The downtown waffle was also really good, and I'd definitely recommend it. The sauce paired with the chicken was a solid combo! The brownie waffle with cream cheese frosting was good, but it didn't quite taste or feel like a brownie to me. As for the cheesecake, it was a bit on the drier side for my taste, but I'd be curious to try it again with a sauce next time! We thought Tracy's would be a good place. It had good Yelp and Google ratings. My wife likes her pork chops cooked well done. The pork chop was cooked to charcoal. My wife wouldn't eat it. She said it was burnt. The steak and eggs that I ordered came with a hash browns, 2 eggs cooked over medium and a steak that almost ripped my teeth out. The steak was very tough and gristly. It was very difficult to eat. The egg was good. My wife ate all the hash browns. The service was good! The person who took my takeout order over the phone was nice as were the two women helping me when I came in for my phone order. I'm not sure if people come here for the food. Stopped in for lunch, based on the awesome reviews on Yelp and they did not disappoint! The music they play is from a local radio station, oldies from what I've heard while dining, were music from the 70's, 80's, and 90's. When you arrive, you wait to be seated and a host will escort you to a table. Our waitress was very pleasant, knowledgeable with menu items and professional. She checked up on us regularly and knew when we were low on drinks. She took our order and checked in on us to keep us posted. The staff were always smiling and it seemed as though they have regulars that stop in for a bite. I had the Indian Taco and a Dr. Pepper. We shared an order of Wisconsin Cheese Curds. The food was fresh, and tasty! The soda came from a fountain dispenser, and was bubbly and fresh, not flat! The place was busy and people were coming and going. The dining area was decent size but for their popularity, they may need to expand their dining area. Definitely a great place for a small group to enjoy a good meal! The portions are huge and the chicken was so dry, overcooked, with burnt breading, that it all broke apart and couldn't eat it as a sandwich and ate burnt chucks of breading. A side of ranch is $1.00, drinks are almost $4.00, and the food just misses the mark. On the plus side, the servers work hard and have always been great. read more

But, this time when left, we left angry and frustrated! we waited for an hour for our food and no one came to check on us to ask if they could refill our drinks while we waited. .We ended up asking for our food to go and still that took another 20 minutes!! to ask for our food to go since we had to get back to work. Our food was burnt to a crisp. Even my eggs! Also...someone added an extra 8$ to my bill when I looked at my bank statement!! I even left a 10$ cash tip regardless of the crappy service. Tracy's was my first choice after reading countless reviews. When we arrived, there was a huge crowd of people outside waiting for a table. They DO NOT accept reservations. Luckily, my party of two was able to get seated right away at the bar, always a good choice if you don't want to wait! We ordered and our food came out super fast!! You can't go wrong with breakfast food any time of the day. Food was phenomenal, service was impeccable, and one of the best ham steaks I've had in a long time. From my experience traveling through remote area going exploring, there's not a whole lot of towns and restaurants to choose from. I'm glad we crossed paths with great falls!! 10/10 recommend! I was visiting family in Great Falls, and my husband's grandparents took us to this restaurant on our last day before leaving. It was located downtown. It's paid parking around this area, so you'll most likely have to pay a meter or download an app to pay for parking. The setting is a very cute diner environment, and it was constantly busy, so it definitely seems like a local favorite! My husband and I shared a pancake, yogurt with fruit and granola, and a breakfast burrito. The size of the burrito and pancake are huge! They were both good, but the burrito was a little heavy for me. The yogurt was delicious with fresh fruit and granola. The servers weren't the most attentive and a bit short at times, but it's probably due to them being so busy, as there was a constant crowd of people.
