I like the open kitchen concept and we would have sat at the bar facing the kitchen, but as we walked in they must have put some really spicy seasoning in a hot pan and we started coughing! But it smelled great. I really like that you can customize your bowl - type of meat, extra meat, different rices, veggies and/or noodles! We needed a minute to decide. I got the regular chicken teriyaki, soba style (wok fried veggies and noodles. The Hubbs got the steak, fried rice, hold the onions, extra steak. Great food, vegan options and friendly service! I liked how easy it was to order food from here. I chose the Mad Spicy Tofu Bowl and it was hot and fresh, but also plenty spicy! I liked that the tofu was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Cooked just right! There are many different choices to customize your bowl, with several vegan options. There's white rice, brown rice and noodles, just to name a few. The curbside process was quick and easy. Food was promptly brought out to my car with a friendly smile. The timing. I never ate here before. A first experience is everything. I ordered through door dash for pick up. I didn't take the 10 minute drive to the location until the app said my order should be ready. Well when I arrived it wasn't. I waited patiently tho I was ready to cancel the order several times. It was extremely challenging not to order food else where. I waited an extra 25 minutes. Now I have to say the food was amazing!!! Flavor was good with that extra spice but I just can't believe how long they took. I'm not sure I would ever come back. Worst wait time ever. Called in my order at 7:41 and it was not ready until 8:46. The kitchen staff didn't seem to Hebrew any b urgency. Good lunch. Watched as they cooked our meals in the open kitchen. A clean facility and friendly staff contributed to our quality offerings. We had a Spicy Chicken and Orange Chicken bowl. The meat was crisp, moist, and plentiful. The freshly prepared veggies were a great addition to both dishes. Only 5 covid-spaced tables for dine-in so we ate in our vehicle. As experienced Teriyaki consumers, we were pleased with how they compared to the 109,499 Federal Way, Washington teriyaki restaurants that our youngest Grandson loves... yep, seems like there are one or two on every block. The customer service before I even was able to taste the good....TOP NOTCH!! Wow I was blown away! Shout out to that cashier! She was cert personable and actually smiled! As soon as I got my order I knew I was taking home a great product! I got home and opened the bag! GUYS!!!.... I thought it was just another "Panda Express" experience! I was wrong! This restaurant actually popped up in a review for another restaurant, so I decided to try it. Had the Katsu chicken bowl with fried rice with veggies. It was really good, and a side order of the pot stickers will they finish the meal off well. I agree with one review that said it was a little noisy but I had no trouble parking on a Wednesday night. I like the addition of teriyaki sauce and sriracha on the tables so you can add a little more if you want. Next time I'm in town I'll come back here for more. read more

I've come back to Teriyaki Madness several times, and each visit was better than the last. The staff is awesome - friendly, helpful, honestly interested in your feedback. Marvin especially is on point. I came in with a coupon for a free bowl, and he treated me like I was spending a million dollars. The food is simply perfect. Just he right amount of chicken and fresh vegetables. The location is convenient, right on the main strip through town, but the building is a little small. I've always been able to get a table, but I've seen people walk out because there was no where to sit when they came in. I will absolutely come back here - many more times, I'm sure. I wish I could give a review of the food but we never got that far. I would give zero stars because that's exactly what I got for an hour of my life. This place simply has horrible management... or at least the management team working the evening 08/02/2023 was. They had a guy brand new running the register during dinner rush. He messed up ours and several people's orders, overcharged us, and simply didn't know what he was doing. He apologized several times but I don't blame him for any of this. The assistant manager gave very little attention to this problem and eventually avoided the problem all together. Another employee who clearly knew what he was doing on the register came and took care of the long line developing behind us (about 6 orders), while we were left with the new guy to figure all this out. After 30 minutes of dealing with this and waiting for the assistant manager to come fix this we decided to cancel the order. After another 30 minutes we finally got the refund. I don't do business with people who treat me like this. Terrible customer service. Terrible management, start to finish. The cashier was very kind and apologized numerous times. read more

I'm traveling through Great Falls, a big no no during a pandemic, but hey, I'm doing it safely with mask and sanitizer in tow, and I stumbled upon this amazing gem. From the outside it was clean and bright. On the inside hand sanitizer was by the door. A huge bonus during these times. As I walked in further I was greeted by the friendly owner and a group of colorful, young vibrant employees. The whole menu looked amazing and I asked for a recommendation. The nice owner asked me a series of questions of what I liked and I was given the spicy chicken bowl. Spoiler alert: It. Was. Amazing. The service was amazing. The 1st time getting take-out in April, just after the grand opening, I had the spicy chicken bowl with veggies; no rice. It was fabulous! Plenty of freshly stir-fried cabbage and seasoned, spicy chicken, that wasn't soggy from too much sauce. Unfortunately, I recently had take-out again, same order, and it tasted and looked like it had been sitting in the bottom of a hot tray at a Chinese buffet for 3 hours . The cabbage, the little there was, was limp and drenched in sauce and the chicken was dry and over-cooked and the amount of sauce was overwhelming...it literally could have been poured off into a cup for measuring. Not sure I'll spend that much $ again for a disappointment. What happened? As a follow up: Today I went back to try it again. The store was clean and welcoming. Zach, my order-taker was friendly and very helpful in ordering. My certificate was not at the cash register as Aaron had stated even though I showed Zach the review and reply, but Zach made the discount work. (Had to purchase a drink to make that happen). Total after discount was $21 and change and we carried it out. I realize now that all of the liquid in my bowl, which happened again today, was really due to the double veggies I order which leach water when cooked (see photo). Please be aware of this if not ordering rice. My husband ordered what I had but with Teriyaki Beef instead. I'm sad to say that his beef was hard like jerky. I tried it and he was right. He didn't want to eat it all so I gave him 1/2 of mine which was delicious! He says he may return but won't order beef again. I will increase my stars from 2 to 3. Thanks for the great service! The owner is so nice and the employees are so helpful. Ordered our food was told it would be a 25 min wait and that was okay we decided to go run an errand and then came back to get our food.
