Very nice waiting area and 'free' Christian Brothers branded water bottles. Most people understand 'free' things are not actually free . . . that includes the water bottles and 'free' courtesy shuttles. I took my 2010 Mustang there to have the rear brakes repaired - due to a frozen caliper. The 'Diagnostic Test' was $165, which I paid and then took my car out of there as fast as I could. The cost quoted for repair was ludicrous, so I asked if I could supply the parts (I am a former Auto Parts Manager, so am comfortable with this) - they said sure - the quote for just the labor . . . $631.91. Note - the book time for this is 1-1.5 hours. I declined and took it to another shop . . . $280 for labor and that is where the work was done. As mentioned in some other reviews, the 'free' (there's that word again) 'courtesy inspection' came up with every conceivable 'flush/fill' and things like Spark Plug replacement ("due to age of vehicle") even though I replaced them myself a month ago. Total for all the 'courtesy inspection' items . . . ready . . . ready . . . $8,255.59. How about a few more examples: Replace License Plate Light Bulb ($74.50) - I actually just took care of this myself before sitting to write this review ($15 for the pair and about 10 minutes taking my time), Replace Front Struts (parts cost $250 and labor book time 1.2 to 1.6 hours for both sides) . . . $1,456.38. Replace Cabin Air Filter (part cost $15 - labor book time 0.2 to 0.3 hours or 10-15 minutes) . . . $132. Replace valve cover gaskets (part cost $20, labor time 1.5 to 2.5 hours) . . . $632.20. You get the idea. Outrageous pricing . . . but the 'free' bottle of ice-cold water was excellent!

My car spent weeks under his terrible care before calling me to say it was ready for pickup. If I didn't have fire extinguishers with me the car would have been a complete loss. Jason the owner was gracious enough to spend a good amount of time with me explaining to me how these warranty companies work and what to look for and what to ask and he gave me a few recommendations. You know it's really nice of him to take the time out of his day to give me all these tips and I'm not even a customer. Just goes to show that this place is really a genuine place to go because they don't have your business and they're treating me this good. he also mentioned whenever you get a used car always come in and get an overall check which is $89. This way you get an out side true review of the car you are buying not just what the dealer is telling you. I never thought about doing that but I can see where the value would be totally with it. There…read morewas an initial misunderstanding about what they needed to look for, but when I explained the problem, they went back, looked deeper (no additional charge), and found the issue which was a seizing air compressor. They made sure to take extensive video and pictures to show what the problem was so I knew they weren't making anything up. It's an expensive repair, so I made sure to shop around a bit. Their price was very reasonable compared to some highly rated local competitors who quoted me hundreds more for the same repair. Although the diag was more on the expensive side ($300+), it was worth it when factoring in the competitive repair price! Service was top-notch. Somebody was always ready to pick up the phone, and I was also provided a free shuttle service to my workplace, which is a courtesy they can offer at no charge within reasonable driving distance. Everyone is super friendly and willing to expertly explain the issues in-depth. I was so satisfied I went back and got my spark plugs replaced there too; once again, this was a very reasonably priced service. They have a rewards/rebate program which can help you shave a few dollars off if you're a repeat customer. Friendly, honest, and high quality of service - overall I highly recommend!
