics! Highly recommend going to Lily! read more

Not the newest, not the fanciest... but, consistently amazing! Friendly faces who will always take their time (even when you accidentally show up 30 minutes before closing). They have tons of color options, including matching dip/polish/gel. They treat my young daughter with kindness, not like she's a nuisance. I usually have Kara as my tech, she's awesome, but you can't go wrong with anyone you get. read more

I got a mani and a pedi done a little over a week ago and the Shelac on my hands still look fresh, aside from my nails growing out a bit! My toes look wonderful! I think I have FINALLY, found the place I want to return to over and over! They are super clean, friendly, and they barely talk, which makes it very relaxing to just sit and get pampered! The lady who did my pedicure spoke to a co worker in their language thruout the procedure. She skipped steps in the pedicure, nothing added to the almost warm water. Her touch was so light, it felt like she was scared to touch my skin She rubbed the pumice stone lightly over the bottom of my feet and heels which did nothing. I have either a ingrown toenail, or excess skin on sides of big toe she just filed over even after I pointed it out. Let me say this, If you do not want to service certain people, let them know when they enter. Don't expect a tip to disrespect someone without receiving that same disrespect or worse. Nobody has to tip you for dry half azz service or even visit your establishment. Keep that little bottle of warm water as well. As you pamper and coddle certain customers and act like others are in debt to you, word will get out. While you complain in native language to your co worker, I'm expressing my dissatisfaction in english to you as you rub oil and dirty water on my legs. Never again. read more

Came here the first time with my best friend since she always come here. She had her usual mani and I went with shellac cuz I was recovering from removing my fake nails so it wasn't the best nail bed to work with. The manager and her husband took care of me and my best friend. She is all for talk with you instead of sitting in silence because of a language barrier. It did take some time than usual if you needed a quick mani, but they both take their time and are friendly. Her husband even asked me if I wanted to add another coat to my nails cuz it's a light baby pink and it can look opaque. I found that nice since most wouldn't ask or just stick with two. We also got designs for $5 and I like them and how they pop on our nails. I rate 4 because I want to go next time with my mom to get a pedi (most likely the milk & honey [$41]) and I need to get my opinion myself for that. Will update on my 2nd visit. read more

The dip I get for my nails lasts as long as I want it to (until I want a new color) and the regular polish I get on my toes lasts over a month with out chipping. However, even after I told them it was my daughter's 12th birthday, they treated her like she was a little 5 year old giving her Mickey Mouse ears on her toes without asking her and playing little kid music for her and her friends. I used to go here all the time. Once Taylor sold the salon I stopped going. The new owner was rude and seemed to look annoyed the second anyone walked in. The prices are high for their services in comparison to other local nail salons that provide better services. My final straw was the day I walked in for a refill and wasn't even asked what I needed or said hello too. Instead I got ," You have to wait 30 minute." Yeah. No. I don't HAVE to wait 30 minute. I can always go elsewhere. Which I did. I now drive past this place to go to Grant Nails and Spa. Much better service and the pedicures are WAY better. I've had great experiences here. Very attentive staff. Great customer service. Reasonable prices. I've never waited (I always go on Sunday). The place feels very clean and is decorated nicely. They're detail oriented when doing your nails and make sure you are happy with the their work.
