Male answered the phone, told me he could take care of us in 35 minutes. We arrived, the place was closed, on a Wednesday at 12:30pm. I called him 3x and no answer, kept going to voicemail after ringing several times. Come on man, if something changed, I get it, all I ask is for you to have called us and let us know or at the very least to pick up the phone and let me know so i didn't just leave me there waiting. I had my wife and kids in the car, on a road trip to NY from South Carolina after Hurricane Helene.

A few months ago, I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and was supposed to receive a tire rotation because I purchased my tires there. The tire rotation was never done, and no one told me my brakes were in serious condition until after I had already paid. Almost immediately after leaving, my brakes started making noise. I was told I had enough brake life to make it until my next oil change. That wasn't even close to true. Before I reached my next service interval, the brakes were grinding, and I was suddenly facing nearly a $600 brake and rotor replacement. If my brakes were already that close to failure, why wasn't I warned before they destroyed the rotors? Then, after paying for the repair, I was once again told I would "probably need brakes again" on the exact same side. That made absolutely no sense and only raised more concerns. The worst part came after my most recent visit. My vehicle started feeling like something was wrong, so I inspected it myself. I found one lug nut completely missing, and the rest were loose and barely holding the wheel on. I'm incredibly lucky my wheel didn't come off while I was driving. That could have cost me my life or someone else's. At this point, I have absolutely no confidence in the workmanship or safety standards at this shop. Between the missed tire rotation, the lack of warning about my brakes, the repeated issues with the same wheel, and the dangerously loose lug nuts, I cannot recommend this business to anyone. I strongly encourage every customer to inspect their vehicle before leaving because what happened to me should never happen to anyone.

With the time they took being "en route," we can drive to a whole another state by now! To make matters worse, when I pushed them for a better ETA, the response was condescending; they told me I "don't understand." I understand perfectly well that police calls may take priority. What I don't accept is taking our service request, leaving us waiting for hours without an accurate update, and then threatening to cancel when we questioned the delay. If you can't fulfill a tow in a reasonable timeframe, provide an honest ETA (like everyone else does) or cancel the request first thing so another company can take it. Instead, they tied up the service request for hours and left us waiting with no meaningful update. Then they threaten to cancel on us after making us wait for so long instead of making it right! If you value your time, DON'T go with this place.

Besides that, every time we would go they try to UP SALE us on unnecessary repairs! Upon arriving to pick up my car they told me my Honda Care had expired and failed to tell me before servicing the car so what I expected to be FREE was $133.40!!! They should have called us prior to doing work and notified us at our March visit that our Honda Care was about to expire. All this place cares about is BLEEDING their customers dry of money!! They will not get any more of our business!
