You select your vanities, the sink-tops, faucets, mirrors, towel bars... everything you need. Kiki seems to have an encyclopedic knowledge of the sizes that each vanity is available in, what is in stock and what is sold out, even part numbers. We walked around and picked out everything but toilets for our bathrooms... with Kiki by our side... and she remembered everything without even taking a note! Amazing. We needed to change one vanity and one vanity-top, so I called a day after our visit, and Kiki remembered our order and made the change, and everything was ready for pickup the next day. Prices are very good. Everything is very good, especially Kiki!

They messed up my order, did not match the drawing they created for me and when I came back to inquire and exchange wrong pieces, they refused to take any responsibility or take back what they ordered erroneously. Their excuse is that when you open the box, it is non refundable and non exchangeable. They just won't they back their mistake bc my contractor dared to open and try to install what they send. I spent over $6k on cabinets, the fix to make it right (their mistake) was $65 new doors, but they demanded I pay. Absolutely insane. They claimed "corporate" policy, can't return/exchange... On top of it the cabinets are poor quality, all different shades of color, fillers are different material and couple of the pieces were scratched. Again, no ability to exchange. Staff, except for one gentleman is rude and not interested to deal with you once they made the sale. This business must go out of business.

Base pricing is competitive, but in-room delivery is not included. I contacted the company ahead of time, fairly confident I wouldn't be able to get a 500-pound vanity up to a second-floor bathroom myself. I was told it wouldn't be a problem and that I could add in-room delivery after purchase. After purchasing, I emailed Modern Bathroom to add in-room delivery, since I was already getting notifications from the shipping carrier to schedule delivery. They sent me a Google Doc asking me to fill in my full credit card information so they could charge the add-on. Given the obvious security risk, I asked for another way to provide payment. They gave me a phone number to call instead, and when I did, I was transferred to four different employees, none of whom knew how to process the payment. Once I finally got in touch with someone who could process the payment, I didn't hear back for two days despite following up for a status update. On the third day, I got a notification that my vanity was out for delivery and I was next on the route. Strangely, the delivery address wasn't mine. I called the carrier, Roadrunner, to confirm they wouldn't be delivering to the wrong address and to verify that in-room delivery had actually been added. The representative first said they were planning to leave it curbside at that address, per Modern Bathroom's instructions. After digging further, she found that the vanity was actually being handed off to a second carrier who would handle the in-room delivery. I called that carrier next, and they had no idea what I was talking about and weren't expecting any deliveries that day. At this point, I have no idea where my vanity is, when it will arrive, or what to do next. When I raised all of this with Modern Bathroom, they told me this was "common practice." If that's true, I have no idea why anyone would order from them. The only reason that I am giving two stars instead of 1 is because the person that I finally got in touch with to process my payment (Logan) was very kind, professional and understanding. Everyone else I spoke with has no idea what they were doing. If I ever do receive this piece, I am curious what state it is going to be in...

We visited numerous options and none came close to the quality and uniqueness found in Elements Room. They just have options that did not exist anywhere else, and you'll see that in our pictures with stone we selected for our fireplace called "Galaxy Blue," which is a one of a kind stone with a sandblasting process that gives it an unreal texture and dimension. Flavio, the GM is a 30+ year veteran in the industry and he visits quarries overseas multiple times a year to source the best materials. His knowledge is unmatched and you can instantly tell that he is wise and experienced. Even if you don't go with natural stone, Elements room has a broad selection of the latest man made materials like Dekton (which I love and would totally use in my next kitchen). His team is also wonderful, with strong communication and patience with us as we selected the perfect slabs for our fireplace. Another review complained about price, and we did not experience that at all, Elements Room came in similarly to or below other locations we visited.
