I came here without an appt on a Friday morning. They seemed busy with multiple customers but good thing they still had the capacity to take me in. I had a toe nail broken and needed their help to create an acrylic nail to cover it. I also did classic pedicure which was $30. And with fixing the broken nail, total was $50. The lady that did my pedicure today did a horrible job the only other time I've had her and I should have asked for someone else. The business owner's greed and disrespect knows no bounds. I came in for a gel manicure and was convinced by their nail technician to get dip and then gel as final coat over it since it lasts longer. The irony of this... My nails looked super thick afterwards but the overall work done seemed good. In less than 5 days (while I was in Europe), the entire dip started to pop off my nails like they were acrylics!!! My nails looked AWFUL on my one-week trip in Europe. Even my tour mates who almost all had dip or gel nails wondered wtf they did to my nails. The second I got back (Sunday night), I picked a day and time that I thought would be "slower business" to come in and get it redone. It was a Weds (2.5 days after I got back in town) at 11am with only one customer in the salon. The business owner immediately, without asking to see the photos I took as evidence on my trip, blamed me for the problem. She said I should've called her and came back in. I explained 3 different times that I was in Europe. And have photo evidence. And how I was sad my ruined nails were captured in my trip photos. Anyway, it APPEARED like she understood and was going to have her nail tech redo for free. This time I asked for GEL only. I also gave the nail tech a $20 tip assuming that the salon owner was reasonable. Well, at the end of this, she went to the register and said she'll give me half off and charge me $30 for it. I told her that in her desperate need to claw money out of me she permanently lost a customer who would've been coming in once / month considering her technician does seem to have talent but for whatever reason botched the dip process (she was kind of rushing through it given it was in the evening the first time I came by). And that I had come here during my workday while HER business is slow as a way to respect her time and giving her the benefit of the doubt that this was just a one time problem. A place like this seems to lack any desire to do right by customers so I wonder what other aspects of their process and business practice they skimp on to save money and make a quick buck read more

I could tell she's rushing everything from cleaning and shaping. She gave me a lot of cuts on my cuticles. I asked if she can cut my pointing fingernail shorter to match the rest and shook her head while doing it. I asked if she could try the color with the chrome and she refused. She tells me to check if my nails are okay and i tell her there's lint and dust in there and tells me she'll cover it with the next coat. Proceed to do it and I tell her it's still noticeable and says she doesn't see it and says it's just the color. Her coworker came over and they started talking about me in their language. I told her she can stop and I can just pay for whatever she did. They charged me full price and I left to go to the salon across. They had to do a full manicure again because it was not clean and reshaped all the nails. I was much happier. read more

Deluxe Pedicure 10/10 it's was absolutely lovely and they did a great job! .... The problem is I came in for a mani/pedi and managed to sit in the same chair for 2.5 hours. And the mani was terrible. The nail technician somehow managed to not listen to my directions and all my nails are so short now (I work so hard to grow my natural nails and they are all gone :( ) do 4 coats of polish and 2-3 layers top coats and every single nail either is streaky, smashed or had noticeable hair and fibers in it. The last 45 mins in that chair were uncomfortable. Pics from 5 mins after appt. Will return maybe, but only for solo pedicure! read more

I got a shellac manicure and it was just severely lacking. Including removing old shellac, I was only in the salon for 20 minutes. She had me soak my nails in cold water and then just whipped a file across them. There was no cuticle work, no shaping. My nails were rough and I had to file them to keep them from snagging on stuff. The shellac was so bumpy and weirdly thin. As time went on it got sticky at the tips which had never happened to me before. They just plopped some lotion on me, no massage or oil. Two of the employees got into a fight about a candle, awkward. I also scheduled a pedicure based on reviews and it was similarly rushed and lacking. Pros: it did seem clean and their color selection is amazing. If I had had a better experience I would definitely come back for the color options. read more

Had a really bad experience at this nail salon. I went there last week for my regular nail appointment, and while the service and the staff was Ok, I was disappointed to find that two days later, I couldn't remove the nail polish as I asked for regular nail polish. My nails looked bad and I felt frustrated. I called the salon to see if they could help, and they asked me to come back in. When I went in, they removed the polish, but I was surprised to find out that it was gel. Instead of apologizing, they charged me an additional $5 for a service that I didn't even want. Overall, I was very disappointed with the service and would not recommend this salon. read more
