The staff there is knowledgeable and professional. They looked over my car and then explained to me exactly what needed to be done, made sure i understood, & then only moved forward when i gave them permission to. they went above and beyond the bare minimum of what needed to be done to my car, and listened to me when i tried to explain how tight money is for me right now. then they proceeded to give me a discount whenever and wherever possible. i will, without a doubt, be taking all of my vehicles here for all auto body needs. good job guys again i really appreciate you!!! read more

FLASH! Lloyd's Tire has changed hands. Mike & Terry retired about a month ago, and the new proprietors are Jason & Dana. I went in this morning to get a state inspection. I arrived at 7.30, and was third in line. The shop opened at 8.00. I was out the door at ~8.45. Impeccable service, just like before. read more

The team at Lloyd's was AMAZING when our Suburban broke down on 64 on our way to a camping trip. They took what we thought was a vacation ender into a few hours of wonderful conversation and company while we waited for our truck to be fixed. I almost felt like I stepped back in time while we were here....the Owner and his wife were both on site and treated us like family, basically allowing us to set up shop in their waiting area, as we really had nowhere else to go. Its a small place, so I am sure it was an inconvenience with us taking up all of their room, but they never made us feel like a burden, and did everything they could to get us back on the road to enjoy our trip. I can't say enough wonderful things about this shop, I just wish it were closer to us in Virginia Beach:) read more

Went here off of the reviews on the Car Talk website because I needed to get my car inspected before I could get my new Virginia plates and license. The place is small and crowded, but the were able to do a full detailed inspection of my car in an hour, even with all the other work they were obviously doing. They also have very reasonable prices, especially compared to big dealerships. read more

I've been taking my vehicles there for a few years now. I've used them from everything from tires, oil changes, state inspections, transmission service, exhaust work, brakes, ac recharging, rear end work, diagnostic testing. Which found out to be a a bad computer on my car, because I had a hard engine check light stuck on that wouldn't go away. I had taken my car to Ford and they didn't know how to even scan it because of its age. It ended up saving me a lot of money and a huge headache in the long run. Locally owned and conveniently located on Williamsburg Rd. right by Richmond International Airport. They can take care of all your automotive repairs on any vehicle old to new and at a competitive price. Never had any bad experiences. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable.
