Absolute dog shit service. Wasn't going to pay for our food even if we got it. We sat there for more than an hour and the waitress didn't even check on us once, she actually disappeared for 40mins. Do not eat here! We told one of the waitresses that we were leaving and she was being a rude bitch saying that there was a lot of call in orders but we were there probably before the orders were called in. I work at this Denny's and If we could get some good help things will turn around. We are very short handed. Sometimes you got one server , one cook, no dishwasher oh remember as a server you wait tables, buss your own tables, your the cashier, host and you just sat a 7 top, 5 top, and five smaller tables at once, the phone is ringing, there a line at the register and people waiting to be seated. What would you do ? Online ordering is the best bet we don't have someone to just answer the phone! People don't want work anymore so we do the best we can with what we have. read more

I'm shocked this place has 2 stars! This was the best Denny's we've ever been to. The waiter was BEYOND attentive, super sweet and on top of it. Food tasted like normal Denny's, that's what you get with a chain. But this location in particular was sparkling clean and fabulous service, not something you always get with Denny's. My husband and I went for breakfast. We had to wait 25 minutes to be seated. They told us there were no open tables. However, when we were seated there were 4 tables open and 3 that were waiting to be cleaned. While we were waiting to be seated there were several staff member standing around talking. For somewhere that is supposed to be family friendly, the amount of F bombs I was hearing was unreal. After being seated we were waiting for someone to come take our drink order, we waited another 25 minutes before we finally gave up and walked out. If I could give this a minus star, I would. We stopped for supper a few weeks ago. We had our order taken promptly, but since it was a full meal also accompanied with a salad. We had nothing to do but watch and wait. Shortly thereafter our server, a young blonde girl, went to the salad station. We were sitting at the right angle to watch her prepare salads. She opened the covers of the salad prep bins, and without using gloves she stuck her bare hands into the lettuce retrieving a handful....oops she had too much in hand, so she dumped some from her hands back into the bin to be reused then putting the rest on the plates. Going back again with bare hands, she found her way through the rest of the veg and tossed them on the plates. How absolutely disgusting as not 5 minutes before we seen her carry dirty dishes from a table to the back. Did she wash her hands? We will never know! Did we want her unhygienic practice done on our salads with her BARE hands, never using gloves...we did NOT! We will not be back!! read more

This is not a Denny's. This is a building with a Denny's sign. I have eaten here three times over the years and every single time it was horrible. Overcooked eggs, cold stale coffee, slow service, burnt toast etc... I will never go back under the current ownership. If you want to eat at a good Denny's go to Missoula they have a great one! This place just sucks. They are right next to two truck stops and a hotel so they don't have to do better because of the influx of traffic. The owner's should be ashamed! read more

We usually have no problems here. The food has always been good. The service has always been fair. Until today. I have never left a restaurant without leaving a tip. Until today. The service was terrible. We waited ten minutes for our server to acknowledge us. Another ten for coffee. Then I had to ask twice for cream before going to hunt some down myself. My husband's smoothie never arrived despite four requests. When our food arrived, we had to ask twice for utensils. We had to hunt down tobasco sauce. The food was good, as usual. Big sign in entryway...two different breakfasts with Crepes...yum. Host told me he'd tell my waitress I was there. After about 15 minute, I got a waiters attention to order. He informed me "we are out of Crepes". But, but...you have cooks don't you? Can't they just make some more?, I queried. "No, we're out". So, then I figured, well maybe these are special Crepes from France!!! Maybe a French chef cooks them everyday, someone rushes them to the airport, then someone in Great Falls picks them up from the airport each morning. Voila, fresh Crepes! I ordered on line, for curbside delivery waited for half an hour for the food to come out. It didn't arrive. I called and Delores said you gonna have to wait. I came in and picked up there were 3 tables. My conclusion they did not want to deliver it in the rain. Worst service by Delores ever! read more

Stopped here with the whole family on a road trip. I got a salad. Almost half of the leaves were slimy, brown, and wilted. The kids all got Mac 'n cheese. It was old Mac 'n cheese that had been microwaved. You could see the burned pasta where the microwaves burned it (because most restaraunt microwaves do not have a rotating dish to prevent burning). Upon checkout, they told me that my kids were not eating free (even though they advertised that they would) because the cash register "would not let them mark kids as free". This review is before we've even been served. Took nearly 20 minutes to be acknowledged at our table. We are now going on 60 minutes of sitting at our table and have only been asked for coffee refill once. Our server is overly talkative and forgetful. Since we are so invested with our time we will continue to wait to be served. BTW, we did not order anything special. So... finally served after 63 minutes. First, this is a shout out to Bailey, an awesome server who loves to make sure his customers have a great dining experience; he's fun and energetic and knows his business! I truly wish we met such positive energy in all restaurants!! i ordered online, went to pick up because I had other business (they sold me a gift card with no $ on it and now i am getting the run around with that too). Ordered a classic hamburger - said no onions. I guess am lucky I got the burger. I got NO veggies - I would have expected tomato, pickles, lettuce like it shows on their page. NOPE. I saw something a bit troubling last night at dinner. Someone, a family member or friend of an employee, was sitting near me with a bird on her shoulder? Really? Service is good but when It comes ordering to go they either give u the wrong order or your missing something you ordered. So if ur ordering to go stay n make sure u got everything or order is correct I had to make two trips first order was wrong n second was missing something. read more

I wasted my time eating at this location unfortunately. What I thought would be a quick breakfast break from work turned into over an hour ordeal. The waitress failed to see us seated and it wasn't busy when we went. Ten minutes rolls by and we get to order our drinks. Five more minutes rolls by and we have those drinks. We continued to wait another 45 minutes for our food, mind you it wasn't a huge order at all, just simple eggs, bacon, and pancakes. An act of congress later, our food arrives, however they didn't make the pancakes I ordered. I ate what I had and I waited 15 more minutes for burned pancakes. When the cashier asked how everything was, I explained how awful the experience was and she said at least we got our food so it is a good experience. I am home door Dash driver and have done deliveries for Denny's The Night Shift is what I usually do work and the Denny's employees have always been really amazing for some reason the actual location of Denny's is A dead zone so I can't except or confirm anything about the order until I actually leave the store the waitress on the Night Shift let me know that I could sign into Danny's Wi-Fi which didn't need a password I thought that was really cool so that I could confirm everything on the spot well today was the first day I used to encounter the dayshift and when I did I showed up and again I couldn't access and I was trying to log into the Wi-Fi when the dayshift employees came up to me and asked if I was picking up that order that was there right there and there was no name on it so I said I couldn't confirm that yet and she went to the other employee and talked crap about how I didn't know what my job was I thought that was very rude I said down log into the Wi-Fi and confirm the order and told them know that it was in my order she continued to talk very rudely about me I don't understand why I don't like the bickering and then told me I need to sign the receipt and I did send so I acted like I would I was going out of her way taking a pen to sign the receipt I love Denny's I think they're great store but I do believe their dayshift employees are very rude read more

Service is terrible. Failed to tell me there was a 45 minute wait time. After an hour of waiting I received my skillet which I could see the bottom of. Barely any potatoes, no bell peppers and maybe 3 little pieces of sausages. Waitress never checked on us , we had to ask another waitress to get ours for a drink. Our first assigned waitress went on break after 30 minutes of waiting for our food and I believe the new waitress was Wendy but she never introduced herself or checked on us even once. I love Dennys but I'm gonna have to refuse to ever come here again because such a horrible experience. UPDATE I decided to give Dennys another chance a month later because it's the only Dennys in town. Our waitress Adelia was by far the best one there. She made sure our drinks were never empty and always had a smile on her face when she came to check on us. She even wrote a little note on our receipt saying have a wonderful day and made sure our food came out presentable. She made the cooks remake my eggs because she didn't want to bring them to the table with how bad they were apparently. I was very satisfied with my visit this time and from now on when we do come we will be requesting for her service. read more

Wow was here yesterday the 4/07/2018 I got a table took a long time to get my order , was so hungry but I didn't complaint and I still left a tip . Well I was debating on getting some food by the fuel counter and go back to my truck and chill , nahhhh I was like let me get a burger . First ok is 4/08/2018 is a Sunday .took a while to get a table I was understandable. Got sat I made my order and I told the server this tall guy with my order let me get a raspberry tea . I saw him walking around for like 10 minutes and I waved at him hey where's my tea ? He's oh raspberry tea? Yes please. Still took for my order to come to my table 1:15 an hour and 15 minutes . But what is so horrible on here is people Customers looking at their faces to irritated that they been waiting for a while to get their order . Management is so horrible people that works on here don't care. I saw 2 tables left and another one that took so long that the server went to their table put all the orders of their food on the table and the customers left . Totally walked out. Never seen a Denny's so unprofessional no customers service at all . Even when I left i didn't even care to leave a tip .they don't deserve it at all .cooks they take for ever also I noticed really dirty under the tables fries on the floor and trash all over .
