I am not one who normally complain but today I ordered lunch online @ 12:29p. The order confirmation stated the food would be ready @ 12:49p. I called and added another small order for a coworker immediately after and was told the order would be ready in 20 mins. Arrived to pick up the food at @ 1:00p hoping I wouldn't have to wait as I was on lunch break. I was told "they were working on the two orders now". I waited patiently for 15 mins before asking what was the deal. The female at the counter said it should be done any minute. Again, extremely frustrated, I waited as patient as I could. 10+ mins later (1:25p), still no food. I asked a different lady that came to the counter to help customers, if she could please check on my food as I had to go back to work and at that point was going to be late. Side note, customers checking out were now telling saying things like "good luck getting your food" as they had seen me there so long. A few mins later the last person I spoke to, came out with my food. She then couldn't work the couldn't get the CC machine to work for the order I called in and had to get someone to help. Paid for food and left. To top it off, food was cold/soggy and one order was completely the wrong type of burger. It was one of their specialty burgers chosen from their menu by name. Instead I got a complete different type of burger..... W T F. I told the cashier it was wrong and showed her the online order confirmation but at that point I didn't have the time to wait for a replacement. Yes, we still paid full price and not once did someone give an explanation as to all the inadequacies or even just say sorry. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND THE MANAGER NEEDS TO RE-EVALUATE HIS/HER STAFF. THIS WAS A GROUP F-UP and THE ONLY THING THEY SUCCEEDED AT WAS SCREWING UP MY ORDER IN EVERY WAY. AT least they did that right. I will never go here again and will be sure to share with my co-workers. Crazy thing is, there are other reviews just like this one. Do yourself a favor and trust the majority. read more

Went here for the first time and was shocked at how nice the place was and the food was delicious!!! Club sandwich was awesome and loves the tator tots loaded!!! Our server Bobbi Jo was outstanding! She was super nice and down right friendly! My drink got filled without me asking and she was very prompt with our needs! Awesome job! Will rerun food was great and server was exceptional! read more

Prior to the remodel, I had stopped going to this particular location due to: -poor/slow service -high prices -less than savory appearance and dilapidated condition of booths and tables Since this location really cleaned up and became so much nicer, we gave it another chance. Three times so far. Each time, something funky has happened. Whether it's a screw up on the food, high waiting times to be seated and to pay, and lack of organization of the work crew, something has been wrong. Last time, the waitress made a mistake and placed our order in after people who arrived later than us. This time, our food was missing half its ingredients. Usually, the manager will help and try to ensure that mess ups are fixed and you are satisfied. Our plates were taken back and remade correctly. Our check was also discounted. However, I cannot give this location another chance. It pains me to say this as most of their crew are very nice, hard working folks. read more

Always reliable food wise. The servers are usually pretty good. The only real issue is that the place is not the cleanest at times. Aside from that like I said; very consistent and reliable food. read more

We had an awesome waitress at Denny's in Hudson FL. She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and good at her job. We were starving when we arrived that evening as we had not eaten all day. We asked her about getting an appetizer out to us quickly, and she was on it! She got us some munchies out in no time! She was very attentive throughout our meals with drink refills and getting takeout boxes for us. The waitress at your restaurant that deserves the kudos is Miss Sheila! Thank you Sheila! read more

Staff arguments lasted the whole time I was there. One server was hitting on another. The manager/server argued with a customer who didn't want 4 items and only wanted 3. One server dropped disposable cups on the floor in front of me and the manager, got them dirty then added them to the stack of clean ones, yuck. Way to much drama going on. This is one of my favorite restaurants to eat at and it keeps me coming back... Idk what keeps me coming back whether its the astonishing environment with the quite new remodel or if its the great service with how fast I get the food and how great the servers treat me. I feel as if im in a five star restaurant and its my birthday with everyone there to just cater toward me... I came to dennys last week and its great I feel like I am around my family when Im there, with my server Deah always taking care of me right away...She is by far my favorite server and I now feel we have a connection...That in my opinion is the best way to recieve great service throughout a restaurant environment....I will definitely continue coming to thus dennys and you should too read more

Everything about this location is absolutely horrible from the constant influx of tweakers all around the parking lot picking up loose cigarette butts in the parking lot and dropping used needles to the tweakers inside cooking the food and serving the food. Super cringe establishment that will soon be taken over by the Waffle House just freshly built next door. read more

Always enjoy our Dennys in Hudson. Fast seating, great service and our food is always cooked the way we asked..I wish I could remember the server we had two nights ago. She was awesome and so friendly. We live just a mile or so away so we go there often. It is one of the few restaurants in the area that offer a veggie burger and it is so good.. read more

One of my favorite places to eat. Staff is always friendly, and the food is always good. Menu is priced high to low so there's something for everyone from $2 to $8. The only issue is they can't cook a fried egg right, you ask for over easy and you get raw, you ask for over medium and you get over hard. That's the only issue. Pancakes are a new recipe and quite tasty. This is my favorite location. The manager Omar is nice and always comes to the table to see how you're doing and if everything is good. read more

Went here last week and had excellent server named Bobbi Jo! She was very informative and she knew what she was doing. She was helping other servers and was very informative about when are food was coming! Next time I go I will recommend her without a doubt! we decided to go to dennys for breakfast this morning.we were seated right away and was greeted by joann who welcomed us to dennys and had agreat smile.she asked us if we would like some coffee or orange juice. she brought our drinks and she asked us if we were ready to order.she suggested the new super slam which we took her suggestion.our food came out in a timely manner and was very appealing.after a few minutes she came and checked on us with coffee pot in her hand.she was very personable and had a nice smile.after we were done she asked if we would like to hear about our kids for hunger program which she explained what it was all about.we gladly accepted and she thanked us and asked if there was anything else we needed.we have to give her a 5 star rating.we will definitely be back and would like to ask for joann again read more

I especially like the grilled chicken and avocado salad..great value on all the other breakfast meals as well.

I don't expect much at any Denny's but this had the worst service. The poor food didn't help either.

Husband and I ordered hamburgers. Brioche bun fell apart after the first bite. It literally just crumbled. Had to eat burger with knife and fork. The bun was fresh, but it's just not the right one to use with a hamburger. read more

I placed an online order, which said it would be ready at 6:05pm. I arrived at 6:10 pm to pick up my food. The gentleman that came in behind me asked if I had been waiting long and said no one helps the front desk as they waited a long time previous visits, also. Once a staff member finally came to the front to help me, it was about 5 minutes later. Then someone else came to ask me what I was waiting on. After about 20 minutes in the store a third person went to check on my order after he noticed I had been waiting so long, which is when I'm assuming it was assembled. I say assembled because once I got home, less than 10 minutes after I finally got my food, the meat to my husbands burger (which was a completely different burger than the one we ordered) was cold and tasted nasty. My pancakes were cold and the bananas on top were so ripe they rock hard. Not even edible. My daughters potatoes were soggy and cold. Over all it was completely terrible food. We called to ask for a refund. Not only did the employee who answered tried to argue with us that they were waiting on the order to be made fresh, which was an obvious lie. She then proceeded to trash talk us to the manager as she was handing the phone over. You could at least put the phone on hold or mute before you talk badly about customers. Once the manager answered, he told us he will only refund us if we bring the food in. By the time we get back to the store, it is nearly 7:30, and with a 2 year old screaming because she is hungry. We finally got to the store and my husband went in to speak with the manager, Josh, who seemed to be the only pleasant person in the building. He refunded us and apologized and said they are having "major problems" in the kitchen. Clearly, also with the attitudes of servers. read more

recently got hired there and waited 20 min the first time, drove 20 min there just to have them say oh have to reschedule someone didnt write it down, and 45 min the third time. tried calling no one ever answers the phone, they never have any of their crap together. very disorganized and unprofessional. Also every time I'm in there I walk in and never get greeted (they didn't know I was going to be working there) and see customers sitting there forever to wait to be greeted and seated. I am calling to say I cant accept the job but cant even get through to anyone. Absolutely ridiculous! read more

I go there all the time and I have previously gave an excellent review but I went their today and we order food and at the end we got our bill, we go to cash out and the total was different from the one on the receipt and I didn't notice it until I got to my car because they never said the total to me so I send my husband in there to find out what happened. Apparently the server added something to my bill without giving me a new bill which I found wrong so my husband told the manager to give some of the tip off back so he charged our card again and now I have 2 20 dollars charges on my card and the whole time the manager was arguing with my husband defending the server. Now I have wait and see if they refund me the 20 something dollars. It's bullshit, new staff and new management made this location suck. I always go there and if this situation is not fixed and I don't get my money back I'm not going there again. read more

My grandson, Son and myself had brunch at the Bayonet point #7508 restaurant. The food tasted great we were happy with the service and cheerful attitudes of the staff, or attendant was Cheyanne. She was very pleasant when our food took to long to be served even though the restaurant was not full. After waiting for 28 minutes the food was served and we requested for a box to and the check because we had to leave for a appointment, she was very understanding and fast with our request. We also had a fast payment clerk taking our payment even with a lot of customers were coming and leaving at once! From what we could see the staff were very efficient and pleasant, very clean and well mannered. We would of been fully happy with brunch if the food didn't take so long, we came in knowing we had time to have brunch and have been out on time at this Denny's because the service is sensually timely even when full.
