The dinner tastes good and filling, but later on my stomach didn't feel so well with the meal. Ordered 2 salads one Cesar salad one House salad the first salad had wilted lettuce and black stuff in the middle of a big piece of lettuce. We also ordered chicken strips they were okay. Service was not inviting at all. We asked for 2 more fresh salads my co worker / trainer watched the older lady open a fresh bag of salad so we figured we would have a fresh salad coming up. That was wrong I almost picked out every piece of lettuce due to the new salad also being wilted. By this time I'm over it. So I had asked a for a mango lemonade but I never touched it due to us being over Denny's I asked the young man would he be willing to take the drink off after having to have our salads replaced and this boy says no. But I want to thank the older gentleman that was Spanish decent for stepping in and giving me a discount. Won't be going to the Denny's on Valley blvd across the street from Kaiser Hospital. I order a double cheese burger, I was half ways when I found a hair in my burger so my waitress was so kind and change my burger. When I got it back there give me new bonds but the half of my burger that was leftover from the one with the hair in it. I call the waitress and told them about it and he agree with me that it was wrong so he went and call the manager but never came so they just gave me a coupon for 20% discount on my next visit and didn't got charged for the burger. I went back to manager he said he hadn't been in there but one of the female employees said it was fine. I informed him it wasn't. He said they are short handed. I said I understand but the restroom being clean is important. He kicked me out said I was being rude. He wouldn't let me pass to take pictures and threatened to call police. read more
