We're ready to conquer the trails after Mandi very generously offered all of our students and chaperones pancake breakfast. We probably wouldn't be able to keep doing these sorts of trips without support from our community. You can bet El Bambi has a customer for life in me, but I must tell you, the food was amazing. If you're driving through Beaver this summer and need a meal- I highly suggest you stop by and meet this amazing group of superheroes.

The staff was incredibly courteous, friendly, and helpful, making us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we walked in. Mt husband liked his crispy taco and chicken quesadilla - although the quesadilla was really greasy and messy and not exactly driving while eating a good idea. I'd definitely stop again. First off the was no ham in the rice and it was the color of soy sauce!? It was breaded! Almost like an empanada. Inside was mushy and tasteless. Never had it this way anywhere. Not good at all. See pic. The prices are very reasonable, but most of the meal was terrible. Wouldn't spend your time here. Bathrooms are way dirty & gross. The cooks were older Chinese husband and wife team. Think they have passed their prime.
