I was pleasantly surprised with good, quick service and good food. Angelica was a great waitress. They were not too busy at 10pm. Restaurant was clean. I watched as a group of six Square Dancers sat down for a late dinner. Denny's has always been a good choice for friends to get together to relax and eat late night. I can't overstate this enough, this is quite literally the best Denny's my wife and I have been to (and we've been to several!). We came in pretty late tonight and had a wonderful server named Jack. He was attentive and kind, despite being the only server working at the time. This Dennys is a good enough place as any dentist. However, I guess I would say this is a rather clean Denny's with quick and friendly service. It's a great place that we come end of a parade of lights, after prom, or a cast party, or for a late night birthday party, or just munchies food when is really late late at night. The menu is big and has something for everyone. I have never deviated from the breakfast menu, but a friend had the Nacho's and WOW. What a surprise those were, huge and taste. The quality of the food does lack a bit, but I still think it's a great little place to go. Denny's has been a place where many memories with friends and family have been created. WOW, THE ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE EVER. We patronize Denny's at least once a week, sometimes twice a week. Tonight, September 4, at 4:30 pm, was the poorest mis-managed the restaurant has ever been. We ordered; then, two tables came in after us AND THEY WERE SERVED before us and nearly done with their dinner when we decided that we would just leave & go to another restaurant who was eager to feed us paying customer. Walking in for pickup, I was so stunned by the way the manager (Newbia) treated her cashier Melissa that I nearly walked out. I drove 15 minutes to get there after ordering and waited at least 10 minutes for my food. Newbia scowled at me the whole time, blaming everyone around her for being incompetent. Never spoke to me, never apologized, just loudly announced, "you can't fix stupid." Chaos, arguing that was wildly inappropriate in front of customers, etc and it wasnt even busy. I came from LA with my friend and am used to the Denny's there where honestly the service is more often than not pretty bad. Heather welcomed us in had us sat right away and gave us perfect service. This is all while being the only server on the floor with over 8+tables. This lady made our night a lot better something completely unexpected. I hope the managers see this to acknowledge her of her hard work. Would def come back here if ever in town again because of her. read more

My Denny's experiences are usually pretty mediocre, but this is probably the best Denny's I've gone to. Arrived here at around 11pm since it was a couple of feet away from the hotel I was staying it. As I walked in the door, I was greeted very kindly from the staff. I ordered a chicken and avocado Caesar salad and it was surprisingly really fresh. The avocado was a great addition to the salad. My dad got a Santa Fe skillet and he really enjoyed it as well. But the reason why I enjoyed my stay was because of our waiter, Jack. I don't think my family and I have ever been treated so well by a waiter. He was so kind and he genuinely wanted us to enjoy our meal. It seemed like he actually enjoyed his job, even at 11pm. read more

The only American chain restaurants that my dad will eat at is IHOP and Denny's. Oh, and Texas Roadhouse. That's pretty much it. My dad and I wanted to eat out for dinner; my mom and my sister wanted rice. My dad and I won, thanks to our insistent whining. We ordered Smothered Cheese Fries, Tsing Tsing chicken, Zesty Nachos, and Chicken Pecan Cranberry salad. The cheese fries were warm and gooey- heart attack on a plate but so good. The Nachos were spicy and and crunchy, but I hated the greasy mysterious chili between each of the layers. The Tsing Tsing chicken was surprisingly pretty good. The chicken was moist and the crust was coated with a sweet and spicy sauce, just like it was from a Chinese restaurant. I was really disappointed by the lack of variety in their menu. I wanted to order their new Hearty Wheat pancakes (there's nothing better than having breakfast for dinner!) but didn't see it anywhere on the menu. Sad day indeed. The food wasn't bad and the service was great. The cons? Well, when we reheated the nachos back at the hotel, the chips became rubbery and mushy in my mouth and the chili meat tasted like cafeteria meat. Very gross. Also, the strange menu. After all, what kind of Denny's menu has such a small number of breakfast items? read more

It's Denny's, it's a major restaurant chain/24 hour diner so you don't go into one expecting top notch food or super customer service. With that being said, we have been to this particular Denny's several times and of course, the customer service is hit or miss. The food is so-so...nothing to write home about. I do enjoy the tilapia, very good given that it's Denny's! read more

I was in earlier today (12/1/19) The servers and the hosts were amazing! Truly some of the best people I've ever been around. The food was perfect and it was overall a good visit. The manager was the problem. Her name was noobia I think, i didn't personally interact with her. I did however overhear her and a host talking. This is how it went. Host - these people up front would like to talk to you. Manager - I don't care what the f*ck they want they ate all their food there should be no problem. Host - I don't care, you need to go up there and talk to them to figure out and fix the problem. Then the manager sighed, rolled her eyes and went up front acting like she had something better to do then her job.      I don't have any resturant or management experience but I know that's not how a manager is supposed to act around the customers and about them. Hearing that just ruined the whole visit. What makes it worse is that it could have been me and my family having to deal with her. read more

One of our servers was able to get us a table across the restaurant from some guys we didn't want to sit by, and our guy Ryan exchanged dad jokes with us the whole night. He was super helpful with working around food allergies and made sure we all got what we needed. For 1am, his energy was off the charts. 10/10 would go to this establishment again. read more

We placed an online order 1 hour in advance. I arrived a few minutes early and was completely ignored by the wait staff. Two customers walked in, placed orders and received their food while I waited. The service was great, and the Valentine's Day decor up front was super festive. To top off the experience, I learned that I love wheat pancakes. Love when you call a to go order that is supposed to be ready in 20 min. Arrived 30 min after calling in the order and still not ready. Fine. Then we had to wait an ADDITIONAL 45 minutes in parking lot. Finally decide to just go back in for refund due to wait. We were told then that the food was sitting at counter for over 20 min and is customers' fault for not properly communicating with restaurant. Awesome. Good food and you can expect the same quality for each visit. We frequent this location for breakfast on the weekends and the service is prompt and friendly. Many of the other breakfast chain restaurants in the area are over-crowded with mediocre service and serve inconsistent food. This location is considerably better. read more

We don't expect much from Denny's, so when it does not even meet those expectations, then it is bad. We drew the unlucky hand with our waiter. Painfully slow, he was no where to be seen. I've been taking my family here for about 10 years, but you never think to review a Denny's -- you just sort of know what you'll get when you go into ANY Denny's. So my 5 stars here is because this Denny's is just consistently good. While I try to be as sweet and polite about it as possible, I'll admit I'm a high-maintenance orderer. (This weekend I asked for my mug to be filled with half coffee, half hot chocolate, I asked for my sandwich's bread to be substituted with something else, I wanted extra mushrooms, and I requested my side be substituted with something really random -- basically, I re-built the entire plate.) And they do it every time, with a smile, and they never screw it up. The wait staff is always friendly and checks on you just the right number of times, and they're kind to the kids. My wife and went to Denny's Sun. afternoon 10/21. We were seated almost immediately but then completely ignored. The restaurant wasn't even half full. Two waitresses were doing nothing, one was putting out place mats and another was sitting in the booth next to us talking with patrons. The waitress putting out mats made eye contact with both of us and ignored us. After waiting 15-20 minutes for service we left. We've been going to this Denny's weekly for breakfast for about 6 months but I doubt we'll go back. read more
