I don't know why this place has such low ratings! I think they have some of the best pizza in the area. Their crust isn't too doughy or too thin, and their sauce is really good. Topping ratio is on point. Just greasy enough, but not overly greasy to the point that it makes you feel sick. They also have the best garlic butter dipping sauce, and these amazing broccoli cheddar bites. Delivery is quick, service is always friendly. Give them a try! read more

Tonight I went to De'Niro's and ordered my sub with American Cheese and they put another cheese on it...I take it back and instead of remaking it they just add the cheese that I requested on top of it...I tell him no I don't like the other cheese...he refused to cut the grill back on to remake my sandwich! 10/20/2019 Poor Customer service, Poor quality. I like to support small business, So I tried this place several times, but this was the last time for this place. I was hungry for a good cheesesteak So I ordered 4. I could tell as soon as I picked up my order they felt light, I was hungry and proceeded to eat 3 of there so-called overstuffed subs in 12 mins! They were more like weak and wimpy subs! So I called and asked to speak with the manager and asked if they made a mistake and accidentally gave me small subs? He with his new york accent and attitude said no that is how we make them. So I said maybe it was a fluke and ordered 2 more. And those subs were no better !! Same weak subs. I just spent almost $60 on trying to get a good steak sub. I find it is not possible at Deniros. For that money, I will get a Large ribeye steak !! and better customer service elsewhere. Went here for the first time and was VERY pleasantly surprised. The outside doesn't look like much but the inside was clean and bright. The employees genuinely seemed like they were happy and they were so nice! We got a Rachel, a cheesesteak, fries, fountain sodas, and the kids pita pizza. We didn't finish the fries. They were a little more done and less salty than we prefer. The other food was all delicious. The pita pizza is a genius invention. We will go back for sure! read more

But when I signed in to the site, there are signs that say they are closed. They don't say why or for how long or if permanently. If anyone has any information, please share. Had a very unpleasant experience with my last and final order at Deniros . Placed a online order FIRST mistake, online is not set up to place orders for wraps. I found out the hard way. Ordered what I thought was 5 wraps. What I received was 5 subs. Too much bread. Indicated I thought I was ordering what I always order a wrap. They refused to honor what I always order. I have never ordered a sub. They track your order history Once when I was ill and forgot what I normally order because they track order history. They were able to tell me what I always order. 5 subs into the trash at the cost of 95 dollars. Manager was very rude and unprofessional and did indicate you are not able to order a wrap online. You have to call into restaurant to order a wrap. What a waste of time. No more orders from this establishment. read more

I ordered online and picked up my order, we ordered gyro platters, they come with fries and a Greek salad. the online menu offers double salad if you want it, they charge extra for the extra salad. I understand that but they did not give us our fires, I called them and they said if you order extra salad you don't get fries. the menu does not state that and why am I paying extra for salad if I'm not getting fries. My pizza was all crust and big dough bubbles as you can see in the photo I posted of my cheese pizza. The pizza had minimal sauce and cheese. The sauce is flavorful but I wish they could put some on the pizza!!! I have been ordering from this shop over the past 3 years and it seems they are trying to cut corners with less cheese less toppings considering they charge 1.50 a topping and less sauce. Polite and friendly. We dined in. It's more of a a carry out but there are a few tables to carry your food to and eat in. Ordered the cream of crab and it was a disappointment. Lost ALL Respect for this place tonight as the service was terrible. My wife ordered pizzas for our neighborhood Halloween party an hour before pickup and the pizzas weren't ready. (6 Pizzas - 3 Cheese and 3 pepperoni). When she got to the restaurant and asked for a status on the pizzas the staff and eventually the owner (he said he was) gave her some conflicting responses in regards to when the pizzas would be ready. Upon asking for further clarification the owner abruptly says "I'm voiding your order" and then tells her "to get her Black ass out the store". Not only is this unsatisfactory, but it's ignorant. No place for this in our great community. Never again will we sink a red cent in this place. I can't tell anyone what to do, but I'm practicing my right to speak as freely as he did in disrespecting a customer trying to spend her hard earned money for food and good service, as anyone else would.
