Juan is what made our Dennys experience wonderful. Jaun was our waiter but before that greeted us as we walked in with such a sweet smile and hum to his voice. After a few hard days at Kaiser visiting a family member, Jauns kindness was very welcome at a very needed time and he didnt even know it. He catered to our every need as he waited on us at the table without hesitation and as we left he was so kind in waving us goodbye while also saying goodbye to each of us was we exited the diner. My family and I came to Dennys after our sisters graduation and although it was a long wait to be seated (which is completely understandable regarding everyone from the graduation had the same idea to head to Dennys to eat) our server Chase was extremely attentive to us, patient, and very organized when it came to taking our drinks and food orders. He definitely deserves recognition especially after dealing with such a large party of indecisive people like my family. Came here for the SpongeBob anniversary special. There was nothing special about it. They gave us our food in two bags. One had three burgers the other had three fries. I was thinking maybe they would have a really cute box for each. I might as well just order a hamburger. I guess that's just their way of getting people to go in there today. Went to have breakfast with my son after doctors visit and I pointed to the wrong item on menu and as Liliana P served me I told her it was wrong. She was so nice and understanding and quickly replaced my order with what I wanted and again provided excellent customer service upon doing so. This was my first time visiting this specific dennys after years of not coming and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised to see the changes! I felt so welcomed and comfortable with the staff especially our server, Montana. She was amazing and took perfect care of my rowdy little ones hahaha. She suggested the perfect meal for my husband who is not a big breakfast person and fortunately, he enjoyed his meal a lot. When she takes the order, she pays close attention to the instructions and acknowledges when my kids want to place their own order as well. Worst service ever! I ordered a T bone steak with eggs and fries, They messed up on my first order when I told them no mushrooms on it due to allergies they ended up bringing me my food with mushrooms on it !!! I sent it back and the next time that they brought it to me I cut into it and it was barely done! My eggs were also cold and hardly cooked! I'm never coming to this place ever again! While waiting there was a women cleaning who didn't see where she was putting her dirty dishes and I got my toes wet with one of the beverage a cup has.. that made me so upset but I was being patient. Then when we received the food we were waiting for it was cold when it should have been warm after waiting that long .... My wife wanted to ask them to heat it up but that would of taken a few more hours literally. To finish up my utensils were dirty. Never coming back Dennys lost another customer today! We wanted to order more food but after 30 minutes of waiting we decided to walk out the restaurant only to see the servers taking a smoking break all together outside by the entrance. Terrible customer service, came in at 10:15 after a long drive. We sat down and many women had seen us so we thought they knew we wanted to dine in after sitting on the side. No one said welcome, or greeted at all... so finally I went up to the counter and asked how long of a wait there was and they asked "did you guys sign in?" When the sign in list was behind the counter!! Still waiting 10:28 a older woman with black hair just standing there glancing at us with a rude face and walking away multiple times. As I see a long line and many people waiting, while there's a group of people talking behind the counter. If I had to rate this I would give it a 0 read more
