More than 50% of the time there is something wrong with the card readers on a lot of the gasoline pumps. I used to think it was my credit card, so I had it replaced. Then the card reader stopped reading my Town Pump "Pump It Up" card. When I enquired inside, a young man said, "Oh, that's the old card. You probably need a new one." So I just went back to my truck to fill it without using the rewards card, but the card reader on the pump also wouldn't read my credit card. So instead of going back in, I tried a different pump, and the card reader on that pump wouldn't read my card. So I tried a third pump and got the same negative result. There's another Town Pump across from this one on Gore Hill, so I decided to give that one a whirl. Pulled in, put my rewards card in the card reader, pressed the button for the 5¢ discount, removed the when prompted, inserted my credit card, and everything else went fine. This was probably a month ago. I never did have to register for a new Pump It Up card, and since that experience, I have gone back to this Pilot Town Pump at least once per week for gasoline, and there have been several times when the first pump I have tried just didn't work, but I was able to get a different pump to work properly. I have used this Town Pump for more than 15 years, so I guess I have just gotten into a habit of using the same place to buy my gasoline. The Town Pump Flying J Conoco across the street from this one is also usually a lot busier, so I suppose that too has something to do with my history of using this Pilot Town Pump EXXON. Then today I walked into the store to buy a Coke. I recognized the young woman behind the counter. She's worked there for probably 5 years. I always tried to be polite with her because she's usually just rude all the time and generally has been unable to complete a smooth transaction. The rest of the crew is generally very helpful and usually very friendly. Today, this young woman was even more rude than usual. She screwed up the transaction and then tried to blame me for her ineptitude. I cannot even count the number of times I have been in this store. I have done business there for over 15 years. I have filled up my trucks at this station a minimum of once per week, but most often it's three times per week. I'd say I have given this place as much loyalty as anyone could possibly give. Today was my last visit there ever. Two pumps didn't work. I finally got a third one to take my cards. Then I make a store purchase, and the girl who seems to always brings some attitude to work, acting as if the customers owe her something. I watch her rudeness with two other customers ahead of me. So, my guess is that her boss knows she's the way she is and her boss is okay with how she is toward customers. To that, all I can say is, they have lost a very loyal customer. read more

We frequent here often. Every time we come it is spot on! The wait time is little to none aswell as a clean space not to mention the staff is always kind. Specifically a shout out to Theresa she was amazing .She was thoughtful and had a good sense of humor , and lastly she is very attentive. This was my second and final attempt at giving dennys a chance. I ordered online about a month ago. The money was taken from my account and i showed up at the arrival time I was supposed to and they were closed due to a pipe leaking. No biggie right, then it took about two weeks of consistently calling every single day and getting routed to multiple different people to get my refund. I got it, I come to give dennys another chance. The restaurant is busy, but not packed by any means. There are multiple open tables but people are telling me as i'm walking in it's an hour wait for your food. I ordered through their website at 12:35. The time i was supposed to come get my food was 1:15. I did not recieve my food until 2:03. Not only was it a ridiculous wait for a meal the workers are rude, dismissive and all around do not have it together at all. I've heard from so many people how awful dennys customer service is and it takes way longer for your food than it ever should. The next step is a whole employee turn around, because unfortunately the ignorant workers that currently work there are not helping anybody's cause. Foods not getting out fast enough and employees are getting agitated and down right rude to PAYING CUSTOMERS for their mistakes and faults. ATTENTION TRUCK DRIVERS. Didn't get any food. They were doing door dashes before serving inside customers. We were told we would have to wait when we got there for about 45 minutes because of the door dashes.after sitting there 45 minutes they told us it was going to probably be another 15 minutes at least. We were on a schedule because my boyfriend truck drives and couldn't wait that long and they still told us sorry but we have to many door dashes. Given there are limited choices for dining in Great Falls, particularly near the airport, I appreciate that Denny's is here and I have stopped by many times through the years when traveling from there. Ouch. I asked for some water and a smoothie with my dinner. Paid for a small salad also, which was pathetic. A simple steak, medium please. I got a very overcooked piece of meat. Brocolli was cold, potatoes n gravy would fit in a tablespoon, and the smoothie was large chunks of ice and not blended. I had to remind the girl 3 times I was thirsty, ordered a smoothie, and a salad. Staff was pleasant enough, just lost in space. Very disappointed. Place needs help.
