Horrible service! Ordered French toast and it came out 15 min. Before my actual meal, the French toast was cold, the butter on it wouldn't even melt. The eggs I ordered came out raw still, luckily for them raw eggs are good to me, the bacon was pre-cooked store bought bacon. The two people that served us the waitress and the cook were some of the friendliest people I've ever met. She was from Minneapolis Minnesota and he was from all over he was the cook. The food was excellent. They give us updates on everything that was going on in town. They were generous friendly and kind. read more

We had a terrible waitress named Roxie, sh was slamming trays around. She even threw the straws at my kids. She was VERY rude to my husband when he asked where the sides were on the menu. The food was the only redeeming thing about our visit here. The night staff (aside from the cook Mat, who seemed to have it together) spent more time taking smoke breaks and being petty and snarky with each other than waiting on my girlfriend and I. I really liked this restaurant but it seems to be going down hill with each visit getting worse. The service tonight was almost nonexistent. Took an extra long time to get get our drinks and even longer to place our order. Our food came out in a timely manner. My meal tasted like a dirty, greasy grill to the point it was inedible. The waitstaff never came by to see how our dinner was. They came by when the other meal was done. When informed of the terrible food, the waitress didn't seem the least bit surprised. The meal was removed from the ticket quickly but a free dinner you can't eat still isn't a dinner. Will not darken the doors of this establishment any time in the near future. I will also spread the word to family and friends and save them the hassle of Casper Denny's lack of service and horrible food. Denny's is generally okay. Late night moons over my hammy was a staple back in my college days. However, owner of the restaurant and adjacent hotel is not reputable so I won't go. There are many other places to check out... Search Yelp and expend a little effort to seek them out! read more

So Sunday I took mom Daughter in law and son who was home on leave and all my grandkids to eat at Denny's here in Casper. I am going to file a complaint with their corporate office . We waited for a long time just to get the waitress to take our order. She never came and asked for refills. The food took even longer. They forgot my meal completely, forgot My sons pancakes when they did bring them they were raw in the middle and they forgot his toast. The servings were smaller than ever as well . So I did something I rarely have to do..I didn't leave a tip. The waitress said if u want to leave a tip u have to add it in before I ring it up. I said "ring it up as is please" she asked again no tip? I said it is ready as is After I signed and was walking away she yelled across the restaurant in front of everyone "thanks for not giving me a tip!!" I walked back quietly and said " we had horrible service and voiced my concerns" She continued to yell and said " it's the cooks fault not mine and I make $3/HR (really????) and they make $10/HR!!! She kept yelling and I walked away ....good thing I don't fight... WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN I was too happy spending time with my family to make a bigger scene than she was. read more

We were staying in a hotel next door to this restaurant. When we walked into this place, my first thought was that one of my sons had just let a big fart. But, as we walked to our table, sat and looked at the menu, the smell didn't go away, but seemed to get worse. The smell was so bad that as we looked at the menu, nothing looked appetizing. All we could think of was that we felt like we were sitting in the bathroom next to some big guy losing it all. So, we got up and left and went somewhere else that not only smelled very appetizing, was very tasty. I'm afraid we are forever tainted on Dennys now. This has set a new low for restaurant experiences for us, and Dennys is now the standard we compare all other restaurants against, but not on the good scale, but just how bad can a place be.
