Dined in with my boyfriend and ordered Chocolate Chip Banana pancakes and a few other items. The first issue I tried to get over was when I ordered it with eggs, hashbrowns, and the proteins I asked if I could substitute the meat for extra eggs and hashbrowns. I already felt bad asking but I do not eat pork and usually they are understanding, even the waitress concluded taking my order by saying "So no meat?" and I said yes. When she brought out my dish, the eggs and hashbrowns had a slice of ham on it and she said they gave me it anyway even though she said no meat and I told her oh sorry it's because I don't eat pork and she responded and said just give it to him (my boyfriend) :/. Also when I received my pancakes there was strawberry residue all over my plate and none of our dishes we ordered had strawberries so I assume it was just a dirty dish. She did keep the refills consistent but I regret not asking for the food to be remade, I gave most of my portion that the ham was touching to my boyfriend but I feel like if that's the response for me who simply chooses to not eat pork, i couldn't imagine someone who was Muslim or Vegetarian. I understand the accommodation was a very tedious thing to ask but at the end of the day, she could have said it was not possible and not have allowed me to order something and pay for it for it to be ignored. This is the second time this has happened with the same server at this location while other servers are very understanding and if there is a mistake in the kitchen they are usually very nice and apologetic about the mix-up. read more

Located on Valley Blvd. Plenty of parking outside. It took awhile before the waitress came by to take our order. Ordered: Ultimate breakfast omelet Mama D's pot roast dinner My son enjoyed his meal. The dinner tastes good and filling, but later on my stomach didn't feel so well with the meal. Dennys is now "Bennys" And unfortunately my first experience was not good! The fork,knife and spoon were dirty. The water glasses are plastic and very dirty!. I order a double cheese burger, I was half ways when I found a hair in my burger so my waitress was so kind and change my burger. When I got it back there give me new bonds but the half of my burger that was leftover from the one with the hair in it. I call the waitress and told them about it and he agree with me that it was wrong so he went and call the manager but never came so they just gave me a coupon for 20% discount on my next visit and didn't got charged for the burger. Ordered 2 salads one Cesar salad one House salad the first salad had wilted lettuce and black stuff in the middle of a big piece of lettuce. We also ordered chicken strips they were okay. Service was not inviting at all. We asked for 2 more fresh salads my co worker / trainer watched the older lady open a fresh bag of salad so we figured we would have a fresh salad coming up. That was wrong I almost picked out every piece of lettuce due to the new salad also being wilted. By this time I'm over it. So I had asked a for a mango lemonade but I never touched it due to us being over Denny's I asked the young man would he be willing to take the drink off after having to have our salads replaced and this boy says no.
