In all actually she did all the work for me: packed the box, got the label and finalized the package. All with a smile and a friendly conversation. I appreciate the customer service had at this location from the minute I walked in till the time I left! This location offers a host of services that include packing, shredding, copying shipping and more. Its a one stop shop! I had to leave work early to make the deadline. After dropping off mail at the Post Office I got to this location about 5:10. There was one employee there who was on a phone call when i arrived. Once I told told her that I was there to have something notarized, she told me the notary had gone home early. "They'll be here tomorrow." I told her that I'd called ahead and was assured that there would be able to have that service. She just said, "sorry", in a way that suggested that there wasn't much sincerity behind it. I was disappointed, since I had made the effort to reach out ahead of time. Ended up going to a nearby competitor that took care of my requirement. I didn't want to leave work again tomorrow to get this errand handled, which is why I was frustrated with the experience.
