I had it looked at by three different mechanics in Richmond area. All gave me a list of things that needs replaced. Each one's list was different things to be replaced. None of their suggestions sounded right to me. After looking on Yelp I found Mr. Kweleme. Mr. Kweleme replaced two of my vehicle's spark plugs and changed the engine oil and it fixed the issue. I also asked his opinion on the other things mentioned by the previous mechanics, and except one thing, everything else that was told by other mechanics was not necessary. Mr. Kweleme confirmed those parts are in good condition and explained why he thinks they need no replacement. I think Mr. Kweleme is also charges resonably. Thank you Mr. Kweleme!

If you have a problem with them, don't take it sitting down. I contacted the Attorney General's office and am doing a complaint with the BBB. Even though Burton's is not a member of the BBB, you can still leave a rating. Furthermore, I'm filing a lawsuit with the Henrico courts. Don't use these people!
