Mike obviously has a great deal of honesty and integrity to willingly tell me a likely solution over the phone, meaning that he would not get paid for that particular encounter. HOWEVER, because of his honesty and integrity, he has won me definitely as a future customer!! I also previously received a recommendation for him indicating that he was highly skilled and knowledgeable about his work. I would agree with his statement that he provides "Exceedingly better service" than most you will ever encounter.

First time using Affordable RV. We live just eight minutes away so it was a no-brainer choice for…read morethe 2022 camper van we have. Staff is very nice and we did bring it in just before Memorial Day so we knew we would probably have a wait. All we needed was generator oil change, checking the water pump and battery load, looking at the tires sensors, checking the roof and a wash.They said we needed new tape on top to keep the solar panels in place and couldn't find anything wrong with the pump. We got it back after three weeks and on the walk-through were actually told that the guys took all the old tape off and cleaned it up when they didn't even need to do that but they thought it was a water repellent issue which it wasn't. So who knows how much extra time went to that at $175 an hour or so. We also noticed later that we didn't get the tire valve caps back and I went to turn on the air conditioner unit in the 96° heat in downtown Saceamento and they had not turned the switch back on for that in the generator.That meant that after consulting with AI during a work event, I I was crawling under the RV in downtown Sacramento on the street to open the generator cover and flip the switch. The work overall cost $1100. Obviously, we did not think it was particularly affordable, convenient and we're not pleased with the handling of the relatively simple items on our list. There's another place not too far from us and a highly rated mobile technician as well that maybe we'll try next time. ARV business model involves multiple different technicians working on the van, which is why it takes so long, but in addition to the inconvenience we just got pretty mixed results on the work.

i never write reviews good or bad but everyone has that moment and here it is don swartz is a…read moretheif! i gave him 7 months! my truck that my grandpa gave me i thought i would fix it up and pull my trailer on a trip that they have been going on for years very long story short i spent 8600$ 7 months and my truck is still broke and i missed the trip i am trying to work with banks and pac brake to save it but i am not a mechanic and don swartz decided that some how i still owe him money in fact he says i still owe him 200$ for what! the orignal quote for my truck 6500$ i have 8600$ out on that truck, and it is worst off than when i took it in there. this also was the discount deal after he went through all his hours i have learned something though that any mechanic can discount parts but they make it back in labor because there is no way for you to track the time spent swartz takes advantage of this but it is the same with every mechanic you go to. be careful america
