I ordered a breakfast, ate it, went to the shower and came back to seat and have rest. After a while a person came to me and told to me that the sits are for customers only. I explained that I already have ordered and eaten breakfast. After 30-40 minutes another person came to me and ask me to get out because I seat there and do not make another order. It was more than 50% empty tables, but they wanted me to get out. read more

My family went here for a bite to eat, and had the best service hands down. Food was hot and fresh, and came out in a timely manner. Our drinks were refilled without having to ask our waitress, which is super unnormal for us! Very polite and would love to come here again! read more

My wife and I went to the Denny's at the flying J truck stop in Joplin Missouri when we got back home which we live three blocks away half of our order wasn't there and what we did get was unedible burnt when we went back the manager was quite rudeafter we get back home after they cooked in the order again but there was in the same condition the nachos should help me to cover the chips I got more chips than meet my wife had pancake puppies that were burnt something to them they were I wouldn't recommend this I would not eat their the staff is unprofessional very rude the management is very inadequate and very arrogant and the kooks obviously don't know what the hell to do so I would give them less than zero not worth the money or the time to stop read more

This is my least favorite breakfast place now. After taking 10 minutes to betting us drinks, it took another 35 minutes for our food to come out, both cold and wrong. Melted cheese should not be crunchy, unless it was sitting in the kitchen... After confronting the manager, KIM CONRAD, about more drinks, we were told that we should be ashamed of ourselves and that we should cut the workers some slack. We had a great experience here. We were seated promptly and the restaurant was clean and orderly. Our server's name was Shawna and from what we understood she seemed to be fairly new my husband is on a fairly strict diet and we explained that to her. She clearly understood everything we needed and she more than delivered. The food was excellent and service was fantastic. Great staff and great service. Keep up the good work! read more

It's a Denny's; what more needs to be said? You're here because you're either drunk, a truck driver, or it's the middle of the night and you're feeling both hungry and adventurous. We were the latter. Restaurant was pretty much empty. I enjoyed our waiter and his banter although I feel he was too personal and a little too unprofessional. Talking about how he didn't particularly like this job and didn't need it, and couldn't wait to go home, etc. Regardless, he was friendly and attentive. Food was as ordered and hot. Food quality was pretty decent. I had a bacon avocado burger and the burger itself was what needed more flavor. Every other part of the sandwich was good but the patty was lacking. We probably only go a couple of times a year and this visit was better than most of our previous ones. read more

Usually get good service and food, but today we sat for an hour with zero service, food, or refills on water & tea. The server came only one time to apologize but never came back. If you go here I would recommend being stern with the wait staff so you get what you need. read more

Received a coupon from Denny's for free delivery. On 03/17/20 went on line chose this location. Checked their website it says they deliver. Placed my order and waited. After an hour contacted the store was told they don't deliver. When I explained what happened, I was told they would cancel the order. They may have cancelled the order, but not the charge on my charge card. As senior citizens, We have gotten delivery from other businesses during this COVID-19 situation, but Denny's was the only one to take advantage of us. read more

This is by far, bar none, the worst Denny's I have ever been to. I stopped by with my nephew a few weeks ago for a quick bite to eat at one in the afternoon. We walked in and the place was empty. There were 5 tables with people seated at them and I counted 4 waiters and waitresses. We were seated promptly, and our drink orders were taken promptly. Our waiter could not seem to get my drink order right. I ordered OJ and he brought me a coke. I figured it was an honest mistake, told him I ordered OJ, and he came back with some other kind of soda. After that I just stuck with ordering water. After our drinks arrived, it took 15 minutes for our waiter to take our food order. If it were busy I could understand... this place was effectively empty. We placed our orders, I got an omelette with hash browns and an English muffin. 45 minutes later and after a whole lot of pestering the wait staff (our waiter kept vanishing) our meals showed up. They served me the wrong omelette, my hash browns were a combination of cold in the middle and burned on the outside, and I was unable to get any of the waitstaff to to bring me the English muffin that I ordered. I would have sent the food back but this appears to be staffed by the kind of people who would gladly do god knows what to your meal if you sent something back to be fixed. In addition, by the time the food arrived I was so pissed off by the experience that I ate what I could, gave my nephew more than enough money to cover whatever the bill may have been, and went to the parking lot to walk and calm down before my famous temper could get the best of me and cause a scene. My nephew finally came out 20 minutes later, gave me the receipt, I jammed it in my pocket. When I checked it later on that day I found that I had been charged for things that were not ordered. My experience at this location was so bad that it has soured me on the Denny's chain in general. After seeing some of the other reviews of this location it is clear that my visit was not a unique experience or an off day. I could ramble on with even more negative details of this visit but that would take too long. The only positive that I can think of is the fact that I did not get food poisoning. read more

Sat at a table for 10 minutes being ignored while the inbred waitresses hung out with friends and family. Good here sucks but options are slim when hauling has mat. Nice that they let the kids in their families run around the kitchen. read more

Slow seating service. It took someone almost 10 minutes to show up to seat me. I was going to give one star if the service was going to slow with my food and drink. I was given a refill for my drink and the waitress did stop by once two check up on things. They earned that second star for the food service. read more

It took way too long for us to get seated and then no one waited on us until I went over and asked if anybody was going to wait on us. The food arrived slowly and my plate had white gravy on the underside and neither of us had even ordered gravy. So things were not going well and to top it off Fox news was blaring on the TVs!
