Great delivery experience at Pizzeria 081. Can't speak on the location, but delivery on their website uses DoorDash, and arrived 15 more before the stated time. It only took a 40 mins from the time of order. Pizza was solid - delicious crust - and prepared exactly as ordered. Garlic parm wings were tasty, could've used a little more seasoning/sauce, but good. And the fries were probably really good fresh, and still not bad after 40 mins! That's saying something. Worth exiting I-95 for excellent sandwiches and pizza. Pizza crust was delicious and sub bun tasted fresh baked with a nice crust. Steak and cheese was amazing with perfectly melted provolone and meat loaded on top of lettuce and tomato creating a juicy combination. Finally decided to give this place a shot, expanding my "go to" pizza places. I ordered one large cheese pizza for carry out. When I walked in the girls behind the counter were friendly, and the establishment looked clean. When I left I was thanked by two employees, assuming cooks/chefs, for coming to their location. The pizza itself was great overall, but depending on what you like there could be improvements. Personally I am a crust snob, and that's the biggest factor of the three (cheese and sauce). The crust was excellent. Cooked well, crunch, ends were soft, and was sturdy. Some of the best crust I've eaten in the Baltimore area. The other two factors my wife and I disagreed on. Personally I felt the cheese could have a flavor improvement, and my wife thought the sauce could see a flavor improvement. Both were above average and good. Overall, solid pizza and would definitely order one from this establishment again. I originally was going to give 4 stars, but elected to give 5 because in reality it was a solid pizza. When we order other stuff from this location I'll update the review. If you like pizza, give this place a try. Worth the price in comparison to the other local pizzerias. First let me say this the food here is Delicious! The Pizza I would put up against Squires and Vinny's any day of the week. Hands down they have a cheese steak that is second to none. It's a small store front pizzeria with a limited number os tables so either go before lunch or after lunch to make sure you get a table. The service is great it's either the owner his wife or I think his daughter that will take your order.
