Harassment ensued when I went to return a RV product I purchased at DeMartini. I purchased a line for my grill to run the propane from my RV to the grill. I paid $75. I looked the same product up once I got home & found the same line hose online for $25, next day delivery, you know from where. With receipt and unopened, unused product in hand I walked in to DeMartini to return the product. The cashier was rude and initially refused to return the product even though it was within their own return policy. When I persisted and pointed out I had everything they required including an unused, unopened product, he finally relented and completed the return and I received my money back. I would not recommend going here to purchase anything for your RV. You're better off shopping online, you'll certainly receive better customer service from your own computer. read more

I am looking to buy a used travel trailer. I went in to De Martini yesterday with my 5 year old granddaughter after checking their inventory online. I am on break so I wanted to save my husband some time. The woman told me that most of their preowned trailers were sold except two that were " very expensive " I asked her what she meant and she told me the price. Totally in my budget. I sorry my car is 4 years old and I don't look like I'm from out of town. I'm just a hard working local trying to shop local but after feeling so humiliated I will be taking my hard earned money elsewhere! So much for shopping local. read more

This place has got to be the rudest company I've called in on. I just got off the phone with the service dept and two service techs and I had a simple question about my RV water pump that is having some issues. "I don't know what your explaining to me, without it being here." Damn, how hard is it to tell me, if you're a certified tech, that "yeah, your pump might need this attention or that..." Some people feel as if they don't have time for their customers and are just rude...makes me want to go down there with their names and beat the f**k out of them. Every time I have been to Demartini RV they have been so accommodating as I've been just a tire kicker until recently. Truly one of the most caring dealers in the marketplace. Very difficult to find these days. Not to Mention, family run business and very easy to work with, Kind, and caring!! They finally have Dynamax super c's that can pull 20klbs of my toys in a luxurious package. I never thought I could afford it until talking to Rodney in finance. Made my dreams come true. We just purchased a new 2020 Nemar Motorhome and it was one the best experiences we have ever had with dealers. We knew absolutely nothing about motorhomes and we were just gathering information. Jon DeMartini was so patient and very knowledgeable. He took us to several motorhomes on the lot and tested our comfort level by letting us drive them. We ended up liking the class "A" and did all the paper work the same day. After taking it for a week for a "shake down" cruise we brought it back for service. Nate is our salesman and he is great...no pressure, just very knowledgeable and always makes sure we are satisfied. Tony is the Service manager and is great!
