My rep Nate Davey has been a great resource and very responsive on handling things that have come up after the purchase. Nate is a really nice guy and really cares about making sure the customer is happy and satisfied. The service department run by Tony has been great to work with as well. Tony has been responsive, follows up and is great at communicating the process and next steps. Can't say enough about the business and the team that Tim DeMartini has there in Grass Valley. Kudos to the Dynamax team of Brain Clemens the GM of Dynamax RV and Forrest River as well. Brian is has been great and is one of the reason that we picked the Dynamax brand for our first RV.

First time using Affordable RV. We live just eight minutes away so it was a no-brainer choice for…read morethe 2022 camper van we have. Staff is very nice and we did bring it in just before Memorial Day so we knew we would probably have a wait. All we needed was generator oil change, checking the water pump and battery load, looking at the tires sensors, checking the roof and a wash.They said we needed new tape on top to keep the solar panels in place and couldn't find anything wrong with the pump. We got it back after three weeks and on the walk-through were actually told that the guys took all the old tape off and cleaned it up when they didn't even need to do that but they thought it was a water repellent issue which it wasn't. So who knows how much extra time went to that at $175 an hour or so. We also noticed later that we didn't get the tire valve caps back and I went to turn on the air conditioner unit in the 96° heat in downtown Saceamento and they had not turned the switch back on for that in the generator.That meant that after consulting with AI during a work event, I I was crawling under the RV in downtown Sacramento on the street to open the generator cover and flip the switch. The work overall cost $1100. Obviously, we did not think it was particularly affordable, convenient and we're not pleased with the handling of the relatively simple items on our list. There's another place not too far from us and a highly rated mobile technician as well that maybe we'll try next time. ARV business model involves multiple different technicians working on the van, which is why it takes so long, but in addition to the inconvenience we just got pretty mixed results on the work.
