Cute little breakfast diner that has train decor/memorabilia all over. We went on a Saturday morning and we didn't have to wait to be seated, but the restaurant was definitely packed. It gives small town diner vibes, actually reminds me a bit of a diner in the small town in Oklahoma that I grew up in. Our waitress was very nice and attentive - she was quick with refills, to-go boxes, extra things we needed - great service and she had a great attitude. We ordered the train wreck (I also loved that some of the food names were hinting at train stuff, it was really cohesive with the diner theme) - we swapped the potatoes with hashbrowns and it was delicious. The serving size is very generous and the flavor was great. We'll visit again sometime, it was a nice little stop for breakfast on a Saturday morning with the family. read more

This place is clearly popular locally and I can see why. Inside everything is train-themed. Service is quick & friendly, everything is pretty fast-paced & efficient but you're not rushed. There is usually a small wait. I've gone in twice now and both times I've gotten Florentine Benedict with hash browns & both times have been consistent in quality and super yummy. Restrooms are clean and were well stocked both times. I am sure as someone new to the neighborhood I'll eat here a lot. Interesting side note: They don't allow outside drinks. read more

I'll start off by saying for 3 people and 3 breakfasts, the total was under $40, which I think is a win when you look at the portion size to price point. I opted for the Texas omelette with a fruit side and the s'mores pancakes. The omelette had great egg to other ingredients mixed in. The chili was a unique spin which was yummy. A pet peeve is when the fruit side consists majority of the melon fruit family.... But they aren't the only ones guilty of this. The s'mores pancakes were my personal highlight - I love s'mores and any marshmallow kinda food. I was full almost all day after eating this around noon. read more

Went here for breakfast on a random Wednesday morning and it was actually quite busy. Even though it was busy we were seated fairly quickly. I would say that we overall enjoyed the ambiance with the train decor/ facts about Florida on the setting paper mat and thought the food was good but nothing spectacular. Our server was very sweet and welcoming during our entire visit. I think we would give this another try and order something different! This is worth a visit if you are in the area. read more

Breakfast is my favorite meal, but it can make a mess in the kitchen. This is my favorite place to go for breakfast. The staff are well established and the place runs smoothly. I love the coffee, the Eggs Benedict, and the hash-browns. My wife and I cooze here sometimes on a Saturday or Sunday morning for a recharge. She recommends biscuits. The space is set mostly with red booths along with tables in the middle. There is a divider running down the center of the dining area. However, it can still get a bit loud when it's busy. That's not a bad thing really. It's simply the nature of this business. The staff hustles here. They get your food out quickly. The coffee stays warm and the ticket is always present for you to pay at the front register. I love the place. read more

What a nice surprise tucked into an unsuspecting strip mall. We found this place through the Yelp reviews and it did not disappoint. I had the Santa Fe salad. I was going to hold the chips, but I ate every last one! Delicious. Two eggs and bacon could not have been more perfect. Food was fresh, delicious and arrived quickly. If I'm being fully honest I came in my friends recommendation and to say I was disappointed was an understatement. The service was actually good so there's that, but the restaurant could of been a tad more clean it was a rush so I understand it being a little dirty. My meal was the biggest issue tho my hash browns were not fully cooked in the bottom they were raw and not even seasoned. After wasting it I noticed them being soggy and felt grossed out ended up waiting for my fiancée to be done to leave my appetite was gone. Maybe I'll give them another chance some other day. Decided to try this place for the first time with my dad this morning. He had been there before and wanted me to try it. I had made myself an at home hot chocolate in a to go cup without any logos on it before we left the house. I only had a few sips left so I decided to bring it in, I didn't want it sitting out in the car. My ass barely hit the booth seat before this woman, who turned out to be the daytime manager, made a beeline for me. She acted like I had committed a crime and told me I had to get rid of my drink. I said it wasn't from another restaurant, I made it at home and I was almost done. She didn't care, she told me to put it outside or let her throw it away for me. I decided to put it back in the car. This honestly would not have bothered me too much but it was the way she went about it and her weird urgency. She made me feel like I was in trouble. Not a great way to start my very first experience with this place. After I came back inside, they let me and my father sit for a stupid amount of time. We got fed up, tried to pay for the coffee and left. How insane do you have to be to lose customers over 1/4 cup of home made hot chocolate. We were going to order full meals. Hope that was worth it to y'all, and looking at other peoples reviews I can see I'm not alone. Also to the hostess that ran to snitch to the manager that I had a cup in my hand, bravo. read more

Stopped in one late morning with the beau and had a lovely breakfast/brunch. The location is small, compact and quite quaint. I love the mural of the Train right behind the register. We sat right up front and had really awesome service! The beau had eggs and hash while I had an omlette with hash browns. Both of us were hungry as we were both nearly members of the clean plate club. The coffee was delicious as was the orange juice. The food was well done and absolutely tasty and filling. I am at breakfast station a few times a week. I have always enjoyed the food, the service and the friendly atmosphere of everyone inside. The waitresses are friendly, fast, and always engaging with all the customers. Everyone is always happy and upbeat. They were welcoming and the ambiance was busy however our waitress was very sarcastic and had a small attitude. I asked her "well do you know how much a mimosa is" and she replied "I don't know, it can range from 8.99-12.99" and said snarky and I was taken aback at first and just ordered one. And she was very awkward and said "ID" which I had no problem of doing and giving to her. After that we were looking at the menu and I had questions so I asked if I could do the double stuffed French toast but can I make into a combo. Most places offer this and will up charge you and I was completely fine with that. She simply said "no sorry can't do that" and I said well what can I do than and she said "I don't know you can order what you want." I have worked in customer services and you can offer alternatives and help a customer with a menu or how to order. She offered no help at all and just stood there awkward and being like well tough luck and just order. So I paid for my drinks and left. This is was my first time at the establishment and I was upset with the lack of helping a customer or guiding through the menu especially my first time ever being there. Excellent service. Place was packed and for good reason. Worth the wait ....couldn't believe they serve a Bloody Mary with a grilled cheese on it. Everything we had was so tasty. Our waitress LENA was so on point with our drinks and explaining the menu items. Again us with the peanut allergy the wait staff was so acomadting and ensured that the food safety was followed. I grateful appreciate LENA having the conversation she did with the kitchen and other membwr to make sure it was okay for us. I would come here every morning if I could. Thank you LENA!! I have been going to this Resturant for a while now. I originally went to the one on 19 in the Home Depot parking lot. The food is great! The staff is awesome! Everyone's very nice! It got to be a home away from home! I ate there at least 3 days a week! It's been a little while since I've been in as I have not been in the area. But I wanted to write a review and thank everyone for the great service while I was there! I will be back soon and will always pick this place as my go to!! Tucked in a strip mall in front of Home Depot in Port Richey is a homey little diner called Breakfast Station. As you could imagine the diner has a train theme with locomotives adorning the walls (my toddler son loved it!). Breakfast is cheap and is served FAST. Quality is decent too, nothing outstanding but you can't beat it for the price. The grits were plain but better when you added butter and salt. The bacon was of average size but had a good flavor and crunch. I also sampled the scrambled eggs and pancake which were pretty typical. The biscuits were a bit of a disappointment; they were bland and had a flattened look. They weren't buttery or flaky like a great biscuit should be. Service was prompt. I don't think we were able to take 2 sips of coffee before we got a warm up. Although the business front says open for breakfast, lunch and dinner I noticed the restaurant closes at 4pm so I guess you'd have to make it an EARLY dinner. read more

Over priced on the weekend. Boring large menu. Boring because they use tasteless grease for eggs, pancakes , and potatoes. Request for well done hash browns ,got the usual raw on the bottom , brown on top. A $4.99 breakfast on a weekday is 6.99 plus on the weekend. Cheap generic sugar free syrup. You are better off at Steak n Shake. They use Smuckers sugar free. And food has taste for less money. Just my opinion. Service was excellent. read more

Yes, she might've brought a coffee in from a different place that comforts her, but they came there to eat your food... I understand you might not allow an outside companie's coffee inside, but there was a better way of you, letting her know that rather than embarrassing, her loudly in front of the whole restaurant... You could've let them sit down and politely went over to her and said sorry, but we're not allowed to have other companie's coffee products inside our restaurant and they would've very discreetly walked it outside back to the car and came back to eat but no, you chose to embarrass her in front of a full restaurant... You're not very professional, guess that's why you have the job you have!! How does it feel to be put down or embarrassed in front of a large group of people!! You are lucky I didn't get your name! You should be ashamed of yourself. How would you like it if someone talk to your mother & embarrassed your mother in that way you did mine???
