I would strongly recommend being very cautious when dealing with this dealership. We put down a deposit on a potential vehicle purchase pending a mechanic to go there to see it because they told us we could not take the vehicle to a mechanic. (Which I understand not to be true in the state of Illinois)Getting our money back has become an unnecessary and frustrating battle. Throughout the process, the salesperson frequently presented numbers and information in a confusing and convoluted way. It was often difficult to determine exactly what was being discussed, and clear answers were hard to get. The entire experience left us feeling uncomfortable and uncertain. In the end, we chose not to proceed because too many things felt off. A reputable business should be transparent, straightforward, and honor reasonable agreements. Unfortunately, that was not our experience and manager is consistently unavailable to discuss in person or reply to emails. Extremely disappointing considering management has time to blast people on reviews, however will not take the time to respectfully reply to email. Use caution! This company receives a negative rating. I purchased a 2011 Porsche Panamera Turbo on November 14 and took delivery between November 24-25 after it was shipped to me. Initially, the Carfax report appeared acceptable. After taking the vehicle for inspection, I began experiencing severe shaking while driving. I currently reside in Pennsylvania but travel frequently and maintain residences in both Pennsylvania and North Carolina. Upon inspection by an auto repair shop, I was informed that the tires were mismatched: the vehicle had three Michelin tires and one Pirelli tire, and the Pirelli tire was also the incorrect size. As a result, the vehicle would not pass inspection. Additionally, both CV axle boots were damaged, with grease leaking on both sides. Selling a vehicle that is not roadworthy--particularly with suspension-related issues--is illegal. I have verified the applicable laws in both Pennsylvania and North Carolina, and this has been confirmed. It has also come to my attention that the same individuals associated with this transaction own or operate multiple dealerships, including the following businesses: Ogden Motors 6550 Ogden Ave Berwyn, IL 60402 Denali Motors LLC 855 W Lake Street Addison, IL 60101 This information is relevant to my complaint and ongoing investigation. I have filed a complaint with the Illinois State Attorney and have also notified the bank regarding the misrepresentation and deception involved in this transaction. I am in the process of retaining legal counsel. Prior to taking these actions, I attempted to resolve the matter directly with Roman Tylka and Arthur Pajolek. Roman stated that the car is old; however, the age of the vehicle does not justify selling a car that cannot pass inspection or is unsafe to drive. If I had purchased the vehicle while residing in the selling state, this issue would not have been acceptable either. DO NOT GO HERE! TOTAL SCAM! THEY WILL LIE TO YOU, THEY SEEM SO NICE BUT THEY ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE WITH NO CONSIOUNCE! They sold us a car and they didn't tell us it was a rebuilt title. A week later we had to bring the car back to have the brakes fixed and when my daughter went to pick up the car they handed her a piece of paper and said oh yes sign this and it was the disclosure for the rebuilt title which clearly states that has to be disclosed before you buy the car. they had the date printed with the date that we bought the car even though it was a week later. After they tried to casually slip us the disclosure about the rebuilt title we realized that they never gave us a copy of the car fax report. We had to ask them to email it to us. After taking a closer look we noticed that it had parts cut out of it, and It didn't make sense that a two year old car with 26,000 miles on it would be a total loss when it was only in a minor accident. We decided to run an auto check report. Which showed that the was in fact not in a minor accident but moderate. When a vehicle is a total loss the report should include what was damaged in the accident, what was repaired after the accident, and who did the repairs.They left all of that information out of "their"carfax report purposely so that we wouldn't notice the total loss. Therefore not telling us it had a rebuilt title. After my daughter did a phone interview with the bank they had told her how much money she was financing and she didn't understand how she owed that much money. If the car was $15,000 she put $9000 down how could she owe that much money. We had asked them where the paperwork was that showed the actual amount that we spent and how much the finance charges were and they said that my daughter would be getting all of that in the mail. We asked them If the car was $15,495 as advertised and they reassured us that it was. The manager Roman explained to us that because my daughter was young and didn't have much credit the finance charge was high, but if she made her payments on time for 6 months she could refinance. He also explained that it was a great way for my daughter to raise her credit score. We didn't know what to do about the fact that we just bought a car with a rebuilt title that we wasn't disclosed to us and my daughter did not want so we went to the Secretary of State police department to file a claim they asked us where the bill of sale was. That is when we realised that we were given page 1 and 3 of the bill sale but mysteriously page 2 with the actual dollar amount was missing. We went back over there to get the bill of sale only to find that not only did we buy a rebuilt title that we did not want but we paid $22,000 for it!!! $8,000 more then we were supposed to!!! We decided to go back over to the dealership to try and ask them why they did not disclose the paper that told us it had a rebuilt title and why they left out the 2nd page of the bill of sale. Why did they charge us $22,000 instead of $15,495. The salesman Christian told us that sometimes the printer doesn't print out all the pages. Wow isn't that a coincidence!! The printer just so happens to not print out the disclosure about the rebuilt title and a page that told us how much we paid. We asked Christian questions and he would just dance around the questions without giving any answers. At this time we were staying pretty calm until Roman the manager came into the office and told us the only person that you should be mad at is yourself. He told my daughter that she is just mad because she has buyers remorse. I left my daughter inside to speak alone. She broke down in tears asking how them how they could do this. Christian seemed like he felt bad but obviously not bad enough. Oh yeah Christian is 27 years old and my daughter is only 19. Would you believe that after he totally lied to us and basically ****** us in our ass ..this creep tried asking my daughter on a date. The manager is a total piece of shit and Christian is a creep that claims he's some kind of "good Catholic" He's got Jesus on his computer screen while he is lying and pretending to not know anything. read more
