Terrible! They came out less than 2 weeks ago due to me seeing a lot of spiders. Over the weekend I've killed 2 big wolf spiders!! I called them to ask them to send someone out and they told me no because I'm not a monthly customer!! If you did your job right I wouldn't have to have you come out once a month!!! The best out there I've found. 3 month intervals and I don't hear a cricket for those 3 months. The other 2 places I tried within' 3 weeks I had crickets again. You can't go wrong with these guys. Employees are as friendly as they come too. Lady on the phone is always willing to work with you no matter. In July 2021 and again August 2021, Denny's Pest Control sprayed the outside of our property, within days there was no difference, started seeing the same insects. Toward the middle of spraying, the technician disconnected our water hose and began filling up his 50-gallon tank with water, while he continues to spray the last portion of our property he continued to fill up the 50-gallon tank, he left with a full tank and when he arrived he came with a low tank. The technician didn't connect our hose back to the facet when he left. When I called the office to inquire about the excessive use of water, they said it's normal, to use the customer's water. I did not appreciate that they didn't ask if they use our water for their next customer. Not a happy customer read more

So just giving this company one star because I can't give them none. They came out two weeks ago 3 hours late without a phone call or anything, they got here late and rushed out of here. I been using them for 5 years now and this is the first time they did not do a good job. Called in and they said they will be back, this man came and started complaining that why did I call and said I did not do a good job while smoking at my front door. I told him apparently they did not a good job that time. He said the F word and said they are not spraying again. Very unprofessional. I will never recommend this place to anyone again... read more

This place is bogus! I had inside and outside of my house sprayed less than a month ago, and I am seeing more spiders and bugs NOW than I was seeing before!!! When I called to complain they said that they do not guarantee until after the 2nd service. Why would I want them to come out again if they didn't even do it right the first time!!!! I have been a longtime customer of this company. I'm not sure where Candy is, but I got a new guy who wanted to charge me extra and it has NEVER been that much for the service. I told him that and he went off on me and told me to go with someone else!!! HOW RUDE! So disappointing! HAVE SOMEONE ELSE ANSWER YOUR PHONE! He just lost a loyal customer. I have used service for years and in last week they have failed to show for 2 appointments that were scheduled and when they called to reschedule and I cancelled instead of rescheduling, the service Tech's reply was "good, we don't need you", and hung up on me!!! I've been a customer of this company for the past 21 yrs. - a testament to their good customer service! Kandy has called me every 3 months for the past 21 yrs to remind me that it's been awhile and they'll be in my area if I'm ready for them to spray again. Honestly, if it wasn't for her great customer service I probably wouldn't have remained their customer for so many years. She makes it sooo easy for me and I am so glad that she calls me on the regular! Over the years I've had two or three different 'bug guys' come to either my old house of the current one I live in and each of the men have always been very professional and friendly. I have never felt uncomfortable in my home with anyone from Denny's QPC. Additionally, their prices are reasonable and they have always cashed my checks in a timely manner. I've been using Denny's Pest control for years. Pest spray cant kill the eggs. I have them spray 3 times 10 days apart. Once for the adults. 2nd time to kill newbies and want-a-bes. 3rd. time is for any body else that was even thinking about it. Works every time for me. I trust Denny's. In fact, I lost their number since the last time I needed them (years). 7/2/2010 complaint was unwarranted. Woman was clueless about bugs. Learn the lifecycle of a roach, then call Denny's. Also GOVERNMENT regulations had companies limit concentration of pesticides to protect children. Denny's is a good company and they care. read more

We have Denny's spraying our house for bugs for years now and I wouldn't change a thing!! We had a major cricket outbreak and they took care of it. We haven't seen nearly as many scorpions or anything else for that matter. We only have them spray the outside and occasionally the garage and that works perfectly for us. I have had their service for a least 10 years, if I did have a complaint they came right out to try and make it right and they do take care of it. As far as their rates I think they are very good. The owner Candy is usually the person I deal with and she is very courteous and answers my questions when they come up. I do not have a problem with them at all and when they spray the next day I will always find dead bugs outside of my home which they spray has taken care of. Satisfied customer. read more

We have used Denny's for several years and Jerome Portee is an amazing technician. He is extremely professional and very thorough. We live next to the desert and Jerome is attentive to any bug issues we may mention to him. He even helped chase a snake from a backyard tree. We have used Denny's for years. We lived in an area that was high rental for a period before and after we bought. Old wood fences, and neighbors who could not afford monthly pest control. We live in the East Valley and see a variety of pests from time to time, (other than door-to-door solicitors.) Among those are: scorpions, Black Widow spiders, crickets, earwigs and who knows what. As far as we're concerned a good scorpion is a dead scorpion; and Denny's, over two decades of using them, has provided excellent services and results. Our technician and welcome visitor to our home is Jerome who does a thorough and professional job each time he's been to our home. We hold no illusion that one or two visits or periodic follow-ups will remove the problem entirely but we certainly have been rewarded in having problems extremely well-controlled. Cheers! read more
