I am currently dealing with Bridgecrest regarding a vehicle repossession, and the lack of…read moretransparency and communication has been extremely concerning. My first payment was less than three weeks late and was later brought current. The delay occurred because the vehicle was unusable due to a serious mechanical issue covered under warranty, which left me without the car for weeks and required me to pay for a rental. Bridgecrest was notified of the situation. When purchasing the vehicle, I was told by the dealership that it had never been in an accident. However, when the vehicle was inspected by a mechanic due to the mechanical failure, I was advised that there were clear signs of prior accident damage, including aftermarket parts, visible welding, and rust in the engine compartment -- issues that should have been apparent during inspection. Despite the payment being cured and the vehicle being under active warranty repair, the vehicle was repossessed. Since then, I have repeatedly requested a written reinstatement or redemption amount and clarification of my options, but Bridgecrest has not provided clear information in writing and has gone silent for extended periods. While a formal complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is pending, I received electronic notice that my access to the vehicle was revoked and that the vehicle was moved from its storage location, without any clear notice of sale or disposition being provided. This situation has left me without transportation despite my efforts to resolve the matter in good faith. I strongly encourage anyone considering financing to carefully review how disputes, repossessions, and vehicles with mechanical or prior damage issues are handled.

You know I had a pretty darn good experience. It seems they sold me a good car. I'm happy. They…read moredidn't budge much on the price but that's not uncommon. The salesman was great until he realized the ad overstated a feature that the vehicle didn't have. Instead of acknowledging fault, he immediately took down the ad for the vehicle, removing all information(and evidence). Come on! It seemed sophomoric considering I had a good experience otherwise. The manager, financial guy was funny and direct. Integrity is a tricky thing. Choosing to shut down our conversation by suddenly pulling the ad, the salesperson was being 'shady'. Fortunately for me, I don't think this was indicative of my overall experience. I believe they sold me a decent car.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! 2021 E63 S AMG…read moreI purchased a 2021 E63 S AMG with approximately 33,000 miles from Ultimo Motors. In my opinion, the car was overpriced by about $5,000 and they would not negotiate on the price, but it was my ideal spec so I decided to move forward with the purchase. Before buying the vehicle, I had a pre-purchase inspection performed at a nearby Mercedes-Benz dealership. I was told by Ultimo Motors to talk to Blake. I was told the car was very clean, so I completed the purchase. I drove the car home from Chicago to St. Louis and only two days later the check engine light came on. I immediately took the vehicle to my local Mercedes-Benz dealership for a diagnostic inspection. The dealership advised me to return the vehicle as soon as possible. According to the Mercedes-Benz diagnostic report, technicians found a stored camshaft fault, a torque calculation fault in the powertrain that they stated could indicate prior performance modifications, recently flashed engine and powertrain control units, a flagged warranty status, exhaust flaps that were not operating correctly, numerous hoses and harness attachments above and below the engine that were not installed properly, and loose hose clamps. I was also informed that the vehicle had previously been tuned and that the factory warranty had been affected as a result. When I asked if the Mercedes-Benz dealership who did a pre-purchase inspection would likely have been able to identify these issues, I was told they would have. The guy who was helping me said I'm not a mechanic and I can see it's all messed up with one look under the car. I contacted Ultimo Motors and explained the situation and requested to return the vehicle. I was initially told that returning the vehicle was not possible and the call ended. After I informed them I was considering speaking with an attorney, I received another call and was told to take the vehicle to a local shop for repairs. I declined because Mercedes-Benz had advised me to return the vehicle. Eventually, a manager contacted me and arranged for a tow truck to retrieve the car, but I was responsible for the associated costs. In the end, I lost approximately $1700 despite only owning the vehicle for a very short period of time. None of those costs were reimbursed. At the time of writing this review, I observed the vehicle being offered for sale again. I have no knowledge of what repairs, inspections, or work may have been performed after I returned it. This review reflects my personal experience. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to obtain an independent inspection, thoroughly review all available records, and do extensive research before purchasing. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. READ THE REVIEWS.
