Although they come weekly and charge for service, pool is filthy after cleaning. We have now discovered an issue with a valve that is causing water to leak from the filter system. We believe the leaky valve has been an issue for the past month as our pool has been losing water. Tru Blue either did not find it or never informed us of it.
