Walked in at 9:55pm was told they were doing to go orders only, which wasn't a problem. The problem is hearing the waitress and cook talk about not wanting to cook or serve us. Proceeded to have a 5 min loud conversation about it. Never again! read more

The service was absolutely horrible. There were two servers, one young girl and one older woman and the younger girl was doing all the work and handling all the tables! While the older woman with more years and experience just stood at the register and reaped all the tips. I feel bad for that young girl, and gave her tip directly to her and I advise anyone else to do the same. read more

All of GA is horrible when it comes to serving food but this night shift Denny's is the worst in America. The night shift is disrespectful, the server with green hair is not good at her job. It was 10pm, they close at 12 and she said she's not taking anymore orders because she's tiered. read more

We are currently at Denny's and we have been waiting here for an hour already and our food hasn't even brought to us. There's not many customers either so I'm not sure why they are taking forever. The food hasn't even arrived and we are already disappointed with this place. We could of ordered our food and taken a shower and our food would of still not be ready. Wow if you are trying to wait a whole hour or more by al means go ahead and eat here. We are extremely disappointed!!!! read more

Our waitress was amazing and the food was delicious. The problem started when we went to pay for our food apparently they don't know how to run a gift card and then they don't know how to run the remaining balance on the credit card. Service it's horrible, no customers and they "served you" as they are doing you a favor. This Denny's will go to my list of stay away places. There are other restaurants around don't waste time and money here. read more

I don't know why this Denny's has such a low rating. It is the cleanest and nicest one I've ever been too. Our waitress, Theresa, was the BEST waitress I have ever had. Food was great. Prices were cheap. They are really doing great with safety practices for the coronavirus. 10/10 recommend!!! read more

I thought I had been to the worst Dennys ever but no. This one out ranks the last one by miles. Is it possible to give a negative number? We arrive and seated promptly by a nice hostess. Waiting waiting for our server. By the way the place isn't that busy. Finally she arrives. 1 water 1 coffee. We received clarification on a menu item and ordered. Hubby: 1 egg, 1 home style sausage that was described as like smoked sausage, pancakes and yogurt. Me: 55+ club sandwich and seasoned fries. Please don't toast my bread. Wait wait wait wait wait finally she comes back and we ask if they forgot our order. I mean about 25 minutes. She says no, they are having technical difficulties in the kitchen. So I'm a curious sort and probed further. Says the manager sent two of the cooks home and she's doing it herself the best she can. Red flag red flag. Food comes finally. Hubby got all but his pancakes. The worst yogurt ever and the sausage was this gray dried up thing that looked like a dead male part, if you get my drift. Mine comes with enough fries for the entire restaurant. Hey they were decent except they were all stuck together in a mass. My sandwich was supposed to be turkey, bacon, lettuce and tomato with mayo. Now I know why they toast the bread cause they don't want you to know it is two weeks old and dried out. No bacon, and three slices of slimy turkey. It was the worst. I ate about 4 bites left the rest and I am waiting for botulism to set in. Steer clear!! read more

My sister and I went to Dennys for a change in places to go for breakfast. The hostess sat us quickly and the server came after about a minute. We both ordered coffee and when he brought it to us, it was lukewarm. We placed our order and waited around 30-45 minutes for our food. I wasn't that busy and we noticed all the tables that were seated after us had food and we were still waiting. Our waiter never came back after giving us our coffee. The table next to us kept getting the wrong order and got mad and left. After about 5 more minutes with no sign of our waiter or food we got up and left. We told the manager on the way out and his lame excuse was everyone was new and he was still training everyone. I will not go back as this excuse didn't cut it. They should have closed down if there was no one trained to offer proper service. I will not go back again. read more
