This particularly involved changing several lower kitchen fixed-shelf cabinets to either drawers or new cabinet fronts behind which large sliding shelves were installed. I recently hired Yanir to demo my entire house as part of a remodel project, and found him to be professional, honest, and responsive throughout the entire process. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. As always, there were a couple of unexpected issues that cropped up during the project that I think best illustrate his integrity and professionalism. First, during the demo he discovered some extremely large, hidden concrete footings buried in the backyard. He removed them without complaint or without trying to renegotiate the agreed upon initial price, even though I'm sure it took much longer than he expected when quoting the job. Second, in the middle of the project we also asked him to remove some dying trees that were not part of the original scope, and he did so for an extremely fair price that was much less than we would have paid to have a professional tree trimmer remove them.
