It started the night a veneer fell off, front and center of my smile, the night before flying out for an important event the next morning. Panicked, I reached out to Dr. Ohanesian and to my amazement, he texted me back (at 11PM!) and had me come in before normal working hours in order to squeeze me in. He completely saved the day! I just went back to take care of a couple of things and just can't say enough regarding how kind, patient, compassionate, funny, and what a great dentist he is. Making a living is of course important, but he is clearly not in it just for the money. This man clearly loves what he does. He has integrity. He was incredibly thorough, gentle, and patient throughout the entire process. His kindness and empathy made me feel so comfortable, especially at a time when I was really overwhelmed. He explained everything clearly, made sure I felt safe at every step, and the quality of his work is unreal - he did an amazing job. I'm so grateful to have found him. Scheduling can be tricky just cause they're always super busy. Another thing worth mentioning is that if you have double coverage, you'll need to pay the portion your primary insurance doesn't cover. Once your secondary pays, the office will issue a credit to your account. It's a bit frustrating to pay upfront only to get reimbursed later so just keep that in mind.

I have been here…read morefor 3 visits in the past 2 months; my initial cleaning and exam and a 2 visit crown placement. On my first visit they could not verify my insurance, so I was unable to get my teeth cleaned. I called my insurance and my insurance couldn't understand why the office was not able to verify it. All the information was listed on my insurance card that I handed them. Anyhow, it got straightened out. The staff is great! Martin is very professional and most importantly it was a nearly painless procedure. When he numbed me for my old crown removal, I barely felt the needle inserted. I get a lot of anxiety from the drill and will often suddenly feel like I can't swallow or choke, but my anxiety was definitely low with Dr. Nahigian. My crown is a front tooth and it's so beautiful and natural looking. It honestly looks like my own tooth! I am very pleased. I am glad to have found a new dentist office that I trust and with great results.
